maybe it's a matter of perspective.. some people fear that AI will steal all of their jobs other people use AI to get rich but wasn't the AI purpose to make life easier so that people will have more time for themselves ?
the funny thing .. AI stealing all the jobs including the CEO job. the end and the beginning . well, AI is gonna hit hard the movie industry , music and entertainment . some even follow models/influencers on social media right now and don't know that they are AI bots and not a real person. I'll be around playing with the bots. :)))))
I have a thing for ancient civilizations ...yeah.. these AI generated characters look better than those from marvel movies ....I can tell.. even as game characters ....not saying about Assassins, Lara Croft or Diablo's.., but the best source of inspiration when creating them AI is moving fast...
what the future holds?..? ..if you know the past you know the future, because it's constantly repeating with the same mistakes too. if you want something to stop repeating you have to cut the problem from the root - which never happened in human history existence so far.
now here's a thing , AI taking over the VFX game, but it's not that easy because there are millions of effects out there , you need to train the model on each effect , and I can't even talk about the GPU power needed -if Google decided to buy nuclear reactors to power AI -it's consuming a ton of energy to compute , but if they do that then they plan to keep it up online and running 24/24 ; anyway in the near future if you wanna run the AI matrix environment with everyone connected I'm not sure if that power will even be enough LoL... and if blows up everything is gone -that the disadvantage(beside politics interfering in shit as always).
You’re invited to sign your name to a poem written by the U.S. Poet Laureate, Ada Limón. The poem connects two water worlds — Earth, yearning to reach out and understand what makes a world habitable, and Europa, waiting with secrets yet to be explored.
The poem will be engraved on Europa Clipper, along with participants' names that will be physically etched onto microchips mounted on the spacecraft. Together, the poem and names will travel 1.8 billion miles to the Jupiter system.
Signing up is easy! Just go to this site to sign your name to the poem and get on board. We also have a Spanish-language site where you can send your name en español: Envía tu nombre aquí.
The Europa Clipper launch window opens in October 2024, but don’t wait – everyone’s names need to be received by December 31 this year so they can be loaded onto the spacecraft in time. We hope you’ll be riding along with us! Follow the mission at europa.nasa.gov.
Make sure to follow us on Tumblr for your regular dose of space!
..not the VFX as I said earlier, talking about AI capabilities .. this is AI controlling the movement, and that's the current issue..but this will be fixed in the near future . I'm expecting it as realistic as reality. :)) Another thing is that some nice graphic software tools will be outdated - and I'm pointing at the time wasted to render a scene , the lightning and shadows work and then after it's rendered you realize you need to edit something or fix the light/shadow and then render it again -it's such a waste of time, I like to see objects/details in the scene in real time render changing in realtime and now it's possible also with AI integration , it's time to let go of the wasted time.
