The word lucid means finding clarity after a period of confusion, and that’s the narrative of the album. It’s about the journey through me experiencing trauma and then finding joy.

So you mean to tell me that Kiara who wants to go the antartica, who wants to save turtles and ride camels, and Sarah who desperately wants to get out of the bubble wrap to do something meaningful, aren’t going to end up together and travel the world together?

You also mean to tell me that, JJ who took the fall for his best friend, who always protects him and Pope who keeps him grounded, but also is the most relaxed on the back of his bike, and they share the same distrust of cops, fuck the police, aren’t meant to be together?

I haven’t followed spn for 5-6 years, and haven’t been in any fandom for almost twice as much, but hoooo boy did all this nonsence suck me in.

The most challenging thing here was achieving a believable-ish lip-smush honestly.

I’ve been sketching a lot / reading a lot of fanfics lately to wind down from very busy/stressful days, and well, I feel like I’ve seen this scene in just about every one I’ve read and I wanted to draw it, because well, cheese. 

Might turn this into a little comic or something, if I have the time.
