World’s Okayest Gay | What an honor! You should be proud, always. New design in honor of Pride month 🏳️‍🌈 I love this month. I love the feeling of community, self-reflection, gratitude, and joy I have during this month. The struggles we face don’t disappear. But to me, Pride’s a chance for us all to put celebration that we’re here, fighting, loving, living, at the forefront for a bit. It’s a release, an exhale, a delighted shout. I do feel proud. Made this guy from stuff around my cubicle as a side project to give me something to do with my hands when taking a break from staring at screens all day at work. 

Been enjoying making food art for these games! Will make a post collecting the sandwich art soon, including some fun dancing sandwich gifs. If there's a way to incorporate food into any game, I'll always take it.

Here’s a few screenshots to show what the cooking game is like! You click and drag ingredients while the chef robot tells you what to do. The background in these is a color test version I did so it’s not quite final, and I’ll be updating the font and adding a robot sprite, but otherwise this is what it’ll look like.

Might not finish by the end of March, but we’ll see! If not, then I’ll keep working on it into April and get it done as soon as I can.

Another round of characters from our in-progress Selkie game. Some of the island villagers you can interact with. They may not be the primary route/attainable characters but you'll certainly run into them. You could probably use their help.

How many white people will there be?

In our selkie otome you mean? Hm well pretty much all the characters you’d interact with have been posted so that’s about it. I’d say the Storyteller is white. You could possibly read the Seamstress as white but I didn’t decide she was? We didn’t really situate our game in a specific real world or historical context so racially they’re a little ambiguous. I mean Teen Alchemist’s fam’s got purple eyes which isn’t exactly grounded in anything. I’m not quite sure what you were looking for in this ask so if you want to know something else more specific let me know.

Another selkie game preview, mockup screenshot of a conversation this time. Sorry for the roughness! I kind of just have a separate psd where I occasionally drop updated versions of background/character/interface art so I can have an ongoing idea of how different elements are gonna come together eventually. So here's a sloppy wip of the Inn interior bg + not quite finished Selkie + idk what that expression the Storyteller has is, semi-amused pondering? + dialogue box I roughed out.

azaraih worked out the base perspective for the overall room and I've since taken over and I am WAY slower at fleshing this out haha. Oh well, I'm learning I guess? azaraih's also got some misc progress shots from selk gam, I think the initial sketch for this background and some interface/ui and coding stuff? So check that out if you're interested in seeing other selk gam  work! (Also I've been referring to this as selk gam just cause...that's what I call it in my head, it really isn't titled that haha woops)

A woman stands a few feet away, cart halted, staring right at her. Young, sickly pale, hair in disarray, clung sweaty to her forehead.

Eve figures she should probably address this situation.

Hello from me, the writer:

Hey! It’s 2k19 and fuck it I’m finally writing fanfic. It’s bananas I haven’t before but I feel good that a show as completely slick, smart, sexy, and super fucking gay as Killing Eve was the one to pull me in finally. 

Here’s Fic #1, Ch 1 for me. I had this thought after 2.02 dropped, kept thinking about it, thought it had potential and eventually decided to think it into existence.

And yeah, I’m a very extra gay who enjoys making little graphics so I did decide on a whim to make chapter graphics. I hope someone enjoys this but if not who am I kidding I did it for me. The plan’s to hopefully do it every chapter.

Tried a process I hadn’t really tried before. Had to rush since it was a last minute submission to the art wall at work, but I’m glad I did it :] Now I get to see it in the hall at work and in about a year I’ll get it back with a rad free custom frame. Hooray!
