|| Today i opened my notes app and found something i wrote few months ago which helped me alot. So i thought of sharing it with y'all because i think it will motivate y'all a lot. and also sorry if it's too harsh..i often do this because i really like tough love because it makes me motivated af. Also remember that by telling you to do the work and put the efforts, i mean apply what you know already. you definitely don't need to do any sorts of hardwork or smth but make sure to apply what you already know about the law. the law says that everything you assume to be true, is true. itโs pretty simple, however it influences you in every aspect of your life. your entire life is the creation based on your assumptions. assumptions that are mentally accepted by your conscious mind followed by your subconscious. in order to understand which assumptions are being absorbed and put into reality, you can take a look at your environment. the way your family acts around you, the way your teacher treat you, your bank account, the way you look,โฆ all of that is truly based on what perception you have of them.
even if the law is pretty simple to understand, it goes hand in hand with your beliefs. look, an assumption is a thought. a thought that might or might not be accepted by your conscious mind. if you arenโt content with a specific event in your life, a person, anything, you must change your perception and your assumptions about them.
it often requires a whole reprogramming of the mind in order to manifest using the law of assumption consciously (I said consciously because the law works no matter if you use it to manifest or not!!).

before we get into "attracting" your desires, which involves the law of attraction, you must understand that the 3d, the physical reality of yours, is a product of your inner beliefs. a simple reflection of the thoughts that have been accepted by your mind. if you manage to change your inner beliefs, youโll be able to see changes in your current reality. "nothing comes from without. all things come from within".
you know that everything you assume to be true (or everything you believe in since beliefs are assumptions as well), is true. to use that to your own advantage, you have to watch your thoughts from now on. I advice you to try a mental diet. basically a diet where you differentiate between the thoughts you wanna "feed" yourself (your mind) and which thoughts youโll ignore.
if you are new into manifesting, one of the main realizations and epiphanies you will have is that you can have everything and become everything that you wish for. the law actually displays the process that happens in your mind. itโs the relation that both your conscious and subconscious mind have. and as you may know, the conscious mind is the logical and the subconscious the illogical part of our mind. eventually, the subconscious mind creates with the help of your thoughts. meaningโฆ you can create anything illogical. and by anything, I mean anything.
want a few examples?
- a new eye colour, the desired shape of your body, the sound of your voice, the detailed version of your dream house in that special area that is actually not available anymore,โฆ and these are the LOGICAL ones on the illogical scale. you can also getโฆ
- a new name, a nem birthday, bring back someone that has already passed, become a celebrity, look like a carbon copy of gigi hadid, change your birth chart, get an A+ on a test that you didnโt even study for,โฆ
you just need to assume that you will get your desire and you will get it. thatโs how the law works. I find it very important that you cannot break or leave the law behind as you wish because itโs a LAW. but once you know how to apply it, there wonโt ever be a thing to worry about โก.
When Neville told Abdullah he wanted to go to Barbados but had absolutely 0 funds to be able to, Abdullah DID NOT say to Neville:
~ Oh Neville, no you must first work through you blockages and limitations. You need to overcome your subconscious blockages first, then you can go to Barbados.
~ The universe will make sure you receive it at the right time. It is not meant to happen yet.
~ You might even get something better than Barbados. Donโt hold on to only going to Barbados. Itโs a materialistic thing.
~ You have too much resistance. First you need to work on overcoming your resistance and figure out whatโs holding you back from going to Barbados. Maybe itโs your past. Letโs take a look.
~ You need to drop your desire first and let go.
NOPE.
He simply said โ YOU ARE IN BARBADOS!!โ
โwho said youโre going to Barbados? Youโre already there and you went first class!โ
How to apply this to yourself? Stop telling yourself that you need to work through all of those above things and ONLY place your focus and awareness on the fact that It. Is. Done!
Who said you are manifesting a specific person? Youโre ALREADY in that amazing relationship with your love.
Who said youโre going to be a millionaire someday? You ALREADY have an abundant of money in your bank account.
Who said youโre going to lose weight soon? Youโre ALREADY at your ideal physical appearance.
Who said youโre manifesting a dream house and dream car? Youโre ALREADY in it. It is already yours.
Who said youโre going to get better at your mental diet? You ALREADY are!
Having a strong self concept and being secure that you are GOD and you can have whatever you want right this second is absolutely indispensable.
Hereโs an example. Suppose your SP says they donโt wanna stay in touch with you anymore because they find you unbearable. Youโre not gonna cry about it or feel sad. Let them โleaveโ if they want. Everything they just said to you was merely white noise. Why? Because youโre GOD. You can do ANYTHING. You want them to stick around? Say the word. You want them to apologize for not being good enough for you? Say the word. You want them to do seven backflips and pull out a massive engagement ring out of their left ear? Just say! the! word! YOU ARE GOD. There is NEVER a reason to entertain anything unfavorable happening in front of you when you know damn well you have total power to shift it into something favorable. LIVE in your power. TRUST your power.

Hey! It's not a dumb question at all!
A mental diet basically refers to being aware of the kind of thoughts you have throughout the day, and managing the ones that are related to your manifestation!
So basically you want to make sure that when you think about the thing that you are manifesting, you do not think about it in a way that you do not want it to show up as.
For example, if you are manifesting a specific person (SP) like an ex boyfriend or something, you need to make sure that when you think about him, you don't describe him as your ex boyfriend in your mind, and you don't talk about him as someone who does not want/love you and is not with you. You want to start thinking about him as someone who cant get enough of you and is madly in love with you and committed to you.
You also want to make sure that when you are thinking about yourself, that you try to think loving and empowering things about yourself. It makes your mind more easily believe that your SP is committed to you and madly in love with you if you constantly tell yourself that you are amazing and irresistible, which is why you need to affirm for your self concept as well. :)
It sounds delusional, I know, but the way to change your reality is to change the way your mind sees it by essentially training it to think positive thoughts in relation to what you want.
Your mind does not have eyes, it will believe what you tell it to believe if you do it often enough. This is why you should affirm, sleep with affirmations (if you can) and keep a mental diet.

There is always movement in the 3D, whether you see it or not. Your desires will have to show up to you no matter what like a doorstep delivery, okay? You are the most powerful here so you're just gonna get everything you want, nothing can ever stop you.
affirmations are positive statements about your desires. itโs a conformation for the existence of a specific wish you want to manifest. an affirmation is also considered a thought that helps you maintain positive thinking and self-empowerment. by repeating affirmations you reprogram your mind, change your beliefs and make your subconscious mind manifest your desires.
affirming constantly makes our subconscious mind aware of the fact that we have our desire. our subconscious mind will objectify every thought (affirmation) that is being mentally accepted by our conscious mind.
we affirm already by thinking. affirming is a synonym for thinking and replaces our train of thought with our desired thoughts. if you have a desire, you will affirm that you have it / are going to have it. there are different types of affirmations (thoughts) that you can repeat.
askfirmations
a question can also be a statement that confirms you have your desire. asking questions like "why is my life perfect?" or "isnโt it perfect?" is a form of reassurance for the mind.
i am - affirmations
now, neville goddard highlighted thoughts about the mental state. however, you give the affirmation its meaning and power. i am- affirmation are simple, e.g.: "I am beautiful".
other affirmations
there are tons of forms of affirmations; most of them being methods themselves. a few examples: "I know that I am pretty" - "I already have everything I want" - "everybody knows that I am successful" โฆ
umbrella affirmations
umbrella affirmations are general statements. affirmations like "my life is amazing" or "I look like the best version of myself". they help you manifest things you are unsure about (f.e.: you donโt know what kind of physical changes you want to manifest)
specific affirmations
if you already have an idea on what you want to manifest, you can use mors specific affirmations like "my nose is slimโ or "my jawline angle is about 25ยฐโ.
you can use both affirmation types. saying you want to have a slim nose and a perfect nose is pretty much the same and will give you the same results (if you believe (=assume) so.
present
affirmations in present tense are the affirmations you have heard about the most. affirmations like "I have my desires" are simple and imply that at this given moment you have your desire.
future
future tense affirmations arenโt that much different. depending on how you view them, they will manifest or wonโt. the reason I am saying this is because I myself used to believe that affirmations like "I will/ I am going to have xy" would prevent you from manifesting. why? because they imply you not having your desire at the moment. however, they can work as perfectly as present/past tense affirmations. how? it depends on what you want to manifest. letโs say you are manifesting on a time crunch. you know that persistence is the most important (living in the end/knowing your desire has been created/your wish has been fulfilled), meaning that affirming "I know that my test will be postponed" will work as itโs supposed to be.
note: I actually use future tense affirmations whenever they make sense to me. if I wanted to manifest physical changes, I usually already live in the end. I donโt need to tell myself that it will happen. but if you do that, f.e.: "(today/tomorrow/โฆ) I will have my desired nose", it will manifest.
past
the same goes for past tense affirmations. people tend to think that using past tense affirmations like "I was pretty" imply that you were pretty and now you arenโt. well, you use these type of affirmations whenever you revise. also, you can always add present tense affirmations. if you donโt think that past tense affirmations "uncreateโ or "prevent" your desire from manifesting, you can use them.
note: I just often donโt find a reason to affirm in past tense if itโs not for revising or scripting.
the reason we are affirming is because we are reminding ourselves of our desire being ours already. meaning you can affirm as much as you want, when you want, how you want. donโt focus too much on the affirming but on the wish being fulfilled. depending on how you view affirming, it has a different effect on/for you. affirming can only be training your mind and thoughts, if you believe that you need to think positively in order to manifest. however, affirming can also have little to no meaning for you if you say so.
personal note: I actually donโt affirm that much. whenever I think of my desire, I assure myself that I have it "I have xy". but most of the time I persist. I affirm once I think about it and go on with my day living as if I have xy (living in the end).
as long as your affirmations imply the same thing - that you have your desire/will get your desire - it doesnโt matter. your subconscious mind is smart enough to understand what you want. in addition to that, you could also assume that your subconscious mind always knows and understands your affirmations or always objectifies what you desire.
you will automatically start to believe your affirmations as you are living in the end. when you repeat affirmations and accept them as a fact, you naturally believe in them. whenever you accept something mentally, it will be directly absorbed by your subconscious mind. if you ask me, there is no thing such as "believing your affirmations" because the moment you live with your wish fulfilled, you will/have to believe your affirmations.
feelings wonโt influence your manifestation if you say so. you can feel any type of emotion; it will not manifest. again, it depends on your beliefs. I know many people still advice you to feel good while affirming but you can affirm in any state. plus, affirming in a bad state of mind can give you the same results as in affirming in a good state of mind.
persistence is actually the key to manifest. persisting is what we do in order to live in the end. we live as if all our desires have been realized. what do you persist in? exactly, your thoughts, your affirmations. you will continue persisting in an affirmation.
The one who continue to live with the victim mindset 'I must suffer in order to gain' will always be 'blessed' with victimhood.
The one who perseveres with high and powerful self-belief, no matter what the external world might be screaming, will always be blessed with the best opportunities, and he will be able to recognize them. Why? Because of the mindset. 'I do not care what my current reality is, I am not concerned with how others are doing, I am not concerned how the situation is going to change. I KNOW.' And that is enough. Knowing that you will get anything you want, regardless of anything else.
