"Tigress' life in the Valley of Peace is turned upside down when she is revealed to be a missing princess from the far away Lǎohǔ Empire, and is summoned to finally assume her place on its imperial council. As she and the Five fight to uncover a decades-long conspiracy within her family tree, with the help of her long-lost sister, Tigress must begin to grapple with the thought of possibly leaving her friends and home behind."
I don't even hate the actual sequel as much as most do, but I would be totally okay ignoring its existence in favour of this one instead.
Since y’all liked my last post, I thought I’d give y’all a summery of this project!
So The Hunchback of Notre Dame is my FAVORITE movie of all time and was also the first movie I ever saw! (I was 2 yo and it was in theatres) I’ve been obsessed ever since.
Well as you all know, there is already a direct to DVD sequel which is……an affront to mankind imo, so I decided at the age of 12 that I would remedy this issue and create my own sequel!
Skip about 17 years later and here we are! My skills have honed enough that I feel comfortable actually working on this!

Story summary: It has been 10 years since the events of the first film, and Quasimodo is still adjusting to his new life. He can go outside whenever he likes and even helps the citizens with woodworking and other things. Phoebus has been working as the place holder judge while he waits for the King to find a proper replacement, and Esmeralda is helping Quasi learn more about her people while also raising two children.
Esmeralda really wants Quasi to leave the cathedral and start a life of his own outside of the place he was hidden for so long, but Quasi is still dealing with trauma and is very hesitant….When suddenly the circus comes to town! Madame Rousseau’s Magnificent Miraculum!
Quasimodo and his friends are excited to see the circus, but things aren’t as wonderful as they seem…

So yeah! I’ll try and keep y’all updated on this comic project :3 I have a good amount of characters designed so stay tuned!!
Caitlyn: Look, I was going through a bad time, and I didn't know if you were ever coming back. I had to fall back on someone, Vi.
Vi: (studying Maddie) Hmm… y'know what, I kinda see the appeal, actually. Hey Mads, you ever been in a three-way?
Maddie: Um… not really. I don't even have a car.
Po was saying this from the start!
Kung Fu Panda 4 spoilers ahead:
Ok look,
If they’re gonna make Po the Spiritual Leader of the Valley of Peace, can Tigress at least become Grand Master of the Jade Palace? Even if it’s sometime in the future, can we see this happen? She deserves it.
Yeah, I think I'm still bitter about this…
In Secrets Of The Furious Five, the younger Tigress sits alone inside one half of the Yin-Yang taijitu (Shifu stands completely outside of it) leaving an unoccupied space on the other end.
Then during the jail scene in Kung Fu Panda 2, Tigress and Po end up on the two sides of the same taijitu, with Po quite literally filling the gap that was there before.
2 is really just the treasure trove for us
Peter: Hold the fuck up. Peter: ... Peter: I'm the fuckup. Please hold me.
"Having enjoyed some much-needed months of peace and quiet, Viper finds herself thrust back into action when she and the Five accompany Tigress to track down her long-lost family. In the face of all kinds of adversity, danger and long-repressed trauma, Viper remains steadily determined to get to the bottom of the mystery and help Tigress find her happy ending, even if that means having to potentially part ways with her beloved surrogate sister for good."
Jinx: I know you're sweet on her. Hope you had a chance to… y'know…
Vi: Oh, um… be right back!
(grabs Caitlyn and runs off somewhere private)
This whole insistence on everything being connected to the Bayverse would be funny, if not for the fact that Lorenzo is actively hurting the movies and the franchise as a whole by following this mindset and using his power as a producer to force these restrictions.
Thanks to him, all future Transformers films now have to be set before 2007 and can't have long-term changes that'll contradict it, and Megatron (who's "supposed" to still be frozen in the Hoover Dam) and most of the other main Decepticons can't appear in major roles in the live action ones. Everybody else working on these movies wants to use those characters and go all in on moving the franchise forward with the clean slate and the goodwill that Bumblebee gave them, but they can't do that, and it's solely because Lorenzo won't allow them to.
Keep in mind, The Last Knight full on underperformed, and any future sequels in that continuity were straight up cancelled specifically in favour of continuing a new story arc with Bumblebee (which was originally meant to be a standalone prequel). Meaning the Bayverse is already effectively dead, and Lorenzo is now hindering future films to (kind of) follow its continuity for literally no reason.
(Bumblebee shows him and the other differently-designed Autobots first arriving on Earth in the 80s)
Lorenzo: It's just a little G1-esque, it's still good, it's still good!
(Transformers: Rise of the Beasts shows Unicron invading Earth in the 90s rather than being the Earth itself)
Lorenzo: It's just a little retconned, it's still good, it's still good!
(Transformers One takes place on a different-looking Cybertron with entirely new actors and character designs)
Lorenzo: It's just a little animated, it's still good, it's still good!
Fans: It's rebooted.
Lorenzo: I know.
