okay so it was a wolfstar fanfic with background jily. Sirius got broken up with by his girlfriend but he had booked them like a trip to a shit load of places so Remus goes along with him instead, I also remember that regulus is included in it and he lives in Paris in a relationship with Barty and Evan and Remus and Sirius stay with him for a while. It also included them going to Italy and staying with Alphard who tries to help regulus and Sirius fix their relationship I think. I also think it was like a pretty long fic but my minds a little forgetful around the length.
