I love Transmasc Bill in the redemption stories so much personally !!! Since I feel like the Bill being human trope works so well as an allegory for being trans (The whole being in the wrong body and feeling wrong) Also, I just feel so seen when it talks about it too 😭😭 Especially in a human condition too, there were so many points i straight was like, “wait a damn minute, is this play about us?”

One of my many regrets in making fanart was that in one of them, Bill was solely going to be in the color of the trans flag, but i cut it bc i was struggling to render the colors ☹️ Maybe when summerween chapter comes out, I’ll hop in the opportunity of basking him in the trans flag colors and succeed 🙏 Shout out to A Human Condition my favorite fanfic ever 🥹

Alex Hirsch has made some comments about Bill’s gender before, like that tweet where Bill said he doesn’t identify as male or female, just as a triangle. Even though he uses he/him pronouns. (Oh! Or that one saying he counts as a goth girl, but we know that was a joke... Wasn't it?)

Anyway, what do you think about his gender? I'm really curious, especially in your story where he’s human. Any headcan is valid! Personally, I see him as agender, and I think he might be some kind of transmasc or intersex in his human form.

Bill’s gender is something I’ve actually put a lot of thought into, but haven’t had a chance to bring up in my story yet! So thanks for asking! 😁

My personal headcanon is, in Euclydia, whatever shape you have is equivalent to the human idea of gender and that’s why there’s “thousands of genders” for Euclydians because of slight differences in regards to angles and sides that create new polygons. So there’s hundreds of varieties in gender.

After seeing the multiverse, in my opinion, Bill probably adopted agender status or some form of genderfluidity and presents how he wants based on what he thinks will help him get ahead with other beings/cultures or how he’s feeling at any given time. Though, I think he’s still attached to his triangular form due his own superiority complex (and sentimentality though he’d rather die than admit it) and he tries to incorporate the shape in some way whenever he switches things up.

Now that he’s in human form, he’s still operating by those standards and is probably irritated that he can’t do more to alter his appearance like he could when he had shape-shifting abilities.

Hey so actually, the newest chapter for A Human Condition fueled my BILL vs Billy analysis and I actually want to CRY, now I’m nack to the board, adding on to it and making more small notes

GUYS GUYS THE MABEL HUGGINHG BILL SCENE, I HAD A VISION 😭😭 I know that face was shifted between those two cuckoos ☹️ but it was Bill who ultimately won over the moment he saw Ford. His selfishness and arrogance come first 😕

Ford bringing the Billy side out through the Candyland game is so heart-wrenching I actually wanted to collapse, they made me so happy and then when Ford realized what was going on, I just VISUALIZED Bill’s face shifting to his default, almost treading the line between BILL and Billy ☹️ and when he called out to Ford, that literally had to be Billy I refuse to believe anything else

It KILLS ME ☹️ personally, I think the only way the Bill vs Billy situation could ever be resolved is Bill accepting Billy and the full healing process continues, or Billy is just completely killed all over again. (Worst-case scenario, Bill accepts Billy but it doesn’t matter because some thing happen and Bill reverts back, the piece of Billy dying)

OH AND THE FIDDLESTAN SCENE HOLY SHIT 😭 GOSH I WAS HOPING FIDDLESTAN WOULD BE INCLUDED !!! They made me so happy this chapter, had me in tears fr… Sorry, I might be overthinking this, and maybe call this a stretch or not, but the fixing the railroad was such a perfect parallel to Bill and Ford ☹️ Except with was the oppsite, where Stan went into a defense mode and then soon softening up, quite literally the opposite to Bill 😭 Stan continues to parallel Bill but he’s if Bill changed for the better. Fiddlestan and Billford my beloved.

Both these couple weave together so beautifully and it drives me insane ☹️ to love someone who doesn’t know themselves is the most challenging form of love, but they just need to guide each other to the safety of security 😭

Fiddlestan being included guys, im actually so happy and such the perfect balance for Billford angst that’s actually going to bash into us. I fear they are going to have so much parallel to each other and I’m not ready ☹️

This was Chapter 29 got me looking like bro 😭 LIKE HOLY FART, what I give to already be good at animations because I would have absolutely tried animating so many scenes 😭 A Human Condition is so animated worthy and that would stop me from at least learning 🥹

I think we lowkey tend to overlook that Bill is the last one of his species. The last thing that proves his home existed.

Aside from like, tweaking tf out while being human in Bill redemption stories, I think him having kids would soften the blow or put salt in the wound. He doesn't have to be the last one, not anymore.

Although, it’s up for debate where he would teach his kids the culture and customs of Euclydia. Either the memories are too painful to bear and let resurface or he can finally share something that he hasn’t really talked much of.

Priest Bill AU??? (I genuinely don’t know what to call this 💀)

Aside from the whole amnesia au I thought of, I was coming up with another au.

A priest who genuinely wants to die, but he’s actually so incredibly (un?)lucky he can’t die. Every time he attempts, something goes wrong and it doesn’t work out. He obtains the Book of Bill, he uses this as a way to finally get what he so desired.

Bill successfully escapes the Theraprisma and his faith while the unnamed priest is finally dead. Unfortunately for Bill, he has to deal with a lot of the things the man had left behind. Double unfortunate, Bill is unable to use his powers. At the very least he can try to start a cult again, but he’ll have to try and be under the radar if he doesn’t want to get caught from the Pines family. The first thing that happens is getting attacked by an animal while trying to head to where the priest lives. The animal mainly attacked his face 💀

They’re lowkey freaking out though because Bill’s statue is missing, and Ford and Dipper going on their investigation trip to find any hints of Bill. Ford checks into the church and finds the priest, bro is taken aback seeing his face covered in bandages.

TBH I personally think the rest of this would be something like Bill and Ford getting along, but Ford isn’t aware of the fact that the priest is just getting along so well and knows how to say some of the right things as Bill, and then Bill is lowkey tweaking the fuck out because prior to all this, the unnamed priest never told him the demon anything about his life, let alone his name. However, as Bill starts to learn more about the priest from people who knew him personally, he realizes a bit that they are similar. Not identical, but it’s like seeing a warp mirror version. So Bill is like, “Holy shit, is this lowkey me if I was human?” type shit.

Add in the fact that Ford would eventually realize it was Bill, dear lord, can you imagine the angst? Ford yelled and was ready to kill Bill, remarking how he had tricked him again, meanwhile, the demon over here having an identity fucking crisis 💀

“You tricked me you bastard.”

“I fear I might be freaking the fuck out over here.”

Turns out, that priest's luck of not dying came in handy—because even when Ford tried to kill him, his gun didn’t go off when he pulled the trigger. It only went off when he had stopped pointing at Bill. Explanation? Idk, y’all I just provide the ideas y’all can use 💀

Extra—I've called him the unnamed priest, but I think his actual name would be Sergio :)

Honestly, I can’t tell which face I like more 😭 I wanna lean more towards Billy because I swear I captured the look of hope so well, but then Bill is there and god damn do I love how threatening he looks (not sure if you can see the faint red in his iris LOL) Default is actually a little silly to me, I didn’t mean to give an arch brow, but now I can see this guy holding an arch brow as default 💀
