Also more on the clingy side. But not as bad as Paige. She loves to hold your hand or an arm around your shoulder because she just loves physical touch. Especially since ya’ll can’t see each other as much due to Basketball, she loves to soak up as much time with you as she can.

Speaking of physical touch, she loves cuddling. I headcannon her to be a very warm person physically, like everyone who hugs her knows it.

Def a morning person. Like waked up with the fucking birds. You find it really annoying too. Cause she is always trying to wake you up with her to go to the gym or what ever she is doing. But SOMETIMES lets you sleep in when you had a bad night or something.

I love this head cannon. But def notices when something is wrong with you. Like notices immediately. You might not even be talking to anyone but she can just tell. Being apart of a team full of the hottest, and funniest people was exciting. You were noticed everywhere and by everyone, but that also had its effects because you were on a team with the hottest people.

And by hottest people, we are all talking about Paige Bueckers.

You and Paige had a...relationship of sorts. Well in Paiges words, not a relationship in any way.

Flash back to last season, when UConn was fighting for their spot in the final four.

One night, you and Paige were roomed together for a night in the hotel the team was staying in at the moment. You and Paige have always had tension.

Smirks and long glances thrown your way in the privacy of the teams apartment. You threw them back, when you sit on the couch and Paige walks in to speak to whoever is In the room with you, you stare at her the entire time.

Looking her up and down, she's like eye candy when she has a pair of sweats on and a hoodie, even more when she has boy shorts on and her boxers are poking out, off topic.

Well back to the hotel room. It was the night UConn finally advanced to the final four, everyone was excited and adrenaline was high.

You just got out of the shower and you were dressed in your pajamas and in bed, scrolling on twitter when a tall blonde runs into the hotel and launches onto your bed.

"Paige!" You smile as she crawls off your chest and lays next to you.

"where were you? We had a dinner downstairs." Paige asks and smooths your hair back that she messed up.

You smile at her and respond.

"Wanted a shower, tired." You whisper back and stare into her blue eyes.

She leaves the hand there on your cheek after she fixes your hair, then the tension snaps and her lips crash onto yours.

You crawl onto her lap and y'alls tongues fight for the others, your hands in her hair as hers go to your hips, pulling you closer.

Clothes were taken off, and you both were left tired and panting next to the other, you roll onto her bare chest In search for comfort.

She rubs your back and whispers.

"Hey...can this be a sex with no feelings type thing? I enjoyed this a lot, but I can't be in a relationship right now."

Your heart broke slightly at that, in your head, you knew you were fucked after the first kiss.

"Alright" You respond, sighing and soaking up her warmth before she ends up letting you get dressed, and her the same. She wraps you up and goes to her bed, the big blankets feeling colder than before.

And it proves itself to you on nights like these.

The team is all out drinking at a bar right off campus, and it seems that Paige is drinking something else. A short, skinny brunette, who wears a very revealing shirt and shorty shorts, as she stands at the end of the groups table.

Paiges hand is at the girls hip, and her eyes are practically fucking her, as the girl laughs way too hard at something Paige said. Making your blood boil.

You tried to ignore them, talk with Azzi, down a few drinks, but the girls high pitch, ear ringing laughter made everyone who had a sense of hearing look over.

It snapped when Paige set her drink down and smashed her lips onto the girl. Your heart drops and so does your face as you stand, grab your bag, and walk out.

"Wait!" You hear someone yell behind you, most likely Kayla, but you ignore her. And you focus of the tears threatening to spill as you leave.

'What the FUCK were you doing?! She is your teammate and you have grown feelings for her because of some stupid sex YOU agreed to.' You tell yourself. And to an extent, you aren't wrong.

You did get yourself into this mess, now you have to deal with it.

"Wait!" Kayla grabs your arm as you reach your car, and you break down in her arms.

"Im so fucking stupid." You cry as she hugs you, rubbing your back and shaking her head. Kayla has always been someone to go to for comfort.

"No you're not. Come on get in the car I will drive." She says reassuringly, and grabs your keys from your hand and slips into the driver's seat.

You tell her everything.

From the sex, to the feelings, to why you ran out crying.

She takes you back to the teams apartment and you both go to your room, sit and talk while binging on some Oreos.

"I should never had said yes." You shake your head, wiping mascara away from your eye and chewing.

"You just wanted somewhere to put all your ache and need and stress, which is understandable..." She says and grabs her water.

"You just wanted someone, and you accidentally grew feelings for her. Which once again...is understandable." She smiles at you and gets a text, looking to her phone.

"Bro it's Paige." She says and you groan, throwing your head back against the headboard.

"What did she say?" You ask, barely wanting to hear the response she gives.

"She is wondering where we are." She says and starts typing on her phone.

"I honestly don't care, I just want to forget her, my feelings and stupid emotions." You take a deep breath to keep from crying again.

"Girl your emotions aren't stupid, everyone has emotions. And it's okay to feel them." She glances to you and types again.

The door to the apartment opens and laughter fills the hallways.

Later that night, you sit in your room watching a new show you started earlier that week and you get a knock.

"Come in" You voice and immediately regret it as a blue eyed blonde walks in.

"Yeah no. get out." You say and look away from her and to the TV. You see her out the corner of your eye come to a halt.

"What?" She says, confusion and ....hurt? in her tone. You look back to her. An angry expression on your face.

"I said get out." You say angrily and point to the door. The blonde, in a black sweat and hoodie set has the audacity to say..

"What did I do to you?" She throws her arms out in frustration and scrunches her face.

"Paige Madison." You close your eyes and put a hand out. But she doesn't stop, because Paige doesn't know how to not be aggravating.

She walks over to you and sits on your bed. You huff and debate kicking the shit out of her but she grabs your face and kisses you so soft, then the anger that once plagued your senses leaves immediately, replacing it with vulnerability.

You break.

You vent out all your issues, from your feelings, to the cold pizza you ate this morning with tears streaming down your face and before you can finish, she pulls you into her arms and rubs your back.

And for a moment, all the sadness and pain goes away, and its just her.

"I feel the same, I have feelings for you. I just try to over ride them with other girls, which obviously didn't work and didn't help our situation. And I'm sorry for that." She pulls back and looks you in the eyes, cupping your face and rubbing soft circles on your cheek.

"I love you." You tell her, and she kisses you soft again, making all the pain and anger evaporate.

"I love you too."
