Ughh.... tomorrow is Monday :(
Sometimes I kinda wish the weekend was longer, but it is what it is I guess š¤·š½āāļø
But anyways, here Iām going to list some random health/school (kinda) tips which I hope you find useful <3
1. Get enough sleep /this one is obv easier said than done, but itās very important. Identify how many hours of does your body need, cause everyone is different, AND STICK TO A SCHEDULE/.
2. āDonāt prioritize your schedule, schedule your prioritiesā /when organizing your week, keep in my things that may not be necessarily related to school/work, but that are related to self care, and plan around them/
3. Start studying a couple weeks in advance at least. /By doing this, you wonāt have to cram for an exam or pull an all-nighter (which goes against tip #1)/
4. Be patient with yourself. /you are not going to be able to work for 12 hours non stop everyday, it doesnāt work like that; and itās ok. Donāt be too harsh on ursekf if you donāt get a lot done/
5. āNO DEJES PARA MAĆANA LO QUE PUEDAS HACER HOYā my mom always said this when I was younger, and it basically means DONāT PROCRASTINATE. Sometimes itās gonna be hard, I mean we are humans, and itās ok; but srsly ; stop scrolling through ur socials AND WORK! thank me later
6. Balance school life w ur personal life. This is something I have to really work on myself. Iām very consistent with everything school related, but I donāt have a very āsocialā life as sad or relatable ( I guess it depends ) as it sounds. I donāt rlly enjoy going out w friends, or things like that, but Iāve been trying to be more consistent w going to the gym ( which Iāve been enjoying quite a lot tbh ) You donāt have to go out everyday, but try to find something that keeps you motivated and happy, cause itās key to finding balance and succeeding :)

Iām about to do catch up on some homework, because Iāve been sick for the past two days; and I havenāt been able to go to school.
Tomorrow I have my history exam and Iāve spent the morning reviewing (and Iāll continue in the afternoon ), and now I have to do chemistry and technology... Itās not a super fun plan, but I donāt want to have a pile of hw this weekend, since I have A LOT of exams in the following weeks.
Also, on Monday I took my math test, and it didnāt go rlly good, so Iām a little upset, since I studied a lot, but this is a reminder for both, you and me; that sometimes we have a bad day, and an exam is a minor thing compared to the actual problems in life.

Although Iām not super excited, Iām feeling pretty confident. Iāve been studying math during the week and Iāve been getting almost everything right so, yay! ⨠I also have a history test next Friday, and Iām almost finished with that, so thatās great too.
So far itās been a pretty productive week (I mean itās Tuesday but...) and Iāve been pretty relaxed, which is always nice :)
Good luck with your exams, in case you have them soon. Try not to stress to much over them, remember; donāt let a piece of paper define your emotions! š„°And donāt get overwhelmed about the amount of work you have, try to focus on a single task for a period of time, and youāll be done in no time ;)

Itās been a while since Iāve updated so yeah... Hi! I guess :)
This trimester all my exams are crammed in a super short period of time so I havenāt been able to do much a part from studying, which is not super fun but š¤·š½āāļø
Next week I have 6 exams, so I rlly have to get studying. I also have some assignments I need to submit, so Iām gonna try and send those today. Also, today I feel SUPER tired, cause I went swimming ( I hadnāt gone in a while) and I felt as if I had enrolled in some sort of military preparation class... I really need this weeks to end so that I can go to the gym again.
I donāt have much to say in todayās post so Iām sorry for that š¤·š½āāļø Iāll come up w something more useful next time I promise <3
Now I have to go and study. Here is my to do list for today (so that I can include something more lol)
WEDNESDAY TO DO LIST
⢠Spanish: literature + sintaxis (or however is that called in English lol)
⢠Music: 4 slides (of a presentation)
⢠History: Unit 14, study questions
EXTRA : read 20 pages of the assigned book + submit 2 assignments
