❥ For those of you with more cynical and highly intelligent f/os, like scientists or doctors and other things along those lines. Imagine them wholeheartedly believing that love is just some chemical reaction in the brain and nothing more than that, thinking anyone who believes otherwise is a fool. Then you come into their life, and oh fuck, their feelings for you are making them question everything they've ever known, finding themselves questioning how the universe itself works. Science be damned, you were made for them, and they know it even if they're too embarrassed to outright say it. You made them want to believe that love is something so much more than they had thought, something to deeply cherish always. You're their soulmate, their special person that they didn't even know they needed, but now that they have you, they can't bear to imagine a life without you in it.
