(Aside from Hogwarts Mystery canon watching-snow-fall-beside-cauldron-fire-on-Christmas-Eve,) I can see him complaining about having to attend the annual Hogwarts staff Yuletide party, but secretly enjoying himself. Like dodging Dumbledore’s attempts to get him to participate more in the holiday cheer, bantering with McGonagall, sipping on a firewhiskey smirking at the hijinks of the other staff.

I think pre-Hogwarts Snily would’ve spent time enjoying the season making snowmen or watching carolers. During Hogwarts (at least while they were still close) I can see Lily going home for the holidays and Sev staying, but maybe having an early small celebration or a festive Hogsmeade run.
