HAPPY 20TH ANNIVERSARY TO YUGIOH :D I hope the fandom parties hard today <3
What you see above are basically most of the things I’ve been collecting for the past 15 years, since my first experience was the English dub! I have more stuff, but obviously I didn’t want to abuse the image post.
I mean come on, I’m sure at one point in our lives, we were all like Yugi. The one that didn’t fit in or constantly got bullied or didn’t have friends. This show despite all the tedious card games showed us that no matter how tough things get, there will always be some one that cares about you. Whether its your siblings, parents, or friends. The original Japanese dub made that a prevalent plot in the entire series. Hell all these characters had a goal, whether it was through dueling or other means.
Yuugi wanted friends. Atem wanted to find out who was. Anzu wanted to be a dancer. Jounochi wanted to be with his sister. Honda wanted to be a pilot. Seto wanted to provide for his little brother.
Not to mention besides all the card games, this series dealt with a lot of heavy themes. Especially abuse and death. These characters were all children - teenagers yes - but the fact was these were still children dealing with trauma and trying to be strong every step of the way.
Thank you Kazuki Takashi for giving us all these lovable in depth characters and for a card game that will never end :D

You know sometimes it’s not fair that an child age 7 and up have to do chores and have responsibly. I’m 16 year old girl living with my mother that I don’t think accepts me for what I am anymore. When im home alone while my mother is out going to work, she always brings her work home with her. And if I can’t do an damn thing right she’s all bitchy about it. I know she has work and does bills and stuff but doesn’t mean you put the blame on others. She hates her job, shes tired all the time, she complains that she has to do everything right. She can’t expect people to do things her way, she can’t always want me do everything for her. Sometimes I wish I wish i was never born… Maybe she would be happy without me in her life… I’m sick and tired of being stressed but shes my mom and i can’t do an damn thing anymore. I don’t care if I’m an slop, careless, lazy girl but do others I know care no. They actually accepted me for who I am. And it’s not fair for an mother to not see that who’s say you an woman and be respectful for that, stop putting your hair up. With her attitudes also sometimes I would just kill myself. No i don’t do self harm. But it’s just the pressure she puts on me hurts and isn’t an patient woman. My sister thought mom should get layed with someone. I just don’t know anymore and she hurts me countless times with her words and doesn’t understand anything. I just feel like tiring my heart out and sqeeze it until it pops.

Commissions are open and I FINALLY got around to make a price sheet! I guess the threat of starvation really pushes you to get your arse in gear :’D Help me not die by ordering some art from me! You get some pretty swanky art of (mostly) whatever you want and I gain sustenance. Its a win win right?! Can’t afford one? I start my first year of collage on the 29th (my move in date, classes actually start Oct 1) which is 3 weeks away at the moment. Those books in the comic aint lying either! As a special FX art student I will be required to take anatomy, psychology, and the fundamentals of robotics along with alot of other things.
