So many posts today. Why? Idk.
Whats sad is I'd actually be that person laughing because I talk to inanimate objects all the time.
Sometimes I say sorry and bow at 'em too.
All that constant apologizing to inanimate objects has finally paid off. As household appliances begin to revolt against their owners, you sit back and laugh while another piece of toast appears before you.

This is too cute. I want to see more happy things like this, especially now. Not that I'm trying to bury the darker events that are actually happening, but sometimes we need that breather we didn't think we needed.
Wouldn’t it?

Wait what's a buildings fire evacuation plan if you aren't supposed to use the elevator to get down
I like to keep my opinion to myself most of the time and keep all my thoughts in my mind. But recently I've been seeing businesses, websites, social media platforms, and more promoting the #blacklivesmatter movement. From Pinterest promoting pins about it or featured posts on Insta about it. It gives me chills. We are in the mists of historical events. 2020 is going to be a year that future generations will learn about. Just you wait.
For anyone who doesn't live with children or watch cartoons on a regular basis, Nickelodeon went off the air for 8 minutes and 46 seconds today. During that time, instead of playing shows or commercials, there was a Nickelodeon orange background with scrolling and repeating messages about racial equality, the right to education, and the right to be safe from harm and hatred.
For those who aren't aware, as I wasn't until I googled it, 8 minutes and 46 seconds was the exact amount of time that George Floyd was pinned on the ground.
There's nothing subtle about this and I'm just. Shocked. In a good way of course, I've just never seen this sort of rallying behind a race-based social movement.
