This is the cutest thing ever, Pierluigi explains how he and Carlos met for the first time, saying that they started working in 2021 when due to Covid Rupert could not leave England. Carlos asked Ferrari for help and since they had a contract with Med-Ex (the agency Pierluigi works for) they found Pierluigi who basically followed with Carlos Rupert’s program.
Very adorable is the last part though, which I think deserves its own translation.

I feel like there aren't enough people are talking about that Lando vs George battle.
Haters love to yell that Lando isn’t aggressive enough, doesn’t go for it, plays it too safe. But he was glued to George’s rear wing. Had him sweating about his tyres the entire time.
Lando was relentless. Smart, clean, and aggressive. George definitely held his own, but Lando had that dog in him the whole time.
Just because he’s not dramatic about it doesn’t mean he isn’t lethal on track. He said he wanted to have fun this weekend, and honestly? He looked like he was having the time of his life out there.
Do you really want to see Williams teammate games after what they did to Carlos today? I can’t think of anything more unappealing.
this is honestly so mild compared to what's happened to carlos in years and teams previously. he's not the only guy to have gotten the wrong strategy today and he's also not the only guy to have gotten deeply unlucky with the safety cars. like the team shouldn't have panicked about russell's tire deg or whatever, for sure, but the safety cars really killed him.
it's fine. i know each high-scoring points opportunity lost is so painful but i don't believe it's malicious or intentional, just incompetence. which is frustrating, but also part of the team's growth process. strategy for a lower midfield team is not the same for an upper midfield team (williams is here!!) is not the same for a frontrunner. we saw mclaren having these growing pains the last couple of seasons and it was frustrating for everyone then, too.
also none of it is alex's fault and i like it when teammates are real in formula 1
