If Ruggie can shove twenty people down the stairs on a regular day, can you imagine what he can do if he overblot
cringe has no place in shifting.
do flowers grow/die beneath my feet depending on my emotions? YEAH! I THINK ITS NEAT!!
am i super overpowered with no balancing weaknesses? no i have balancing weaknesses bc i think its more fun that way but if you dont more power to you! literally!!
do i constantly script myself as mysterious and nonchalant? UH YEAH WHO DOESNT WANT TO BE COOL??
do i script myself completely taller than i am in my dr? yeah im really fucking short. (cr: 5'1 and dr: 6'1)
do what you want!! who tf cares abt this reality's sociatal standards
shifting exercise
someone probably already came up with something like this + sorry but sometimes i hear something and totally forget about it so i think i came up with it, so if you know someone already made this let me know and i’ll credit them!

the goal is to make your mind used to shifting and let it sink that you can do it.
what you’re gonna do is make simple actions, but you’re gonna put your shifting intention beforehand.
example: you take a glass of water and say “i’m gonna shift into a reality where I drink this glass of water” and then you’re gonna drink it.
this will make your mind acknowledge that shifting is easy and it’s just an intention like everything else. simply an action that you decide to do.
this is so easy so i highly suggest you try this, it takes nothing and i think it will help so much (of course you’re free to not do this lmao, this was just my advice).
When I talk about scripting and shifting, I imagine scripting as being similar to vacation planning.
Scripting = Planning the vacation, researching where you want to go and who you want to meet. When you get there, you can do and see way more, you can even extend the vacation, but this is just to map out where you’ll be going and prepare for that
Shifting = Getting on the plane to get to your destination. If it’s a sleep method, then that’s just falling asleep on the plane and (obviously) waking up once the plane lands.
“my child is fine” your child shifts realities to live in and experience supposedly fictional worlds with better parents in them
random shifting idea: buy/make a piece of jewellery that you would wear in your dr but not in your cr, like a friendship bracelet made by x character.
put it on before you go to bed (don't wear it in the day!!!), then when you're half asleep you'll affirm 'i can feel the bracelet from my dr on my wrist therefore i must be in my dr' and should shift.
this might help if you have difficulty visualising/imagining with realism or struggle with ignoring your cr body!!
I’ve been watching Danny Phantom and I get it. I get it now.
This show loves to make some offhanded comment, not a hint of consideration or concern in its tone, and just moves on without addressing it like that wasn’t the most creatively horrific concept this side of Nickelodeon. Shit makes up wackass lore on the spot and then disregards it immediately after, asks fascinating questions then looks at you funny when you try to answer them.
I now fully understand how this show has legions of fans dedicated to taking this somewhat mid cartoon and running so far with the implications of the premise they created an entirely different show that’s so much more interesting I’m upset it’s not real.
fuck killing a victorian child by making them listen to hyperpop all you gotta do is make a white tumblr user listen to rap
I’ll be keeping this post updated.

I don't have all the words for it now but. The way booktok is so hyper-consumerist. The way the "badass feminist" protagonists are more often than not white self-inserts for the audience to project onto rather than actual characters. The same repackaged "golden" male love interest with dark hair. The obligatory racism. The way 90% of the booktok girlies are white women and the few woc are used as tokens to shield the current mess that is YA/NA books from any discussions of the rampant racism. It's all connected, it all goes back to the largely white audience, somehow, but I don't have the words for it yet.
I think it would be fun to go online shopping for your DR. Don't actually spend the money, but visualize that you are shopping in your dr!
This is especially good if you script you have unlimited money!! 😀
