Five-year-old Mariam,๐with her bright pink backpack and tiny hands clutching a red rose, was ready to head to her KG2 class. It was a Saturday morning, October 7, and Mariam was filled with excitement and pride for reaching the next stage of her education. She wanted to surprise her kind teacher with that little rose. But in an instant, her world โ our world โ was torn apart.
Without warning, the skies filled with the sounds of explosions. The joyful morning turned into a nightmare of dust, fear, and destruction. Her preschool was shattered, her teacherโs life taken, and our neighborhood became a place of ruin. That single day marked the beginning of a relentless assault on Gaza โ a place where childhood dreams, laughter, and innocence were erased in moments.
I am Khaled Ismail, a 41-year-old father, and my wife Rasha is 32. We live in Gaza with our three children. Our youngest, beautiful Mariam๐, is just five years old. Our eldest, Walid, 12, is a boy full of dreams, always hoping to become an inventor. And in the middle, thereโs Karim, our 10-year-old, whose laughter and jokes used to brighten our darkest days.
But the war has left scars that words cannot heal. The day of the first airstrike changed everything. Rubble covered their toys, and black dust filled the air. The sound of my childrenโs cries mixed with the chaos of families running for their lives. We left our home that day, desperately searching for safety. But every step, every shelter, brought only more destruction.
For a year now, we have been displaced, moving from one place to another, only to be met with more violence. Today, our home is nothing more than a frail tent. It offers no shelter from the burning heat of summer or the biting cold of winter. My childrenโs small bodies are battered by this reality โ malnutrition, intestinal infections, heat stroke, and even hepatitis are constant threats.
I have nothing left to change our situation. My children have lost everything. I have lost everything. Their childhood is buried under the rubble, their dreams replaced by survival, and their once-joyful laughter now a faint memory.
I am humbly reaching out to you with a plea to help us escape this endless nightmare. Our dream is simple: to find safety, to give our children a chance at life, to give Mariam and her brothers a future. With every dollar, you offer a glimmer of hope, a step closer to a place where they can finally be children again.
Please, be the reason my family finds peace. Your support, even just one dollar, can make all the difference. Together, we can turn this story of despair into one of hope and resilience. Start today, and be a part of the miracle we need.
Help Mariam๐. Help my family. Let us find a place to live with dignity and hope. Thank you for reading, and thank you for caring.
Help my family
November is the month with the most difficult memories in my family's life. On the fourth day of this month, we lost my older brother, Mohammed, during the Israeli occupation's invasion of the city of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip. My brother Mohammed was shot in the chest by a Zionist sniper. He continued to bleed for hours until he passed away in the first minutes of the ambulance arrivingุ What is striking is that 18 years have passed since the loss of my brother, and the occupation is repeating the same approach, invading and destroying the same city of Beit Hanoun. We are suffering, we are suffering from a criminal occupation that is unparalleled throughout the ages.

my mom is letting my abuser -- my brother -- back into the house because he has nowhere to go and she misses her son and wants to give him another chance
mind you she has bailed him out of jail multiple times to free him of charges of assault, domestic assault, armed criminal action, property damage, theft, etc that he caused to my family. namely me and my sister, but also to my mom, so i'm really confused as to why she is granting him the ability to even visit
like he's choked me and he's thrown my sister into doors before stomping on her stomach. he's threatened to kill any children she may have and has told me (AFAB) and my sister that "women are only good for being raped". my sister has a 4 month old daughter now so we are very scared
anyways when i filed a restraining order today my mom tried keeping me away from doing so because "it's not necessary" and "he doesn't deserve that". she prevented me from reporting my assaults multiple times in years prior so i wouldn't ruin his reputation or chances at having a job
am i in the wrong here. i've been in therapy for over a decade due to his actions

Help Hazem and his pregnant wife secure a better future ๐ต๐ธ๐
Dear Humanity,
My name is Hazem, I am 27 years old, and I live in the Gaza Strip with my wife, Nadra, who is 26 and in the early months of pregnancy. We led a simple life; I worked in trade and owned a modest store, while my wife was a daily-wage teacher. But everything changed drastically with the recent war, leaving us no choice but to flee multiple times in search of safety.
We have become used to facing wars, but this time, itโs entirely different. We are experiencing an unrelenting genocide, forcing us into constant displacement from one area to another within Gaza. Today, we find ourselves living in a tent on the streets amid worsening conditions every day.
The pain of loss doesnโt end there; I recently lost my father, and now I live with my beloved mother, whom I care for. My home, for which I hadnโt even completed the payments, was entirely destroyed, along with our family home where I grew up and created my fondest memories. Even my store, built through hard work to provide a dignified life for my family, didnโt survive.
My wife and I have thought a lot about the future of our upcoming child and how life would be for them in these harsh circumstances. The motivation behind launching this GoFundMe campaign is that I am about to become a father, and my wife needs special care during her pregnancy. We hope to provide them with better conditions.
Purpose of the Campaign
The purpose of this GoFundMe campaign is to seek financial assistance for us, as we face unimaginable challenges in the Gaza Strip due to the ongoing war and humanitarian crisis. As we prepare for the arrival of our first child, we urgently need support to:
1. Ensure Safe Conditions for Pregnancy: Nadra requires special care during her pregnancy, and the current living conditions are not suitable for her or the baby.
2. Rebuild Our Lives: After losing our home and livelihood, we need funds to start over and create a stable environment for our family.
3. Provide Basic Necessities: The donations will help secure food, shelter, and medical care, which are essential for both Nadra and our unborn child.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any help you provide, and we ask that you and your loved ones remain safe.

Please take a few minutes to watch the video and read this post.
I am writing these words after losing hope in everyoneโฆ except for you, my friends. Tumblr has a very large number of users, estimated in the millions . Thatโs an enormous number! But imagine, with all those of people, how would you feel if people saw you and ignored you? Youโd feel deeply disappointed, right? Or maybe youโd even wish for death.
Have you ever wished for death? For me, I feel like Iโd rather die than be ignored by everyone. If I wasnโt in desperate need of help, I wouldnโt ask anyone for it. I really need help.
Imagine for a moment that you have a small child you love dearly, and youโre forced to watch her suffer in front of your eyes. This isnโt just an imagination for me; itโs my reality. My family and I live this pain every day.
Please, be our hope. Be our voice. Be the ones who save us from despair. Donโt ignore us. Donate, even if itโs just $5 .
There are so many people reading this post right now. I beg anyone who sees these words to donate if they can, and if not, to share this post. Please, donโt leave us behind.
Be our family, or think of us as members of your own family, and save us from this suffering. No matter how small the amount, your help means the world to us. And if you canโt donate, share this post and add a few kind words to inspire others to help.
Thank you so much, everyone. I wish you all the best.

URGENT HELP๐จ๐จ๐จ๐๐ต๐ธ
Hello,
How do you do ? I hope to be in a good condition.
This is my special campaign
We hope to help us by donating or sharing to others.
Every donation makes a different even if it a small.
As you know, the war began on October 7 and lasted ten months. During this period, we were unable to obtain food, drink, or treatment because we did not have money.
There is no source of income for the family at the present time, so we are unable to buy food, clean water, and medicine, especially after we are afflicted with the ongoing infectious diseases spread in the north like Hepatitis C disease.
Our house has been damaged a lot since the beginning of the war. We are from the north of Gaza and we are still in the north and have not displaced to the south. We displaced 10 times from place to another seeking to safety .
We hope for your help and support, even if only a little.
