Nobody really talks about how lonely it can be as a radfem, especially how alienated you feel from other women. The continuous betrayal and ridicule you’ll experience from the same people who agree with surface-level feminist analyses is so disheartening.

You’re eager to criticize poor male behavior yet you also vehemently deny real-world oppression that we all suffer from? Acknowledging the wage gap and sexual violence statistics is all fun and games but deconstructing anything beyond that is somehow taking things too far? Do you not see the irony in condemning things like the cosmetic industry while degrading other women who choose not to shave?

I want to know at what point they think the oppression of women starts and stops. Do you genuinely believe that thousands of years of misogyny simply disappears overnight? Is it truly the case that your father, your brother, your boyfriend have miraculously been deprogrammed and it’s all other men that are the problem?

Everyone wants to shit on men until it comes time to reconcile with the fact that the majority of them actively and intentionally contribute to maintaining a patriarchal society. Then it just gets too real

men are responsible for everything i hate about the world. don't like war? men are behind it. don't like gangs? men are behind it. don't like billionaires? don't like capitalism? don't like poor medical infrastructure? don't like teen pregnancy? don't like pedophilia? don't like divorce? don't like public insecurity? don't like invasion of privacy? don't like theft? don't like rape? don't like climate change? don't like slavery and human trafficking? don't like fascism? don't like tribalism? don't like colonialism? don't like the systemic violence enacted on homosexual people? don't like hierarchy? don't like inequality? don't like massacres and genocides? don't like economic instability? what? is there anything you hate? feel anger toward? is anything sacred to you? are you bothered by anything?

to say you love men is to say you love the world as it is.

I find it interesting how, when you criticize Islam for misogyny, they call you a bigot and "Islamophobe" and tell you it has nothing to do with the religion but with the culture of the geographic region, regardless of what their "holy" book says; however, when you criticize the people of a certain geographic region for their misogyny, they call you a racist, xenophobic bigot and tell you it has nothing to do with the region and instead with the dominance of Islam there and that not everybody there practices Islam. Seems like they just want you to shut up and to not call out misogyny.

It's not progressive to say "women are oppressed so they should be brutalized in films for the sake of realism". Hate to break it to you, but most men are sadistic towards women, not empathetic. The male film director who recycles the violent pornography he’s consumed isn’t challenging anything. He's only desensitizing an entire audience to cruelty against women.

I hate organised religion and I'm tired of pretending that I don't.

You can really see "women see other women as enemies" it's female socialization. Back then, women were constantly pushed to hate each other. We saw it through movies, novels, everywhere. And everytime, everytime other women were painted in a bad light because they "were trying to steal our man"

All of this content were made by men themselves, they knew if women were busy fighting each other, they would never realize men are the actual cause of most women's struggles. They knew if we were together, we would be strong.

Now most women are aware of who they should be aware of. I see so many women supporting each other, and it makes me so happy.
