When I saw the knotty pine paneling and matching plaid drapes/bedding, I couldn't pass this one up!
Roses of Picardy is one of the better-documented US 1 motels online. It originally started out as a pair of tourist homes (Maple Manor and New Brick) in the 1920s, and the motel was later added sometime in the late 1940s/early 1950s. The entire complex still stands today, but is now used as offices and apartments. I may later do some build/outdoor objects for this motel, but for now, here's a bedroom/bathroom set. Enjoy!

Wondering where the Delaware shield is? This style of shield was used from the 1920s up to around 1950, and US 301 didn’t go through Delaware until the late 50s, after the Chesapeake Bay Bridge was built. US 301 originally terminated in Baltimore, as seen in this map from an old postcard.
