Weight loss tips that have helped me
-Cardio cardio cardio!! Do as much cardio as you physically can. Running especially.
-Not all calories are the same. Using your calories on protein and fibre rich foods will be a lot more beneficial for weight loss than using calories on carbs and fat, even if itโs the same amount of cals
-Literally destroy ur abs. Building ur abs will help your stomach to flatten and muscle also burns increased calories daily.
-Water and more water. At least 2L of water a day and make sure you drink water with food.
-Not really weight loss but avoid 0cal fizzy drinks. Even though they wonโt make you gain weight, they are bad for ur gut health causing you to bloat.
-Take iodine tablets to boost your thyroid and metabolism.
-Herbal tea!!! Green tea ~ metabolism. Peppermint tea ~ digestion. Horsetail tea ~ shedding water weight.
-If you are prone to a binge and restrict cycle then eating may actually help you loose weight (heat me out). If you have finished your calorie limit for the day and still feeling hungry, satisfying this hunger with low calorie snacks can prevent bingeing. Eating a hard boiled egg (78cals) or a handful of veg/fruit will help to suppress that hunger slightly over ur calorie limit which is a lot better than bingeing.
-Take vitamin B complex can boost metabolism.
-Apple cider vinegar can really help with fat burn! However it is so disgusting that I would sometimes end up feeling really ill after talking it. I now take apple cider vinegar in tablets.
-Coffee is a very good snack. Suppresses hunger and caffeine boosts metabolism. Black coffee is around 0cal and sometimes I like to have it with sugar free almond milk which is about 11 calories per 100ml. I also drink my coffee with a 0cal hazelnut syrup which makes it an even better snack!!

To be the prettiest one in the room at all times
For the chance I'll look more masculine and less like a fat girl
To be comfortable in tight clothes
To look pretty in candid photos
To look pretty at all angles
To fit in pants even when I'm sitting and my thighs are squished
So my binder won't roll up all the time and suffocate me
To look pretty in t shirts, getting rid of the bit of fat on my elbows
To look tall and scary like a tim Burton character
To look less childish and less baby faced
So I don't look stupid eating in public
So I don't look like an overgrown baby at the beach or pool
So I don't have rashes on my thighs from walking for so long, since my thighs won't even touch when I walk
So he stops telling me how odd looking and fat my face is
So I can wear headphones without my glasses squishing my face
So I won't be the only one sweating my ass off in a room ever again
So my knee high socks become actually knee high
So I won't have to buy belts online for my huge waist
So I can find a cute piece of clothing and have it fit no matter the size
To be able to wear ANYTHING and still look good
For children's underwear and socks to fit me because they're the most fun kind
For a jaw line
For the collarbones
For the hip bones
For the ribs
For the bones on the back of my hand
To be beautiful.

I went to a fair today, i bought a spring roll thing for lunch. They gave me three and i ate two. I threw the other away because if I ate nothing at all my mum would interrogate me. I had a small mocha coffee, and my parents offered me donuts which i declined. Today has been a good day :)
Theres a girl that i met, and shes really cool. I worry that when we meet up irl, she'll think im fat and hideous. that is more horrifying than anything i can imagine. she likes all the music i do and shes so cool, and she likes the way i say her name and shes so kind. shes awesome, but im scared to meet up. ugh
im such an awful friend, i only just realised i forgot my friends birthday... from january, fml
i hope to feel as skinny as a csh song sounds :)

Hey guys, I just wanted to make a post about this since I donโt think itโs widely known and can be very dangerous.
When your body doesnโt have enough sugar to burn, it burns fat instead. This is obviously what weโre all hoping for and is the basis of the keto dietโburning body fat produces ketones. However, high levels of ketones in the blood leads to lowered blood pH, which upsets your bodyโs homeostasis. This is called ketoacidosis (literally, high blood acidity due to increased ketones). Most commonly, ketoacidosis is a complication of type 1 diabetes caused by excessively high blood sugar levels but no insulin to use the glucose. Non-diabetic ketoacidosis is a result of starvation and can happen whether or not your blood sugar is low at the time.
Fatigue/muscle weakness
Dizziness
Confusion
Loss of appetite
Excessive thirst
Excessive urination
Blurred vision
Dry mouth
Tingling in the hands, feet, and face
Fruity-smelling breath
Kussmaulโs breathing (rapid, deep breathing; picture below)
I know that a lot of the symptoms above are also symptoms of low (or high) blood sugar, which Iโm sure a lot of us experience fairly often. The Kussmaulโs breathing pattern is a pretty sure sign of increased blood acidity and doesnโt happen with hypoglycemiaโwatch for that especially. This is your body trying to re-regulate your blood pH by expelling as much carbon dioxide as possible.
Dehydration, which can lead to kidney or other organ damage
Low potassium, which can lead to heart problems
Fluid in the lungs
Swelling in the brain
Seizures
Coma
Death
REST!!! Stop making your body burn through its fat stores or ketones will just keep building up in your blood!!
Eat something with sugar!!! Real sugar!! I know itโs scary but you need glucose to burn right now!!
Drink lots of water!!! Youโre losing fluid, help your kidneys out!!
If youโre not improving, GO TO THE HOSPITAL!!!! Youโll most likely be treated with insulin and supplemental glucose. This will help kickstart the normal glucose-burning process.
I donโt want to scare you guys but this is serious. Itโs fairly uncommon but donโt just think it canโt happen to you!! I was fasting yesterday and went into ketoacidosis while exercising. I ate some ice cream and laid down and was fine, but it took a toll on my body. Please be aware of this and please, please be safe.
