You tried to run faster, you could hear him close behind you, his sick laugher ringing. You couldn’t help but smile, she loved these moments.

The chase was always their favorite part.

The thrill of being caught excited you. You could already feel the knife against your neck and it made you shutter.

“I found you~” a sinister voice rang in her ear, Levi smirked his knife pressed against your neck.

He wouldn’t hurt you no, in fact he was doing the opposite, he was making you even more excited.

He smirked more as you let out a small moan as the knife cut in, blood trialing down your neck.

“Turn around” he said smirking more as he gently licked up the blood, but leaving more knife trails down your body.

“Now how about we make more marks hm? Let everyone know you’re mine”

Belphie woke up a gasp, sitting up before he chocked more on the flowers falling from his mouth, his eyes slowly teared up because of the pain. He took deep breaths trying not to wake Beel.

Belphie brought a hand to his mouth panting and soon cleaned up all the flowers and quickly cleaned the blood before it stained.

He was worried and quickly looked it up.

“Hanahaki Disease?” He muttered “what does this even mean?” He read more and felt his heart drop...

“Unrequited love? Oh no...” he said, he knew exactly who it was. Mc, you were always catching his eye. And you normally joined him under the Cherry tree at RAD. Unfortunately he never got the chance to confess.

It was the final day, belphie could feel it, so he smiled sadly at you as he coughed harshly blood and flowers falling out as you screamed rushing over to him.

Belphie gasped and gently held your cheek

“At least I saw you one last time” he said his eyes slowly closing.

“Help me” Diavolo said his eye tearing up as he felt the flowers crawl up.

“Please Barbatos help me!” He gasped more petals and blood pooled over his desk.

Barbatos should’ve known better, though he knew it would happen. Every timeline he went too, he died because of your love and yet he couldn’t bring himself to hate you.

He ended up doing the opposite, everytime you smiled, laughed, cooked with him while yes it hurt him, hurt him more than he’d care to admit...he also fell in love more each time. He couldn’t help it, you were so beautiful to him...so, so perfect.

So he sunk deeper into pain. Fell deeper and deeper in love with you with each passing and each breath he took.

He learned to hide his pain well, carrying out his Royal duties the same he always did, making sure to leave no stain of blood or a single flower petal behind. He couldn’t let Lord Diavolo know how much pain his butler was in, so he suffered quietly.

He spent all the time he could with you. He wanted his final breath to be with you..he got what he wanted.

Barbatos knew his end was coming, he felt the flower creeping up his throat, he knew what he had to do.

He spent his last day searching for you, finally finding you at the same time the flower was coughed up. In a show of morbid love he gently pressed it into your hands.

“I’ll always love you” he said before falling dead in front of you.

When Simeon first arrived in Devildom he needed to learn his D.D.D and the other exchange students name. Who he soon learned was named Solomon. He was doing well until they came.

“Levi, Simeon are you ok?!” Luke asked worriedly because well two people just fell through the roof and fell onto them.

“Yes Luke we’re fine” he said hearing a small oof as the people fell onto the floor as they stood up. Simeon looked at the two strangers listening to one stutter as they apologized to Levi and their what he would assume friend laughed at them.

“You two, who are you?” Lucifer asked sighing

“Uh humans” one replied and the other shook thier head.

“Oh my names Mc! I’m afraid I don’t know how we got here.” The other who Simeon assumed was Mc said. He could tell you were still silently laughing at your friend. But Simeon felt weird, he felt warm but his throat soon started to hurt.

It kept growing and one day Simeon started to cough up flowers, scaring Luke so much.

“SIMEON!!” He said tears in his eyes

“I’m ok Luke” Simeon said panting, he knew the flowers Water Lillies.

“I’ll go ask Solomon what’s going on!”

Simeon didn’t reply to that, and just stayed like that staring at the flowers, but he couldn’t for long as the throbs grew and more came.

“Simeon, ever heard of Hanahaki Disease?” Solomon asked at dinner that night, he was still upset they didn’t let him cook.

“No what is it?”

“It’s something that happens to people with unrequited love, the person’s favorite flower slowly suffocates them unless they share the same feelings.”

Simeon paled because he knew who it was, the same person who fell onto him that day.

“Thank you for that information Solomon.”

Simeon never had the change to confess, it got worse everyday, more and more flower petals came up and he hid it from you.

You usually hung around him and Luke and as they learned is cuddly. Which Simeon adored at first but now...it made his heart heavy with knowing, he could never confess to you.

He unfortunately learned to late the feeling was mutual, as one day as they were all cooking snacks, Simeon has his last coughing attack. He fell onto his knees as he heard your terrified screams and for the last time made eye contact with you, tears steaming down as you pulled his slowly dying body close to you.

“LUKE! Go get Solomon hurry!” You said as Luke ran off, you gently grabbed simeons hand and shook your head “why, why didn’t you tell me?” He couldn’t answer and the last thing he felt, was a desperate kiss from you as he slowly slipped into darkness.

“Mammon, please come with me” Lucifer said making Mammon worried

“I didn’t steal anythin!”

“I never said you did” he said walking off clearly expecting mammon to follow, which he did.

“OI Lucifer where we goin?” He asked

“Someone’s here to see you” Lucifer said opening a door before stepping to the side before he got tackled.

“BABE!” A voice said hugging him tightly “I missed you so much!” It said making mammon confused until the head pulled back.

“S-sugar?” He asked softly, grabbing your cheeks “you’re here?”

You nodded quickly getting comfy in his lap and hugged him tightly again.

“Lucifer and Diavolo sent me back, I can stay with you mammon.” You said pressing kisses to his face smiling.

Mammon gently grabbed your face and kissed you lovingly.

Satan, the demon known for being ruthless and cold hearted, soon found himself feeling hopeless as flowers fell to his hands, he stared in horror as he read enough books to know what it was...but how about we go back in time? To when Satan was blind to his feelings.

He knew he liked having that human, Mc, around but surely he didn’t love them...right? He couldn’t have been more wrong.

Each day he hung out with you, the more the pain grew, the more he fell in love. The more he fell, the more petals and blood fell...Satan shook as he remembered what one book said.

‘Those with the Hanahaki Disease will cough up flowers and blood until the disease eventually suffocates them, there are only two cures: if the person they love, genuinely loves them back the disease will be reversed and they will live a long life. Or the person may have them surgically removed, but the person will lose their memory...as well as the feelings for the person they love.’

Satan stared at the page for a long time...finally deciding what to do. He’d chose his own life before confessing his love for you.

Satan took a breath as he got ready for the surgery, the doctors loomed over him.

“There is still time to leave.” One said, giving him a chance to back out.

“Do it.” Satan said before the world went dark and he went under....

He woke up dizzy, his brothers surrounded him, as well as a strange human...

“Oh hello” he said smiling at them “who are you?” He asked, they seemed very familiar...the strange person stiffened and held back tears.

“My name is Mc.”
