Hi! I'm doing research about Sigyn for my own pleasure and was wondering what kind of powers she might have? I think I saw somewhere that she had healing powers, but does she have others?
It depends on which Sigyn variation we are talking about. In Mythology there isn’t much info on Sigyn to begin with. However, by her kennings such as “Incantation-Fetter”, imply dealing with magic/spells. Some believe it might have to do with binding/anti-magic. As for her other kennings such as “Lady of Endurance”, and the fact that most associate Sigyn with a healing and positive energy, that is one reason she is associated with healing abilities.
However, from what I know, the thought of Sigyn being a healer started in the role playing community too. It is also some personal headcanons for others.
Now, as for Marvel Comics, they’ve hardly given her agency to begin with. She does display magical abilities such as binding Loki’s soul to armour and other things, but it isn’t too clear on the details about how far her powers go.
It’s honestly very vague, so you could practically imagine anything with that and expand upon it. 😂😂

Loki Laufeyson is the son of Laufey, the ruler of the Frost Giants of Jotunheim, but shortly after his birth, he was abandoned and left to die. Found by the Asgardian king Odin, Loki was raised by Odin and his wife Frigga as an Asgardian prince, along with their biological son Thor. When he grew up, he became known as the “God of Mischief”.
As a Frost Giant, Loki possesses superhuman attributes such as strength, speed, agility, durability, stamina and reflexes and has been shown to be a powerful combatant. He learned to use Asgardian sorcery from Frigga, which, in addition to his cunning, manipulative and strategic mind makes Loki one of the most dangerous foes a person could ever face in battle.

“So. You are my gift.”
“I am, Your Grace.” The Lady murmured, head bowed. Her hands were chained in front of her, and she could see the dangling shadow of the key as the Queen let it swing loosely from her fingers.
“And you are okay with your Father giving you away like this?” The monarch’s voice was probing, questioning. The Lady shifted her weight, and bobbed her head.
“Where I come from, women are the property of men. Belonging first to their father, and then to their husband.”
It was the truth she was accustomed to. Her voice was as flat and unfeeling as iron, cold as a corpse. She resented the life she’d been born into - resented being nothing more than property. Hardly more than chattle.
Warm fingers gently tilted her chin up, and she found herself eye to eye with the Queen.
For as calm as her voice had been, her eyes reflected the opposite. Rage simmered beneath them - and yet the Lady felt no fear as she faced that anger.
“I am no man.” The Queen stated.
The Lady was quick to reply. “But in your Kingdom, women can hold property, can they not?”
“They can,” the Queen agreed, releasing her grip on the other. “But people are not property.”
“So what will you do with me?”
The movement was so quick that the Lady hardly registered it. Within the blink of an eye, her shackles were gone. She stared at the chains as they slid to the floor.
Her head whipped up in shock at the Queen’s voice.
“I will free you.”
