If you were asked to describe, *just notice it* how will you describe it?
Well it isn’t something that you have to put effort in to notice because you see it every day. It is you, your surroundings, your thoughts, other people. The source of everything is everything you perceive right now and more. There isn’t anything specific you have to do to “realize” it because you can never not be it. If you want something to do though I suggest stop labeling things in your mind when you look at the world, and question all concepts. Thanks for the ask and I hope I answered it correctly 💙
Idk if y’all care but I want to share another experience. A vein in my hand was hurting for no reason and I look through the pain to find the source. Again there was no source and the pain dissipated. The same goes for emotional pain and thoughts, look for the source and they disappear.
Nothing Compares 🩵🪽
No person, place, or thing that brings you happiness can compare to the joy from Self that comes from within once you let go. The feeling is truly inexplicable. I guess Wholeness and Completeness are the best words I can use to describe it.
You realize that no matter what you experience it is all the same. That everything is equal because everything is only one Being. In the eyes of God, all stories and characters are equal. It’s beautiful when you can watch life like a movie and even the thoughts are just the movie character’s.
Every human being is searching for Wholeness although most think it is inside the world instead of right within their hearts. No matter how much we attain, if we don’t realize we are already whole, we will never be satisfied because every human being is trying to become one with everything. Lay down your weapons, take a leap of faith, and surrender to the One that is already everything.
Your mind wants objects, but your heart wants peace.
The only reason you seem to be limited is because you believe you are. If your entire life everyone around you told you that you were a limitless omnipotent being you would have no limits right now. Without memory there is no doubt, no fear, and no desire. Right now, ask yourself “Who am I without my memories?” Without memories there is no “reference” for what you can and cannot do. If you shed all memories there’s no “Oh yeah I can’t perform miracles because I’ve never been able to or society told me I can’t.” But memories are like a mirage in the desert, you look closely and realize they aren’t real just like any other thought. Last night I was watching my mind freak out because of wanting survival of the body, it brought up past memories as a reference point as to why the body was ill, and projecting a future of running out of money to pay for medication. Then this morning I woke up feeling different, in a dreamlike state, and I got the epiphany that memory is the root of all limitations. Anyway I started to play around with the idea of having no memories, and the invisible chains seemed to fall away. When doubtful feelings come up I see that it’s just a feeling, and each moment is a new moment so there’s no need to rely on the past. The whole world is like a dream now and I can’t wait for you all to experience this.

What does identification means? How do I identify? Could you give some examples?
For example right now when you see memories you think “those are MY memories.” Instead, just see them as belonging to no one, because there is already no one here for them to belong to. The person you think you are is just another thought.
hii!! so, i really understand nd! the only thing im stuck on is how to deal with intense emotions, because it messes the character up so much, like when "I" start feeling insecure, and worrying and it just feels so painful and distressing and yeah... any "tips" ? thx :)
Insecurities are caused by what we think other people will think of us, but that is all a creation of the mind. Remember that your insecurities and worries are only in the mind, not in reality. Come back to reality (which says nothing), come back to the present moment.
How did you used to keep reminding yourself that you're " ". How long did it take to reidentify with yourself from the character's perspective? Would love to hear your experience
It’s not a conscious reminder like an affirmation, it’s more like an automatic snap back into reality after remembering you are the consciousness projecting everything. Reidentification is instant as soon as you see what you are, it’s not a gradual process. The process is how long you can HOLD the identity. We will all eventually have full devotion to Self, it’s the ending of the game. I am at the phase where I still have a knee-jerk reaction of identifying with some thoughts but I have the permanent background of Self that I can always fall back into.
I think it’s way easier to fall into identification with the mind than the body, because it’s subtler and not something you can physically touch, but the “voice in your head” and images you get are still something you observe and not you. Thoughts should be treated as objects just like everything else you observe.
What do I mean when I say “illusion”?
I’m not saying you are hallucinating as if you were on drugs or you need to stop seeing things, it’s more like one of those drawings where you can see a rabbit or a duck, but in reality it’s just ink.
