They're pretty good, the juice is super sweet but the jelly itself is mellow. It's alright. I like jello with whipped cream a bit better, though...
How I avoid 3ating đ
as a person with parents who donât let me skip meals !!
đ If they canât see you eat, donât eat.
For example : It feels nice to wake up early, shower, pick a cute outfit and do your makeup right? So maybe give it a try :3 bonus is u can say u donât have enough time and take the food to ur room to âeatâ
or maybe say smt like âah I want to eat in my room itâs cold hereâ
just come up with some excuse so u can go somewhere where ppl canât see u eat <3
before you throw it away, if u have a chance to offer it to another person (but not in a suspicious way ofc), please do !! Bc this is just wasting food and I feel very bad every time I do it <3
đ now, for throwing it away !!
if the food is dry finger food, wrap it in paper.
if the food is wet, put it in a separate bowl, glass or some kind of box thingy !! (u can stash it in secret in your room)
if the food is entirely a liquid, down the drain.
next, u want to make it look like u ate!!
so smear the food on the plate and on ur spoon or just scatter some crumbs or whatever just so it looks like u ate
afterwards
Talk abt how nice the food was so uhh smt like âwow the carrots were exceptionally crunchyâ to not raise suspicion :3 u donât have to do this but if ur parents know u skip meals itâs helpful ><
if u throw it in the bin, always put something above it to not raise suspicion <3
đ Try to stay outside as long as possible !!
maybe go on walks to spend the time or if ur parents donât like it when ur out too long just stay outside in the lunch break and say u ate <3
đ Be busy.
For example if u have an upcoming test, say smt like âIâm so concentrated I really need to understand this Iâll eat later save some for meâ and hopefully theyâll forget or go to the kitchen after some hours and make it look like u ate
but obv donât try this too often bc itâs sus
đ Sleep early bc ur âtiredâ
especially if u did the busy thing u can maybe take a nap during lunch or just sleep early bc ur tired from all the studying and u have [insert some event u have tomorrow like a presentation or just make up an excuse]
đ say u ate snacks
buy smt and keep the wrapper somewhere visible and make up some excuse like ughh I ate too many chips or ahh that chocolate is giving me nausea
plus u can share ur snacks easily with ppl so js buy smt for ur friends ><

TW before readingggg: i do not promote any of the habits listed below and i do not know 100% how ânaturally sk1nnyâ ppl live their daily lives these are just things i have noticed from my sk1nny friends and familyâŠ
1. picky eaters
they donât want to try anything new and if they know they donât like something they wonât e4t/drink it period. This narrows down their food options and limits their di3t to only certain foods.
2. never finishes food & food waste
they stop e4ting when their body is satisfied. they donât feel the need to stuff themselves and never e4t more their their body tells them to. they always say theyâre full and offer the rest of their food to someone else. even if it looks like they buy or order a lot of food they only end up eating 1/2 or 1/4 of it before throwing the rest out.
3. daily exercise or cardio
no matter what theyâre doing they always have some kind of exercise included into their daily lifestyle wether that be walking to work or school, shopping sprees, going to the gym or simply exercising at home. no matter what is going on in their day they always have some type of exercise implemented.
4. f4sting
they f4st without realizing. only eating their first meal around mid day which is probably not even a meal just a snack. typically light snacks keep them content throughout the day until their main meal around dinner time.
5. distractions
often naturally sk1nny people forget to e4t because they donât really care about food. they get distracted by other things that fulfill themselves such as reading a book or drawing, watching a good show, taking long long naps or taking their pets for a walk etcâŠ
