How would you react if someone said that they believe in body positivity but also that people with bodies like the ones of Latte's and Cafe's should never be comfortable with their bodies and should be shamed and discriminated?

I think people shouldn't be ashame of their bodies no matter what but also taking care of your body is truly important.

(Why you americans doesn't use the kg like everyone else cdffgff, I don't know if I'm using the lb correctly so I will use kg xdddd)

I use to weight 100 kg and I lost 48 kg, was pretty much for someone of my complexion.

I was ashame of my body when I was overweight but after losing weight, I'm still ashame EVEN being skinny now...

Probably you will never make people happy liie... All my life they told me I was to fat and now they tell me that I'm to skinny now, and I'm like...

WHY U DON'T DECIDED, MADAFACKAS!?

xd to fatty or to skinny, what's the medium point?! There's not because people have different points of view at the end.

I saw lately fellas who are against of people which bodies are muscular like, very worked and etc... Saying their bodies aren't -real- but for their -bad luck- it's real. Human body is truly amazing u know, it can change their shape depend of how you feel or what you do for it. If you feel always ashame of yourself, your body will feel it too and you will feel sick all the time and uncomfortable. If you accept yourself how you are and also take care of your health, your body will be really grateful!

Sometimes I wish to not never felt ashame of my body before and now, All what I needed to do is take care of it, isn't hard. Eat well, eat fruits, Vegetables, drink water instead of soda, groom yourself, etc...

If you keep listening what people say, you will never be individual and you will spend the rest of your life unhappy.

Café work up a lot because he's a cop and he needs to be in his best shape and Latte , because she's a nurse and have to be healthy all the time to take care of her patients, she eat healthy food , sleep early and when she have free time, she walks for 45 min!

It's not hard at all, is easy! Your body is the only one that you have, take care of it!
