- 10 mins abs circuit

Not a bad day overall. The steak would not have been my first choice but my partner really wanted it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

- 18 min walk outside with coworkers

I didn’t get any real work done today. My motivation for putting effort into literally any part of my life other than this is nonexistent.
