More Drell designs!!! Yesh!!! YESH!!!!! I also adore the 4 previous too!!! Ok I'm done re-blogging ppl for tonight, they might think I am a creepy stalker lol although I do want the green one plz!!! :3

More drell based on lizards. Bearded dragon, Tegu, Madagascar Giant Day Gecko, and a Mountain Horned Lizard.  I like the Tegu one the most..but that may be because I love Tegus. If you would like to have one of these, again, contact me. I did these because the other set of 4, some people commented that they weren’t ‘natural’ looking enough, or that the lizards I used were man-made patterns and colors. I haven’t been having a very good day. So I started to lose it when I got to the Mountain lizard, and he’s not very good…  It’s just hard to focus on making a good design pattern when you’ve got a lot on your mind.. I also chose not to draw each one individually because I’m lazy..and I just didn’t feel up to it.

I’ve spent my entire career obsessively trying to “learn how to draw” when I should’ve just been drawing. Always thinking “I just need to get a little better… and then I’ll start working on (insert any of a hundred personal projects)” The fact is that i’ve been good enough since my teens- and would’ve improved so much more rapidly had my study been in the service of any of those projects- and not in the dozens of sketchbooks pilled in my closet. Lesson: Don’t use “learning” as an excuse to avoid “doing”.

So I’m kind of falling asleep from lack of sleep and low energy and all that, so here are a few of the panel shots that I finished. The linework is done, the coloring will take some time. But here are a couple small snipits of the frame. The drell are Seydren—my male, who I play as in ME3’s multiplayer. He’s my Adept. I’m keeping the other drell’s identity quiet, because it would ruin the story. but anyway..that’s what I got done.. that’s not even all the panels though. Meh. Sleep time, I guess.
