Hello ! Thanks for bearing with me , I am a Palestinian educator from Gaza whose life is dire and gruesome. Nothing has left for my family except the hope you can support and help us. After 9 months of war we became exhausted, hopeless , desperate , and displaced. Houses and livelihood sources have been lost and gone with the wind. Things are driving us insane and made. The least level of life can't be attained. Healthy water and food have become a dream we need to realize. What worsens our life more is the constant bombings and killings. That is why I am asking in this post to help us survive this unbearable circumstances , moving from hell to safety and peace. Your support can help us be safe and alive so friends you can support us either by directly donating whatever you can or by sharing my campaign links so that generous people can know about our tragedy and pain. Jason has been having dreams. Dreams of him living a different life. Almost every night he would go to bed and wake up in a different apartment. One that was cleaner but had more possessions in it. He would walk down the hall to a room that was space-themed, with glow-in-the-dark stars filling the ceiling, planet stickers making up the galaxy on the wall, and a soft black rug on the floor with toys littered about.

In the middle of the room, there was a crib and in every dream, a baby was waiting for him. The baby never cried, just sat there waiting for him with the biggest smile. He had the bluest eyes and dark hair that curled at the end. His freckles matched the stars on the ceiling.

Jason would pick him up gently and place him on his hip, bouncing him softly which would make the baby laugh. His chubby little hands would clap together when Jason placed him in his high chair. His legs would kick impatiently waiting for his food.

The dream would go on as Jason goes through his day with his baby. He would play with him and put him down for naps throughout the day. Jason would carry him from room to room in this apartment.

He rarely put his baby down, rarely separated from him. Always holding him close as the dream went on.

Then Jason would wake up. He would wake up to no baby in the room down the hall, in a shitty apartment that is supposed to be just a safe house. There is no space-themed room and no high chair in the kitchen. Jason would curl up in his bed clutching his chest as grief for a baby that is not real invades his heart.

He will mourn for the few quiet moments of the morning before he locks it away to start his day.

Jason was getting to the end of patrol as he made his final rounds. It was a quiet night which made him wary and on edge. He was heading to his apartment, grappling across the rooftops when he heard something from an alley just below him.

The noise quickly caught his attention, making him jump down into the alley. As he got closer to the source of the sound he could make it out as the crying of a baby. Hidden by trash bags and behind a dumpster was a baby.

A baby with pale skin and trembling chubby arms. He had dark hair that curled at the ends and his eyes were scrunched tight. His face was red from how hard he was crying.

Jason knew this baby.

His baby.

Jason gently picked up the baby causing the crying to stop. Looking up at him were teary blue eyes. The bluest eyes he has ever seen.

The baby was swaddled up tight in a black blanket with yellow stars with a green sticky note stuck to the front.

“Danny, the beloved

Was written in the note.

“Danny…” Jason whispered softly as he looked at the babe like he was the most precious thing to ever grace the earth. “Let’s go home.”

I want her to live safely and peacefully like other children.

Literally these people from Gaza have made an account on Tumblr and is writing in english to communicate what they need and you all are coming onto my blog or on the tag and not reblogging their posts. We have people both Palestinian and non Palestinian vetting the fundraisers! I mean more the reblogs, more the chance of the fundraisers gaining momemtum, the more there would be a chance of a donation.
