This compares keeping literal organs in a fridge and ripping out kidneys to food and nourishment, being harvested and kept in a kitchen. This can lead to the thought that Nathan sees his career as a sick type of sustenance to keep his life in check. Like many characters in the film, when he enters his alternate 'Repo Man' persona, he himself is addicted.

Nathan expects to be thanked for his work, despite the fact that he is viewed as a symbol of fear and hatred. He also is shown to have gotten so numb to the point of barely understanding his impact, instead frustrated by the lack of gratitude he gets from both his boss and victims.

This is a children's rhyme, and coupled with Nathan's act of 'playing airplane' earlier in the song, it shows that in his Repo Man mindset, he is completely unstable and unable to think straight whatsoever.

At the end of the song, Nathan loses his smile and his expression falls as he recognizes his actions. This similar to when the helmet is tossed onto his desk, sort of a repeating loss of innocence trope where he is forces to repeat the process of unconscious action and then discovering exactly what he's done.

I have a feeling no one is gonna care about this but I often think about the reason why Rotti was so dead set on having Blind Mag’s eyes repossessed in Repo.

I’ve noticed that whenever fanfictions cover Mag’s repossession they often claim it’s because she can’t pay off the debt for her eyes, which makes sense because that the reason why most people in repo get their organs repossessed and it lines up with the original stage play reasoning for her getting her eyes repossessed.

However, from what I’ve seen of the little bit of media about the original stage play, Mag is also projected to be an independent traveling artist who, despite being super popular, is still struggling financially due to not making that much money from her gigs.

This is very different from the Mag we get in the movie who is backed by the largest corporation on earth and has gone on world tours. Now I’m not saying that it’s not possible for Mag to still be struggling financially, I wouldn’t put it past Rotti to steal not only her freedom but also her money.

However I will say it’s more likely that Rotti was dead set on repossessing Mag’s eyes as a form of control over her rather than for monetary purposes.

Okay, Me and Z talked to my Rick..

So uh.. I’m together with Z and my Rick now! Although, my Rick did uh.. almost beat the shit out of Z first.. I got him to calm down! This is one of the first times I’ve dated two people at once, if anyone has any tips on that, I would appreciate that!

My Rick is still a bit jealous, and is staying really close to me. So is Z… Uh.. Let’s hope they don’t beat the shit out of each other. i won’t hesitate to beat the fuck out of them.
