I’ve heard that the bishops purgatory was being killed by the lamb over and over for eternity in purgatory which explains all of their wounds. So, I thought each bishop would have their own interpretation of the lamb that killed them. Each interpretation is a different lamb. This is what Kallamar was trapped with for his purgatory.

Fun fact from the Era of the Lamb: The bishops wounds can’t be healed like regular followers. Any wounds inflicted within the cult’s boundaries needs godly Ichor to heal, which only the Lamb can supply. Not an easy process to go through.
