I'm sharing the cc I made for my UFO Crash Site's souvenir shop! They're all recolors of Maxis meshes, except for the smaller billboard, which uses @psychosim's Wall Ad mesh (included). You’ll need CEP for all the other recolors to show up. Everything is packaged separately and clearly labeled.

A dive bar for Riverview

BOOZY TIME

Built on patch 1.67 - Originally in Riverview where an unoccupied residential lot used to be, so best placed there (Size:20x30) - Lot label = Dive Bar

A bar /diner located across the street from the Trailer Park

Using Items from:

EPs: WA, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Seasons, University Life and Island Paradise.

SPs: High End Loft, Fast Lane, Outdoor Living, Town Life. I also own Mastersuite, Diesel, the 70s,80s,90s and the Movie Stuff packs, but I don’t think I’ve used anything from these in this one.

I use markers on my lots: skip level, hidden room, public room… So to be able to modify any of  these buildings you need to have cheats on:  ‘testingcheatsenabled true’, then ‘restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false’ To see/remove the markers you need ‘buydebug on.

💡 Improved Sofa Bed and Chair Bed

These are functional pull-out sofa and chair based on Ikea Ektorp set. I created them long ago, and now, having more skill, decided to give them a refresh. Let me know if I made it worse! 😁

Fixes:

No more waiting in Live Mode for newly bought beds to become fully functional

No more untimely unhiding in visited neighbors' apartments

No autonomous unfolding without sleep

Fixed pie menu texts for some languages

New features:

Quarter tile and off-grid placement enabled (if placed off tile, you have to adjust bed part by hand to align it with its seating part)

Both bed and sofa/chair are visible in Buy Mode upon placing the object so that you can recolor sheets and adjust placement right away (one of the parts will hide in Live Mode)

Sleep interaction shortcut -- unfold and go to bed in one click (sleeping autonomy and user directed sleep are the same as for other beds; if you have a global mod that changes conditions, it'll apply to these beds as well)

Option to temporary disable autonomous sleep

Other changes:

Can sell unfolded beds

Can place chair bed next to a wall

Bed unfolds in "made" state even if no one made it before folding

Sell old beds and buy new ones in game for best experience (I kept GUIDs and filenames the same)

Known Issue: it's possible to make cheaty money using undo button, I'm not saying how 😛

Shaving Mod - DOWNLOAD

Objects

2 types of razors: electric and disposable.

They can be purchased through electronics/misc, bathroom/accent, or from the supermarket RH.

Disposable razors have a max. 3 uses before expiring.

Electric razors may break and need repairing.

Only disposable razors can be used in the shower.

Interactions

Sims can shave off their beards using the sink! A full shave lasts for 72 hours - stubble will grow back 1 day prior to this.

Sims can also shave their beard into a style.

Sims can also shave their legs in the shower.

Other features

Some sims may nick themselves while shaving. The sims in question will have at least one of the following attributes:

traits: clumsy, absent minded, childish

buffs: sleepy, bad nights sleep, exhausted, dazed

age: teenager

About beard styles

The types of beards available are determined through the Beard Config XML in the mod's main package file. You can add your own beards, if they happen to have a CASP name, and also determine which of the beards may be chosen as stubble.

Known Issues

Sadly, I couldn't get all beards to play nice with the mod. The two EA beards 'amBeardMoustache' and 'amBeardMoustacheStubble' as shown in the screenshot below will not grow back once shaved or be applied to the sim when chosen as a style. As such, I have removed them from the beard XML and you will not see them in the drop-down like below. From my knowledge, these are the only two beards that act as such.

Other

Requirements: No EP or mod requirements

Recommendations: @nectar-cellar beard cc . Kitt Trapping Beards, Imamiii beards. Whichever Master Controller module allows for female body hair.

Special thanks: @twinsimming for providing the shaving cream overlay which she converted. Those who helped to test the mod @desiree-uk @its-time-o-clock @puffkins2000 @twinsimming and any others who tested but did not reveal themselves.

Tuning: There are tuneable values in the XML.

Uninstallation: You can use the cheat 'uninstallshaving' to safely clear the mod data before removing from your mods folder.

Compatibility

I do not use NRaas Dresser anymore so I'm unsure how how fervently it will try to add body hair to sims when enabled. Please keep this in mind if you see oddities.
