I’ve come to make an announcement: Shadow the Hedgehog’s a bitch-ass motherfucker, he pissed on my fucking wife! That’s right, he took his hedgehog-fuckin’ quilly dick out and he pissed on my fucking wife, and he said his dick was “this big,” and I said “that’s disgusting,” so I’m making a callout post on my Twitter.com: Shadow the Hedgehog, you’ve got a small dick, It’s the size of this walnut except WAY smaller. And guess what? Here’s what my dong looks like! That’s right, baby, tall points, no quills, no pillows — look at that, it looks like two balls and a bong! He fucked my wife, so guess what, I’m gonna fuck the Earth! That’s right, this is what you get: my SUPER LASER PISS!! Except I’m not gonna piss on the Earth, I’m gonna go higher!! I’m pissing ON THE MOON! How do you like that, Obama?! I PISSED ON THE MOON, YOU IDIOT!! You have twenty-three hours before the piss drrrrroplllllllets hit the fucking Earth! Now get outta my fucking sight, before I piss on you too!
reblog if ur kinda cold and pretty tired
I love how dynamic and fluid your drawings always look!! Do you have any tips on how to make them look more flowy and natural as rlly struggle with trying to make them loose less stiff? 💙
Thank you!!! :D
So how I learned how to draw fluid poses was doing gesture drawings! And figuring out how to make the pose fluid
Gesture drawing is all about getting and focusing on the movement of the pose rather than the anatomy
And a good way to start recognizing the movement of the pose is the ‘Line of Action’
And it’s best for the line of action to also determine the weight of the character
So for example:
And now we got the line of action next up is well drawing the pose
I always start off with drawing the torso so you’ll get an idea of exactly where you want the head to go but weather you start with the head or torso is up to you!
With getting fluid poses it’s important to draw loosely! So no slowly going to make sure each line is correct. That’s how stiffness can happen! I draw the body using straights and curves to draw out these shapes for the body! Because to every straight on one side of the pose there’s a curve on the other!
So for example for this pose there’s a straight along the back. I still like to even curve the straights because there’s no actual perfectly straights anywhere
And then the curve! Like I said before to each straight there’s a curve on the other side
And then the limbs!
Again curves
they’re everywhere
So now that we have an idea on how the pose movement is doing time to actually draw it
Starting with line of action!
Then the torso bean
Then legs
Arms and head
And finally details and using your knowledge of anatomy and where the straights and curves go to finish it up!
To get better at gesture drawing and drawing fluid poses is also all about practice because I assure you when I started trying this out a couple years ago I wasn’t good at it! So it’s also about building that muscle memory which is where the practice and trying this out with different poses will help!!
And a good website I like to go to for practicing with poses is a website called
https://line-of-action.com
Here you can look at poses for body’s, hands and feet, animals, and profiles and expresssions! And for the body poses you can ask them for nude or clothed models and the models have a large range of diversity instead of attractive white person #47
Yo you got any tips on how to pick out good color schemes and stuff? Youre really good at it, i swear looking at anything you post i just "ooh soft,, pretty colors" (if not thats chill, somethings ya just just can't explain)
Imma make ya a lil tutorial ;)
Picking colours has a lot to do with ~Colour Relativity~ also known as Value.
It doesn’t matter what colours you end up picking, you’ll need to start with this kind of balance. Use the KISS method; Keep It Super Simple. Too many colours can make your image muddy and/or confusing.
How to pick an awesome palette? Take a look at this cool shit.
Colour families can give your image a sense of unity. They’re also really handy for setting different moods. Warm colours are usually associated with high energy, big feelings like happiness and love! Cool colours are more subdued and carry heavier, slower connotations like sadness. Or just a KICK ASS AESTHETIC pic.
Bold colours are very fun to use but too many of them can hurt.
TL;DR:
Have dark, light, and midtones in your palette
Pick a colour & use colours similar to it
Limit your use of hyper-saturated colours.
Cleaning with ADHD all about momentum. Its like being a shark, if you stop moving you just straight up die.
