What I hope to see in KH3? - Day 6

Terra making a bad ass appearance.

I don’t want anyone to save him. He will save himself through Lingering Will (LW vs Terranort round 2)

But I want to see Terra just making a grand entrance when everyone is in trouble. Boy deserves it. You can bet I’m gonna scream at the top of my lungs if that happens.

SoKai Reunion and Hug

I wanted to make a post about this moment as well, because it was so good and so beautiful. 

Okay, so after all that effort, Sora is finally able to bring Kairi back, and this was such a satisfying moment both for him and, on a meta level, the player. We saw all the things Sora went through to reach her, and we played through those things ourselves. So yes, even though we all knew this would happen, the anticipation and buildup was what made it so special:

I can’t get over how happy and excited Sora is to see her:

And then the hug. Sora and Kairi have had a lot of beautiful hugs, but this one might be my new favorite. The setup is perfect: they’re against a starry night sky, perhaps teasing at their (as of right now) star-crossed lovers status, but it’s light enough that you can see them clearly. The dark night is finally coming to an end; Sora has Kairi back, and Xehanort is almost defeated. The visual symbolism alone paints a beautiful picture.

Then take a look at their body language. They both have their arms wrapped around each other. Kairi’s resting her head on Sora’s shoulder, and Sora is tenderly cradling her head:
