*Jinx on the podium*
"People of Zaun, Sevika's been tellin' me about all these bullshit rumours and memes goin' around saying that I'm homophobic, so I'm just gonna put all that shit to rest. I 100% support gay rights!"
*crowd cheers*
"Now, Caitlyn rights, on the other hand…"
Kung Fu Panda 2 is a movie I'm rarely able to sit through without crying anyway, but seeing Oogway's spirit sitting on the Dreamworks moon already makes me feel all kinds of emotions before the damn film's even started.
Jinx: I know you're sweet on her. Hope you had a chance to… y'know…
Vi: Oh, um… be right back!
(grabs Caitlyn and runs off somewhere private)
The fact that this wasn't a one-off and Elsa still has little cameos in the X-Men videos (so she really is on the team in the HISHE "canon") is one of the most underrated bits in the whole series.
HISHE's original Let It Go cover from their Frozen video was so much better. Bloody Disney...
Sentinel gives the entire city a mandatory day off to put on his ego event, then not even a day later he triples everyone's shifts to make up for the lost time.
God, this movie is good.
Don't want to make my old readers any promises I can't keep, but since it's the New Year, I figured it's as good a time as any to share a little tease for something that I may or may not have in the works...
Season 1: Vi and Jinx both cling to memories of who the other used to be.
Season 2: Vi and Jinx confront and learn to accept each other (and themselves) for who they are in the here and now.
Knowing the Pop Trolls' habits of terrible parenting, Val being a lost Pop baby who was adopted and raised by the Rock Trolls actually makes way too much sense.
"After leaving the Crocodillian Kingdom in the safe hands of a new ruler, Crane is relieved to finally return to the Valley of Peace. But his much-needed vacation is interrupted when he and the rest of the Five are called away on a new adventure, and their skills are put to the test to uncover a long-hidden secret."
Shark Tale and Kung Fu Panda really sums up the difference between having characters written for celebrities, and having genuinely well-written characters that celebrities just happen to be great fits for.
