Hello, my name is Tahrir, a mother of six children. I am from Gaza, specifically from Rafah. Please listen to my story. We have been suffering for more than a year from a war of extermination waged against us by Israel. It killed children, youth, and women. It did not spare anyone. We are tired and have lost hope. My children are afraid. We sleep every day to the sound of shelling, missiles, and planes. In May, army tanks attacked us while we were sleeping. I fled, carrying whoever I could of my children. I ran a long distance to find a safe area. My father was seriously injured and needs treatment outside. My children have started to urinate at night involuntarily. I did not bring any winter clothes with me. Here I am now living in a worn-out tent made of cloth. We suffer from the severe cold. Now we are in a famine.
