Iβve seen a couple people here and there mentioning them, so I thought Iβd spread the word.
Itβs a way for us angels to find each other in public; it can be so isolating feeling alone with an 3d. A way for us to communicate, like a secret code nobody else understands.
It seems like the bracelets were more or less forgotten a while ago, but Iβm hoping we can bring them back. For those who havenβt heard of it: if youβre with Ana, you wear a red beaded bracelet, and if youβre closer to Mia, you wear a blue one. (If youβre somewhere in between, you could do alternating red and blue beads)

god iβm so tired of my body i just wanna be skinny or at least thin for non disordered ppl iβm tired af.
ofc iβm working hard to reach my goal but yeah there are days when iβm just tired of being in this body.
also iβm convinced that once you are skinny starving yourself is much more enjoyable, you really feel like idk a model (??) lmao but maybe itβs just me.
How I avoid 3ating π
as a person with parents who donβt let me skip meals !!
π If they canβt see you eat, donβt eat.
For example : It feels nice to wake up early, shower, pick a cute outfit and do your makeup right? So maybe give it a try :3 bonus is u can say u donβt have enough time and take the food to ur room to βeatβ
or maybe say smt like βah I want to eat in my room itβs cold hereβ
just come up with some excuse so u can go somewhere where ppl canβt see u eat <3
before you throw it away, if u have a chance to offer it to another person (but not in a suspicious way ofc), please do !! Bc this is just wasting food and I feel very bad every time I do it <3
π now, for throwing it away !!
if the food is dry finger food, wrap it in paper.
if the food is wet, put it in a separate bowl, glass or some kind of box thingy !! (u can stash it in secret in your room)
if the food is entirely a liquid, down the drain.
next, u want to make it look like u ate!!
so smear the food on the plate and on ur spoon or just scatter some crumbs or whatever just so it looks like u ate
afterwards
Talk abt how nice the food was so uhh smt like βwow the carrots were exceptionally crunchyβ to not raise suspicion :3 u donβt have to do this but if ur parents know u skip meals itβs helpful ><
if u throw it in the bin, always put something above it to not raise suspicion <3

maybe go on walks to spend the time or if ur parents donβt like it when ur out too long just stay outside in the lunch break and say u ate <3

For example if u have an upcoming test, say smt like βIβm so concentrated I really need to understand this Iβll eat later save some for meβ and hopefully theyβll forget or go to the kitchen after some hours and make it look like u ate

buy smt and keep the wrapper somewhere visible and make up some excuse like ughh I ate too many chips or ahh that chocolate is giving me nausea
plus u can share ur snacks easily with ppl so js buy smt for ur friends ><
