Ive Been Thinking Of My Next Sims 3 CAW Project Im Moving Away From My Home City (Buffalo NY) And Ive

Some random builds for today :) I'm pleased with the progress so far.

The shopping disctrict is under way! I have to add some more buildings/furnishings and extra detail next.

I personally think the pooltop lounge (lot type poolside lounge) is pretty cool.

I've been on a house build spree lately. Two WIP houses I've been working on today, they aren't colored yet with create a style because I keep getting the whole "materializing materials" crap, even though these houses contain no CC whatsoever.

Ill put these up for download in the near future once I get the coloring stuff sorted out, they are both 18x31 lots with no SP but all EP.

SimSadena, my recent megaproject, its been a on and off process but it's gradually getting there!

I wanted to go further and turn this into a very realistic town, adding as much realism as I can but also keeping the charm of the Sims 3.

All the lots in this world will have no cc other than plants and caw things but each individual lot will have no cc.

my introduction

Hey! Cool you stopped by, my names Sarah, I'm from the Queen city of Buffalo NY and I have been a fan of the Sims 3 since 2013, I played on console for years and got my first computer in 2018 and have a staggering almost 6000 hours there.

I'm huge into architecture and building wich naturally drew me into the Create A World system, I've made some worlds here and there over the years and even was about to release one until my old computer let me down and I lost the files.

But after that I never let it get to me and I'm still trucking along here and there. he Sims 3 is pretty much my whole life and its my reason to do something everyday, so I cant wait to see where this takes me what worlds ill make and build on to the wonderful Sims 3 community and the Sims 3 CAW community!

Well now that the boring stuff is out of the way: my style of worlds tends to be more on the realistic side, not entirely realistic in a sense where it looks like its made from unrealengine5 but more so gives a realistic feel but it keeps in line with the semi animated feel of the Sims 3 if you catch my drift. Id love to share some buildings for download in the future too so stay tuned for that.
