[he ranted on, as he got up from his seat, walking over to one of the drawers, and pulling out a med-kit. laying the kit on the table he pulled out a small ice-pack.] "here, apply this to your wrist while I find the bandages to keep some pressure on it." [he handed the ice to you, walking yet again to another drawer to find some bandages.]
