Summary: Si-eun has been taken by Young-bin, and Beom-Seok asks Su-ho for help.
You were happily holding onto Su-ho as you both headed toward the next destination for a delivery. It was one of the nights that you helped Su-ho with his deliveries. His bike came to a stop next to a bus. He honked the horn and waved at someone in the bus. It took you a moment before you realised who he was waving at, Si-eun. He lifted his visor before turning to lift yours.
Si-eun opened the bus window in confusion. He had been having a quiet bus ride before he heard the honk. He hadn’t been expecting to see his two guardian angels on Su-ho's bike. He watched as the two of you waved at him.
“Hi, honey.” Your voice came first. A small giggle left your lips. Si-eun was starting to realise that pet names were your thing. Though he didn’t recall you calling anyone other than Su-ho by such names.
“Hey! What are you doin’ here? Were we married in another life? Anyway, where are you goin’?” Su-ho had asked. His words caused you to giggle.
“Me? Home.” Si-eun’s voice hadn’t quite reached the two of you.
“What?” Su-ho leaned closer to hear better.
“Home.” Si-eun repeated after looking around the bus.
“After cram school?” You asked him curiously.
“Yeah.”
Su-ho leant forward, his arms resting on the handles. You leant forward with him, snuggling into your boyfriend’s warmth. Si-eun watched the two of you as you both watched him. It was oddly comfortable. Su-ho smiled lightly at Si-eun, causing the shorter male to let out a small, shaky breath. If either of you noticed, you didn’t show it.
“I’m sorry.” Si-eun spoke, his voice sincere.
“It’s okay. You were upset and angry. It’s water under the bridge.” You told him happily.
“Are ya? You can buy me and my Princess a meal if you wanna apologise. Oh, the light. See you around.” Su-ho pulled down his visor.
“See you at school, sweetheart!” You called out to Si-eun before lowering your own visor and holding onto Su-ho as he drove off.
—-------------------------
Something had shifted that morning. Whilst Su-ho slept on three desks, Si-eun came in as usual. However, instead of turning on the lights and opening the curtains, he sat and studied in the dark. Well, until you gave him your book light. He had watched you sit back in your seat, stroking Su-ho’s hair as you opened your Instagram to make a new post.
Unlike Su-ho, you were pretty active on Instagram. Most of the pictures were of you and Su-ho. A lot were selfies or were pictures of Su-ho doing different things: sleeping, sitting on his bike, playing with animals, and at the gym. Most were in-the-moment pictures that show who he truly was. His smile. His tiredness. His kind nature. How silly he could be, his love for food. Pictures of your family. Some were food and drinks. You had a few pictures of different views around the city, of the sunset. Then there were random ones. Like the odd study picture or the latest book you were reading or the new plushie Su-ho won for you, or that one Stray Kids concert the two of you had gone to.
—-------------------------
Si-eun made his way over towards you and Su-ho. You had just finished packing your stuff when you noticed Si-eun walking over. He nodded at you as you smiled at him.
“Hi, sweetheart.” He thought he would have minded all these sweet nicknames, but he didn’t mind at all. He had noticed you seemed to favour 'sweetheart'.
“I’m treating you both to lunch,” Si-eun told you. He watched as your smile softened. “You don’t have to do that.”
Si-eun shook his head. “I want to.” He reached out and shook Su-ho’s shoulder once, twice. Nothing.
You smiled brightly. “Like this.” You said moving closer to your boyfriend. You ran your fingers through his hair. “Hubby, time to wake up, my love.” You pressed a kiss to his cheek.
Su-ho blinked away. He smiled seeing you in front of him. His gaze moved from you to Si-eun. He was a little confused as to why the male was standing there. “Hmm?”
“It’s lunch time.” Si-eun told him.
Su-ho shook his head and lay his head back onto his pillow. “Mmm. Ah, I’m good.”
“You wanted me to treat.” That had Su-ho’s head shooting up off his pillow.
“Why are you looking at me like that? I won’t eat.” His head went back to his pillow.
Si-eun let out a sigh before turning to look at you. His eyes are asking for your help. You nodded in response.
“Babe, Si-eun is trying to be nice here. You need to eat. As soon as you’ve eaten, you can go back to sleep. I promise. Please come have lunch with us. Pretty please, my love.” As important as his sleep was, it was also equally important that he ate and drank.
—-------------------------
That was how the three of you found yourselves in the cafeteria. You and Su-ho sat side by side, and Si-eun was sitting across from you both.
“I wasn’t asking you to buy something expensive, but I can pay for my own school lunch.” Su-ho told Si-eun. You and Si-eun had already started eating. You have been thanked so many times. Because he truly didn’t have to do this, but he did anyway.
You and Si-eun spoke up at the same time.
“Then don’t eat it.”
“Su-ho, be polite.”
“I’ll eat it.” He took a big spoonful of rice and shoved it into his mouth.
“By the way. Why do you sleep here?” It had been a burning question in Si-eun’s mind. Every morning when he arrived at school, Su-ho was always there, sleeping. Sometimes you were there. Either sleeping on Su-ho’s chest or reading quietly beside him.
“Oh, I come here after my part-time job. If I went home, I wouldn’t wake up on time. My grandmas said it’s okay not to go to college, but I have to have perfect attendance and my high school diploma.” Su-ho explained. Si-eun looked between the two of you.
“Are you music-obsessed or something? You’re always wearing earbuds. It’s kinda rude, bro.” Su-ho’s comment caused you to look at your boyfriend with a raised eyebrow.
“You know what else is rude? Talking with a mouth full of food.” Su-ho swallowed his food before sticking his tongue out at you. “You’re a child.” You said flicking his nose.
“You love me.” Su-ho grinned as he kissed your cheek. Si-eun watched the two of you. He watched your cheeks become flushed. The way you both acted was so natural.
“And convenient.” Si-eun spoke, looking down at his food.
“What?” You and Su-ho turned to look at Si-eun.
“It’s to prevent people from trying to talk to me.” The shorter male confessed.
“You’re a freakin’ weirdo, you know that?” Su-ho continued eating.
“You might want to look in a mirror.” Si-eun’s words caused Su-ho to let out a chuckle. You let out a laugh. It was fun seeing someone who could and would give Su-ho a run for his money. Someone who could match his comebacks.
"You know, I could download some good songs for you." You told Si-eun with a bright smile.
Su-ho shook his head as if it were a terrible idea. "Don't do it. She'll only download her favourite Stray Kids songs and force you to listen to them on repeat. Save yourself, it's too late for me." He let out a laugh as you pushed his shoulder, a smile on your face.
—-------------------------
It was the end of the school day, and Su-ho was busy sleeping. You had set an alarm on your phone so that the two of you could leave, so that Su-ho could get some food before he had to go to work. You had promised him that you’d accompany him to the restaurant today, and you had insisted on helping out.
You made your way to the classroom to see Su-ho. You had heard his voice yelling from down the corridor. The people in the room were watching your boyfriend. You stepped into the room.
“What’s going on? School’s done?” He asked.
“Yeah.” One of your classmates spoke.
“Why do you guys have to hurt my feelings? Nobody woke me up.” Su-ho was practically pouting. His pink pillow on his arm.
“You had told us not to.” The same classmate had told him.
“I did?” He didn’t remember that. “Can you wake me up in ten?” He sat back on his chair.
“Babe, we have to go. If you want food, we need to get a move on. You can sleep on my couch whilst I cook.” You told him. You ran your hands on his shoulders and then onto his chest. You rested your chin on his shoulder.
“Ten more minutes, baby girl. Please?” You let out a sigh but nodded. “Alright. Ten more and that’s it.”
—-------------------------
Beom-seok rushed into the classroom. His eyes landed on you and Su-ho. You looked up from your phone.
“Are you okay?” You asked him.
“It’s Si-eun.” He told you as he shook Su-ho's shoulder. “Hey, Su-ho.” Your boyfriend stirred. “That asshole Yeong-bin took Si-eun somewhere.”
“What?” Su-ho asked, still waking up.
“I said Yeong-bin took Si-eun somewhere.” Beom-seok repeated. His words caused you to stand up.
“Yeah, and?”
“What? You should help him, Su-ho. Don’t you think so? Don’t you do martial arts?” Beom-seok was confused. Why wasn’t Su-ho helping?
“We’re not really that close, you know.” Su-ho replied.
“Okay, but how close do you have to be to help him?”
“Go tell the homeroom teacher to help him. I have work.” Su-ho finally stood up.
“Su-ho. Maybe we should go help. Si-eun could be in some serious trouble.” You told him, your voice was firm. It didn’t feel right walking away from this. From Si-eun.
“Darling, you know I have to get to work. Don’t give me that look. I’m sure he’s fine. We have to go.” Su-ho shook his head and began walking to the door.
“How about if I pay you?” You both looked at Beom-seok. “I’ll pay double.”
You and Su-ho shared a look. That was a lot of money to be offered. A part of you wished he’d help Si-eun because he wanted to, and not because of the money. However, you also understood why Su-ho would take the money. It meant more money to help his grandmother. It also meant extra money to put away in your future funds.
Su-ho walked over to Beom-seok and bowed. “My pleasure, all right. At your service. Let’s go.” You grabbed your back and followed your boyfriend, Beom-seok, not far behind you.
The three of you made it to Su-ho’s bike. Su-ho put your helmet on your head and helped you fasten it. You didn’t need the help, but it was routine at this point. He then passed his helmet to Beom-seok. You got on the bike behind Su-ho, your hands finding his waist. Beom-seok then got on the bike behind you.
—-------------------------
Thankfully, you had found them. You and Su-ho ran into action. You watched as Su-ho ran towards the group of bullies. He used Tae-hoon’s body as a springboard and kneed Yeong-bin in the face. Causing him to fall to the floor. He then spun and kicked Tae-hoon in the face, making him also fall to the ground.
“Oh, that was hot.” Su-ho heard your voice. He preened and grinned at you.
Su-ho looked down at Si-eun on the ground, who was coughing. “Are you okay?” He asked as he held out a hand to the male. Si-eun lay there panting for a moment, causing Su-ho to speak up again. “Ugh, my arm is hurting.” That had Si-eun moving. He placed his hand in Su-ho’s, and the taller male helped him up. You helped to fix Si-eun's grey jacket as Su-ho turned to face the group.
“You can stop now. Okay?” The three of you walked away. Su-ho made sure that you and Si-eun were in front of him. “Come on, we’ll get you cleaned up, Sweetheart.” You told Si-eun, concern filled your voice.
“Hey.” A voice came from behind the three of you, causing Su-ho to turn. Su-ho was able to dodge the punch that was thrown at him. You were so focused on Su-ho that you didn’t notice Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb walking towards you and Si-eun.
Si-eun did notice, however. He pulled you softly behind him before taking off his backpack and aiming for the two. Jung-chan managed to get Si-eun to the floor when he was distracted. The two began stomping on him, and Si-eun used his bag to protect himself.
“Leave him alone, you fucking twat.” You harshly kicked Tae-hoon away from your friend. You were lifted off the ground by Yeong-bin. “Get off me!” The male threw you to the floor, causing a pained yelp to leave your lips. Yeong-bin walked over to some bottles and picked one up. Both you and Su-ho noticed this. Su-ho was still in the middle of a fight, and though he tried to go over, his opponent wouldn’t let him.
You pushed yourself off the ground and ran towards Yeong-bin. He noticed you. “Grab the bitch.” Tae-hoon did as he was told and grabbed you by your hair, pulling you closer to himself. Yeong-bin smirked when he heard you scream. He raised the bottle over Si-eun when he was suddenly knocked over as Beom-seok came out of nowhere and ran full pelt at the bully, hitting him with the helmet.
Su-ho got up from the ground and made his way to Tae-hoon. He tapped his shoulder, causing the male to look at him. “Don’t touch my girl.” He slammed his fist into the male's face, causing him to let you go. No one touches you and gets away scot free.
Su-ho wrapped an arm around your waist, pulling you close to him. He looked over at Beom-seok. “Nice hit.” He then turned to face the trio of school bullies. “All you guys, aren’t you embarrassed about ganging up on him? If it were me, I’d die of humiliation. My girl would be a widow.” He stated. He watched as you held a hand out to Si-eun. The quiet male stared at your hand for a moment before slipping his hand into yours and letting you guide him to your side.
“Hyeong,” Yeong-bin spoke, looking at the male who had been fighting with Su-ho. “What’s up? What’s next?”
Su-ho let out a sigh. “Hi there.” He waved at the males who were getting closer. “Your hyeong must be embarrassed.”
Said guy sighed and began to walk away. “Let's call it a day.”
“Look, he’s leaving,” Su-ho stated as he shoved his free hand into his pocket.
Si-eun looked at the male with the busted nose. “Jeon Yeong-bin. Enough. Just stop.”
Su-ho turned. “Let’s go.” He kept his arm around your waist as he led you back to the bike. Since you had hold of Si-eun’s hand, the male also followed. Beom-seuk followed after the three of you, coming to stand on Si-eun's other side.
Su-ho leaned across you as the four of you walked. He grabbed Si-eun’s injured hand. “It’s pretty scraped up. Baby can fix that up for you.”
“Stop it.” The shorter male spoke.
“Hey, I have a name.” You told your boyfriend, your voice full of sass and tease. Su-ho grinned. “Opps, sorry. My wife can fix that up for you.” He pressed a kiss to your cheek.
“You did good, darling. That kick, very sexy” That made you flustered.
As the four of you got back to the bike. “I’m hungry after all of that.” Your boyfriend spoke. “Let’s go eat. I know an awesome place we can go. Time you pay your bill, hmm?” He asked Beom-seok.
Su-ho let you go to help you put on your helmet. He then got onto the bike. You slipped on behind him. Beom-seok didn’t get on, he turned to look at Si-eun who had let go of your hand.
“Hop on.” Su-ho told him.
“I have cram school.” Si-eun replied.
“Come on. We came to your rescue, and that’s all we get? Not even a thank you? This place is really good.” Si-eun and Su-ho locked eyes. Si-eun wasn’t sure. He really had to get to cram school. “Alright, time for the big guns.” Su-ho turned to you. “Work your magic, sweetheart.” He pleased, lifting your visor.
You looked at Si-eun as you held up Su-ho’s helmet. “Pretty please, Si-eun. At least let me clean up your hand. I promise you won’t regret coming with us. I know it’s illegal for four people to be on a bike together, but I promise, Su-ho has never had an accident. He’s always super safe when he drives. Plus, the restaurant isn’t too far, so we’ll be okay. Good food, good company. We’ll understand if you don’t want to come with us, but I really hope you do join up.” You said your pretty eyes sparked as you held out your boyfriend’s helmet to the male.
Si-eun looked between you and your boyfriend. You had both bulldozed your way into his life. Though a part of him couldn’t say he was sad about that fact. Maybe just this once, he could skip cram school. Oh, maybe he was going to regret this later on. However, the male looked at the three of you. “Fine.” He sighed.
You and Su-ho high-fived and helped Si-eun with the helmet. He sipped on behind you, Beom-seok went on behind Si-eun. It was a tight squeeze, but it would do.

Summary: Niragi, you and Chishiya play the Jack of Hearts game.
After being separated from Arisu, Kuina, Usagi, Ann and Tatta during the King of Spades games, you, Chishiya and Niragi had found a place to hide. It was a moment for the three of you to breathe. During your time hiding, you discussed where to go next. Niragi originally wanted to go to the King of Clubs, but Chishiya felt a pull to the Jack of Hearts. With you being the deciding vote, the three of you made your way to the Jack of Hearts game, promising to join the King of Clubs game if no one had beaten it by the time you were done.
The three of you arrived at the prison and walked inside. Some collars on a table greeted you. You each took one and put it on. You shivered as it clicked into place. You hated this already. The three of you made your way to the central guardroom. On your way there, a noise came from one of the cells. Niragi let out a snort as you blushed. “Oh, good lord.” Chishiya smirked.
“You know, we could always find a cell of our own and have some fun before the game.” Niragi suggested with a grin on his face. As much as you may have liked the idea, now wasn’t the time. “Don’t you think of anything else?” Chishiya asked, his hands in his pockets, turning to face Niragi. Niragi scoffed at him. “Don’t be like that. It’s good to let off some steam.” Niragi countered. You let out a soft sigh. “After the game, sure. But for now, let’s focus.” You said, and with that, the three of you continued to walk. Inside the guardroom area were a few people. Chichiya leant against a wall. You stood beside him, taking in your surroundings. Niragi stood slightly in front of the two of you. The three of you were there for a while. Watching as more people arrived. Then, finally, the final player appeared. Chishiya let out a small sigh.
“Difficulty level, Jack of Hearts.” “Game, Solitary Confinement.” “Rules: Guess the car suit that appears on the back of your collar. However, you may not look at the symbol yourself.”
“I can’t see anything.” A woman on the opposite side of the room spoke as she and everyone else pulled and felt their collars. A woman near her walked over, attempting to look at the collar.
“The time limit is one hour per round. In the final five minutes, enter your cell and disclose your symbol.”
The lights came on, showing the endless number of hallways where all the cells were. You bit your bottom lip softly. Thank the heavens you had two people you trusted with everything you had. Or else, you fear you would have been doomed.
“If you do not answer with the correct symbol, it is game over. The collar will explode, and you will die. Additionally, when the time limit reaches zero, the symbol on the collar will reset and change for each round.”
“Wait a sec. So that means we just have to ask each other what our symbols are.” A voice came close to where the three of you were stranded. “That’s easy.” He nodded as he turned to look at Chishiya, who was still leaning against the wall.
“I’m not so sure.” The blonde spoke. “They haven’t told us what the conditions to win are yet.”
“The Solitary confinement game is about how much you can trust your fellow players. Be aware that your opponent, the Jack of Hearts, has already been placed among you.”
“Oh. That’s good.” Chishiya spoke, causing you to look at him. You could see he was intrigued with this game. You looked over at Niragi, who simply shrugged at you. He had no worries. He trusted you both. He knew the three of you were walking out of this place alive and together.
“So one of us is the Jack of Hearts?” A random man asked.
“How to win: Rounds repeat every hour. You win the game when the Jack of Hearts dies.” “Prohibited actions: Looking at your symbol with a reflective surface is cheating. Players may not use weapons or violence to kill fellow players.”
That made Niragi scoff. So he couldn’t use his gun? Typical. “Seriously?” He asked as he let out a tut. “This means that the only way this game will ever end is if the Jack gives the wrong answer,” Chisyia stated. You and Niragi looked at him. “No one here is getting out alive, unless they lie to the Jack.”
“There is no limit to the number of rounds. Enough food has been provided. While participating in this game, no days will be removed from your visas.”
Chishiya nodded as he took in the words. “So we need to start lying, find the Jack of Hearts, and kill them off, or we’ll live out the rest of our days in this prison. Solitary for life.”
You shook your head gently. “No, thank you.” You didn’t like the idea of being in solitary for life.
“The game will now commence.”“You can roam freely until it is time to enter your cell.”
Everyone stayed still for a moment before people started to couple up and form groups. “So, the 22 of us need to eliminate each other. Until we somehow figure out who the Jack of Hearts is. What makes you think anyone is trustworthy?” A man in a suit spoke, unsettling everyone.
Slowly, the players all went their different ways. However, you, Chishiya and Niragi stayed where you were.
“Hey, wanna tell each other the answer?” A man in a yellow shirt, Ippei asked, walking closer to Chishiya. “If you’re trying to survive, I would examine all the people here a little more carefully. Make sure you keep the ones who don’t lie close. For all you know, I’m the one who might be the Jack.” Chishiya told the man, who looked startled. “You see? They all started breaking off into groups. Everyone wants to know who’s trustworthy and who’s not.” He turned away from the wall, his arms crossed over his chest.
“Take those two.” He said, gesturing to the man in a suit and a woman. “Before the game started, you wanna know what they were doing?” You grimaced as you thought back to it. What a way to be welcomed to the game. Beside you, Niragi let out a laugh. You noticed the man was looking at the four of you. You locked eyes for a moment, and a cold shiver ran down your spine. You instinctively grabbed Niragi’s hand and held onto a part of Chishiya’s sleeve.
“What?” Ippei asked. “That guy wants to control everything she does to exert power over her. So that she can’t interact with any other players. Which is smart, in the long run. If you’ve got someone you can trust that much, that’s how you win the game.” You let out a soft sigh. “Chishiya, a yes or no would have worked wonders to answer the guy.” You said, looking at your blonde boyfriend. He smirked at you. His attention was then brought to the ground where he could see the players downstairs. He took a few steps forward to get closer. Hoping to hear the two men downstairs talking.
A woman in a blue dress walked over to Ippei. “Hey, do you wanna join our team?” She asked him. “No pressure or anything.” Ippei thought for a moment. He was nervous. “It’s not that I don’t want to.” He said, turning to face the three of you.
“Okay, we’ll join the group.” Chishiya stated. Niragi didn’t like that idea. He preferred the idea of the three of you sticking together, alone. However, the three of you followed behind the group. Whilst Chishiya and Niragi were getting a layout of who everyone was. You were picking at your nails. You knew the boys would figure this out. Niragi tapped your hip. “Let me see, baby.” You turned around. Niragi moved your hair out of the way. “Look at that. A heart.” He said before placing a kiss behind your ear, causing you to giggle as the heat rushed to your cheeks.
You smiled and tapped Chishiya’s wrist. “You’re turn, love.” You spoke softly to him. Chishiya turned around. “Diamond. Hmm, very fitting.” You told him happily. You then turned to Niragi. “Your turn, handsome.” Niragi turned around. You and Chishiya looked at the symbol. “Spade.” The three of you stood there, mainly because Chishiya was busy thinking. You let a small huff. This was going to be a long night.
“It is time to give your answer. Please enter a solitary confinement cell of your choosing.”
The three of you walked to your cells. Yours was in the middle between Niragi and Chishiya’s cells. You stood in your cell, the door locking behind you, causing you to bite your bottom lip. “Heart.” You were confident. Of course, you were. Your two loves would never lie to you. The door unlocked once the round was over, and you stepped out of the room. You and the boys made your way back to the guardroom, and Ippei followed after the three of you.
–
“I keep wondering how long this is going to go on for.” You heard a man say. His partner spoke up. “Either the Jack will start killing people, or someone who’s afraid of the Jack will start to kill. Until either or both of those things happen, this will never end.”
“Exactly.” Chishiya agreed. “As long as we keep being honest with each other, we’ll be all right.” Ippei gasped out. “Or not.” Niragi added with a smirk, watching the man shrink back a little. You gently smacked his shoulder. He was having too much fun watching this guy cower.
“What the fuck!” A voice came, and a man was thrown to the floor. Everyone stared as a man walked over to the sobbing man on the floor. “I told you to give me the answer!” He shouted. That was so not okay. You went to take a step forward, however, Chishiya grabbed the sleeve of your cardigan. Niragi placed his arm in front of you, stopping you from moving. “Don’t.” They both whispered to you. Neither wanted you to be involved. You all watched as a man in blue, the man Chishiya had agreed with, got up and walked to the sobbing man. “You all right? Tell him he’s a club.” His voice was low, however, the three of you heard him. The sobbing man told the bully that his symbol was a club. The bully smirked and walked past you, your boyfriends and Ippei.
Ippei let out a gasp at seeing that the symbol was actually a diamond. “Shh! Now the game is really starting.” Chishiya was ready for the game to truly start. You shook your head lightly but stayed quiet. He was right. Now the game could start for real. Which meant the three of you would be closer to getting out of here and finding the others.
“It is time to give your answer. Please enter a solitary confinement cell of your choosing.”
You walked over to a cell and stepped inside. “Club.”
The first person was now dead, and all the other players were tense. Well, a lot of them were. A select few seemed calm and collected. A woman in a blue dress, the leader of the group you had joined, was plotting to kill the guy who had been getting bullied. Which to you was just wrong. He wasn’t the Jack of Hearts, and he had clearly been scared. You looked over at Chishiya, only to find him staring at a man who was sitting on the floor. The same man who had kick-started all of this, Banda. The two seemed to lock eyes and study each other.
You turned to Niragi only to find him doing the same. Except with that man in the suit, Yaba. The one who always had that woman with him. You let out a small scoff and crossed your arms over your chest. You weren’t jealous. You knew they were both trying to figure all this out. After a minute had passed, you walked forward. “Well, I’m gonna go see what food they have here.” You told your boys as you turned to walk off.
You were pulled back as Niragi grabbed your arm. “You’re not going anywhere without at least one of us with you.” He told you. You smiled up at him. “And here I thought you two were scoping out new additions to our relationship.” That made Chishiya snort beside you. Niragi shook his head. “You’re such a brat sometimes.” You grinned up at Niragi, placing a hand on his chest. “You love when I’m bratty. Hell, you love it when we’re both bratty. Right, Shiya?” You asked, turning to the blonde, who finally looked at the two of you. He smiled and nodded his head. “You love fucking the brat out of us.” He added as he stepped forward. You giggled. Niragi licked his bottom lip. “You two are on a very dangerous path right now.” You reached out and grabbed their hands. “Let’s go get some food.” You pulled them with you as you walked.
—---
You soon found yourselves sitting at a table in the cafeteria. The group you were with were all telling each other their symbols. Lying to one of the members. You and your boys already told each other your symbols. Chishiya was a heart, Niragi was a diamond, and you were a spade. Chishiya was munching on some cookies, you were eating cookies and cream flavored Pocky. Niragi had a drink and was just stealing the odd treat from you two. “When we get out of here, we should take as much of this with us as we can.” Niragi nodded at your idea. “Good idea.” You leaned up and kissed his cheek. “I’m full of good ideas.” Chishiya let out a chuckle and shook his head at you.
‘It is time to give your answer. Please enter a solitary confinement cell of your choosing.’
You made your way to the cell and said your suit. Once again, you were alive, but that wasn’t exactly surprising, was it?
‘Round four begins now.’
Everyone stood in the central guard room. Some people were confused that the guy the group just killed wasn’t the jack of hearts. Niragi let out a scoff. “How stupid are these people?” He asked, leaning against a wall beside Chishiya.
“People are starting to get nervous. I know they said there was no time limit…”Chishiya looked up as he let his words linger for a moment. “Except that people are starting to die now. I’m not sure we’ll find the Jack at all.” Well, that threw you through a loop. You and Niragi looked at Chishiya in shock.
“What the hell has gotten into you? We’ll figure this out. You’re smart enough, pretty boy.” Niragi lightly tapped his cheek. The three of you made your way downstairs to the cafeteria to grab something to eat. Once again, Chishiya was eating those biscuits from that yellow packet. “I’ll be sure to grab all of those for you when we leave this place.” Chishiya looked at you and gently squeezed your thigh in thanks.
“It is time to give your answer. Please enter a solitary confinement cell of your choosing.”
Of course, you went to your cells. Each confident as you all stated your symbols.
“Heart.”
“Club.”
“Diamond.”
—---
‘Round five begins now.’
Standing outside of the cells, Ippei was pacing. Chishiya was leaning against the wall. Arms crossed over his chest. Niragi was next to him, one hand wrapped around your waist, keeping you close. The other was in the pocket of Chishiya’s jacket. Keeping him close.
“Why are they all tricking each other?” Ippei asked as he turned to look at the three of you.
“Wow, are you really surprised?” Chishiya asked him without even looking at the poor guy. He was having a hard time with all of this. “No one wants to be the next to die.” Ippei trembled with fear. He was feeling stressed out.
You looked at your boys for a moment. You turned in Niragi’s arms. “I’m bored.” You told him, causing Niragi to chuckle. “We’re in the middle of a game and you’re bored? You hearing this?” He asked, tugging on Chishiya’s pocket to get his attention. “She knows she’s safe. She’s not worried for her life, of course, she’s bored.” Chishiya replied with a small shrug. You looked between the two of them. “Wanna make out?” You asked them both, a bright smile on your face.
“Sure.” They said in unison. And so the three of you walked off to find a cell, where you wouldn’t be interrupted.
—----
‘Round six begins now.’ ‘Round seven begins now.’
Standing in front of the shelves of food. You grabbed another box of Pocky. This time, crunchy strawberry. Every time you came down here, you seemed to be collecting the flavors. You looked around, trying to find the snack Niragi wanted, only to find it on the top shelf. Typical. You shoved your Pocky and Chishiya’s favorite cookies in your pocket. You reached up, standing on your tiptoes to try to reach, when a hand reached out from behind you to grab a packet. You turned to see Yaba and Banda behind you. Yaba held out the snack to you. “Here, you go dear.”
You smiled up at him and took the snack. “Thank you.” You looked between the men for a moment. Both seemed to be studying you, and you couldn’t decide if that was a good thing or a bad thing. “You’re pretty.” Banda stated, a smirk on his face.
“Oh, thank-” You were cut off by Niragi’s voice. “Hey Princess! Come here a minute, Chishiya had an idea he wants to tell us!” He called out. He was standing up from the table. The two could see you clearly. You turned to the men in front of you and shrugged. “Thanks for the help, gentlemen.” You then made your way to your boys. You sat down next to Niragi, across from Chishiya.
“Stay away from those two.” Niragi said as he sat back down. He gently ran his fingers through your hair.
“Banda is a murderer, so stay clear. No more going anywhere alone.” Chishiya added with a tone that made it seem like that was common knowledge.
Then the words of what he had said sank in. “Wait, what? How do you know that?”
“I read.”
‘Round eight begins now.’ ‘Round nine begins now.’ ‘Round ten begins now.’ ‘Round eleven begins now.’ ‘Round twelve begins now.’
Round after round and more people were being killed off. You had watched the group kill each other off. It was brutal, but there was nothing you could do.
“I don’t think I can keep playing this game.” Ippei sobbed out.
“Diamond.”
He turned to face Chishiya, who had spoken. “How much longer, man?” He then sat down on the ground. “It’s so messed up.” He sniffled. “I thought that… people were much better than this.”
“Man, you led a charmed life.” You smacked Chishiya on the arm. “I’m sorry. But this is our reality now. Maybe we won’t get out of this alive. But even so, all we can do for now is help each other. So we can get out of this game.” You watched Chishiya walk over to Ippei and crouch down beside him. “Okay? We can do this.”
‘Round Thirteen begins now.’
Ippei was dead. The three of you stood outside of this cell. “You were too kind for this world, Ippei.” Chishiya sighed and turned to face the opening doors. “Well, that’s settled. Looks like we lost our partner.” Niragi chuckled at Chishiya’s words. “More like you lost your admirer.” He stated with a smirk. Chishiya shoved him slightly. “Shut up.” He said as the three of you watched the remaining players staring at you all. They all then walked away.
—-
Back downstairs, the three of you got food again. Chishiya had just finished telling you both who he thought the Jack was and why. Then, low and behind, the man you were speaking about came into the room. Matsushita was heading towards the same cookies he always got. A selection of the same cookie but different flavours.
Chishiya got up, his yellow packet of cookies in his hands as he walked over to Matsushita. He leant against the shelves of food. “These cookies taste better.” He said, causing Matsushita in the grey cardigan to turn to face him. Niragi walked over, appearing behind Chishiya. Matsushita stepped back slightly before walking past the two, just as you walked over. The guy looked you over for a moment as he continued to walk.
“That guy you hang out with? You should know that he’s a murderer.” Matsushita turned to look at Chishiya in confusion.
“What?”
“His name’s Sunato Banda. It was in the newspaper. Murdered four women, so that makes him a serial killer. And, you know, that’s punishable by death.”
“That’s a filthy lie.”
“No. It’s true. Know what I think? I think he’s the Jack of Hearts. There are only seven of us left. Time is running out. So the Jack’s gonna start to get aggressive now. Might as well share symbols. Chishiya began to walk over to Matsushita. “For the moment, you’re in a good position. The Jack still trusts you. So if anyone is going lie to the Jack. It has to be you.” Chishiya walked to the other side of the man. “Which means the game can only win one way. The key player here is you.” He let out a breath before crossing his arms over his chest, still holding the yellow bag of cookies. “I’m sure this is a lot, and you don’t trust me yet. For what it’s worth, there’s no advantage for me to lie. So I’ll tell you the truth about your symbol. Don’t you wanna make sure that Banda’s telling you the truth?”
“What makes you think that I would trust you over him?”
You don’t have to if you don’t want to. If I were in your shoes, I’d want to weigh my options. And I’ve got no reason to lie to you. Banda’s a murderer, and that’s a fact.”
“I still don’t trust you.”
“Fine. You’ll see for yourself once the next round is over. You’re a spade. Just so you know.” Chishiya turned around. “So, will you tell me mine?” There was a beat of silence. “Come on. I told you what yours is.”
“I never agreed to this deal.” Matsushita walked away from stopping. “Heart.” And with that, he left.
“What a fucking liar.” You couldn’t help but say once he was out of earshot. Chishiya was a diamond. But he already knew that. You were a club, and Niragi was a spade. Niragi shook his head and chuckled. “Baby, we knew he was going to lie.” He told you with a shrug. Chishiya walked back over to the two of you. “It’s him. I’m sure of it.” He confirmed. Niragi nodded his head in agreement.
“I still don’t like that Yaba guy or that Banda.” Niragi stated, arms crossed over his chest, remembering you talking to them.
You and Chishiya looked at each other, sharing a knowing smile. “Jealous.”
“Shut up.”
—-
After a while, Kotoko came into the room. She was picking up the same cookies she always did. Once again, Chishiya made his move.
“There are only seven of us left. Unfortunately, one of my partners is dead. I asked that guy, Matsushita, what my symbol is, but he told me he doesn’t trust me.” He inhaled. “And I’m pretty sure he lied to me. Sort of a hunch, I guess. So, would you mind telling me what my symbol is? I know this is kind of a big ask. But if you want, I promise to tell you your symbol in exchange. I … don’t mean to presume, but you strike me as an honest person. At least from over here. Also, that Yaba guy strikes me as a bit of a conman, and since you’re aligned with him, I thought you should know.”
Chishiya walked past Kotoko. “Your symbol is a heart. Now, what about mine? It’s a club, right?”
Kotoko walked away, her head down. Chishiya raised his packet of biscuits. “These are better, you know!” Chishiya let out a sigh and made his way to your table, where you and Niragi were sitting. The two of you had been having a lightsaber battle with your Pocky. Though your attention was brought to Chishiya was he sat down.
“I thought you were a doctor, not a salesman. Are you trying to sell those cookies to everyone or something?” Niragi asked him with a teasing grin on his face. Chishiya picked up a cookie and threw it at Niragi, intending to hit him with it. Though Niragi caught it in his mouth. “Shut up.”
You let out a giggle. The three of you spent the rest of the time sitting around the table, eating and talking about whatever you could.
—--
Walking back to the central guardroom, Yaba walked past three of you. He and Chishiya slowed down for a moment before he walked off to Kotoko. The three of you turned and watched Banda walk up the stairs before heading off to Matsushita.
“Seven people left, two pairs and one trio. The jack’s definitely going to make a move this round.” He took a step forward, standing on the podium thing. “I guess that this is the last round.” The blonde turned to look at the two of you. Niragi scoffed. “When did you become so dramatic?”
“It is time to give your answer. Please enter a solitary confinement cell of your choosing.”
You walked into your cell. You smiled slightly. Hopefully this was the last round. “Club.” You waited for a moment. The same sound echoed to show someone had died. The place was quiet until you heard an unsettling cackle like laughter. It sent chills down your spine. Hearing a door open, you opened your door. You stepped out. Niragi walked out of his, which was on your left. Chishiya walked out of his, which was on your right.
“I had a feeling you were the Jack of Hearts.” The three of you turned to face Matsushita. Chishiya’s hands were in his packers. Niragi’s were crossed over his chest. You put your hands on your hips. All three of you are watching the man in front of you.
“But how did you…?”
“You teamed up with Banda from the start, and he’s a murderer, so it just made sense. Even if somehow you were moved by Banda’s little monologue, I knew you wouldn’t trust him. You don’t trust strangers and certainly not that fast.” Chishiya stated calmly. God, it was hot seeing his brain work. Very sexy. Nope, now was not the time for that.
Another door opened and out came Banda. “Most people won’t even talk to a guy like me. But you wanted to kill me. I could sense that in you right away. So I wanted to see if you were smart, or just stupid or whether you were a true psychopath.”
“You mean..”
“You thought you were controlling me this whole time.” He began walking towards Matsushita. “But I was manipulating you into thinking that way. Ultimately, it was your huge superiority complex that gave you away.”
“That kind of self-importance usually comes from being put in a special position. Something that made you feel untouchable. Like being chosen as the Jack.” Chishiya started.
“You guys are wrong about this. Banda is the Jack of Hearts!”
“Sorry, kid.” Yaba’s voice came from the stairs. “It’s not Banda.” Yaba walked over, hands in his pants pockets. “You and Kotoko were connected. I told Kotoko what her symbol was, and yet, she still died. Which means, Kotoko was being manipulated by someone other than me.”
Matsushita nodded. “Well, then, you should be accusing one of those three instead!”
“Everything I went to the cafeteria, you and Kotoko would always be there, getting snacks at the same time. And each time, you’d get the same kind of snack. You and Kotoko were secretly communicating in the cafeteria. Both of you were just pretending that you were being controlled.” Chishiya spoke.
“No one knows what being controlled looks like until they’ve seen you in the bedroom.” Niragi chuckled in your ear. You wizzed around and slapped his chest. “Niragi, now is so not the time. Chishiya is showing off his sexy smarts, so please shut up.”
“There were four different flavors of the snack. You would confirm your symbols by checking the packaging. Using those snacks as a code with each other. I caught on pretty quickly.” Chishiya finished.
Yaba then spoke up. “And then, you told Kotoko to give me the wrong symbol. I did trust her. Except at the end.”
Matsushita gasped. “When did you lot start working together?”
“Well, the very first announcement said that this game is about how much we can trust one another. So we simply followed that principle. To gain someone’s trust. You can’t control, manipulate or guide them in any way. You can’t brainwash or hypnotize them, lie to them or instill fear.” Yaba spoke with every step he took. Only stopping once he came to stand beside Banda. “It’s called equality.”
“Wait, what makes you so sure it’s me? The Jack of Hearts could easily be one of your five. Okay, maybe I did try to blame everything on you by setting you up, but look! But that’s not enough, huh? You guys don’t have any proof that I’m the Jack of Hearts, huh?”
“You sure about that?” Chishiya asked.
“Huh?” Matsushita turned to face him. Chishiya stepped forward. “Just think about it. If they suspected that you were the Jack, then why did you survive this last round? Why didn’t Banda Lie? Tell you the wrong thing?”
Niragi stepped forward, a sick grin on his face. “The reason you’re still alive is because you’re the Jack. And these guys planned to keep you alive. Because they decided they wanna get information out of you.”
‘Round fourteen begins now.’
—--
Walking out of the prison, the boys opened a gate each, letting you walk out first. The three of you walked about before stopping to look at the blimp as it blew up and set on fire. You each had a bag, filled with food and drinks.
“Well, that was fun.” You told them, causing the two to look at you. You smiled up at them. “I don’t think I’ve ever been so chill about a game before.”
“That’s because Chishiya did all the work, baby.” Niragi told you with a raised eyebrow.
Chishiya nodded. “Well, you made some good commentary.” He said to Niragi, making him puff out his chest a little.
“And I had the hardest job of all. Looking pretty and eating all the Pocky.” You told them, mocking a sad expression. Your hand on your chest.
Suddenly, your bag was snatched from you by Chishiya. “Hey!” Niragi grabbed you and lifted you from the ground.
The sound of your laughter filled the streets. The three of you are happy and heading off to find your friends.

Hello.
Did..Did I read that right? I'm your new favorite writer? Give me a minute to go scream into my pillow from excitement. That is such an honour. Thank you so so much. I can't stop smiling.
Onto your question, I've never written smut before. I could try. I'm not sure if it would be any good. But I was totally down to at least attempt it. Because to be fair, I do have an idea that I wanted to possibly test out with the reader and our boys. So yeah, smut may be coming our way. But no promises on it being good, cuz I have no idea what I'm doing. But we'll see.
I love you too. Thank you for reading and supporting me and my strange little collection I've been making, it means the world to me.
Hello, me again. I know, you must be sick of me by now.
Anyway, I have been thinking of making separate taglists, I just need some thoughts on this. So at the moment I have 1 tag list that I use for all my fics. But then I was thinking, what if some people only wanna read the Love Line Collection?
So I'm gonna see how this goes and then continue from there.
Arisu Ryohei x Reader x Chishiya Shuntaro

Taglist. Masterlist. Progress Update. Heart and Diamond Collection.
Summary: You and Chishiya notice Arisu for the first time.
It was a new night and a new game. You stood leaning against a wall with your boyfriend, Chishiya, standing beside you. His hood was up, and his hands were in his pockets. Chishiya was waiting for his taser to charge. You thought it was one of his better inventions. Meanwhile, the two of you shared your music player, each having an earphone in. Listening to the soft music.
"There are a lot of people here. Maybe one's a doctor." A voice catches your attention. You look towards the entrance and see two guys walking in. The shorter of the two, the one with the dark hair, catches your attention. You watch the two walk to the table and grab a phone. Your eyes lock with the dark-haired male. You give him a sweet smile and a wave. He blushes and quickly looks away. He took another sneak peek at you, only to see both you and Chishiya watching him. The male quickly turned his attention to his taller friend.
A finger tapped your waist, causing you to look at your boyfriend. "Hmm, found a new victim already?" He asked you quietly, a smirk on his face. His fingers ran down to toy with your bikini skirt. It was like your usual one. Just this time it was white and purple rather than white and blue. You had shorts underneath and were wearing an actual top. You also had on one of Chishiya's jackets. It was a lot like his white one, but pink. You scoffed. "Victim? Shuntaro, Dear, you wound me." You told him as you placed a hand on your chest, over your heart. He shook his head a you. "If you behave, I'll patch you up later." His words made you giggle.
A giggle that reached Arisu's ears. His attention was brought away from Karube, his eyes moving to you and the man beside you. By the gods, your giggle was like music to Arisu's ears. He wanted to hear it forever. Wait, no. He couldn't think things like that. He had to focus on the game, not on a stranger. Fingers clicked in his face, causing him to look at his best friend. "Sorry, what?"
"Registration has closed. There are a total of 14 participants. The game will now commence." "Difficulty, Five of Spades." "Game is 'Tag'." "Rule. Avoid whoever is 'It'"
You let out a soft whine. "I hate running. I should have gone with Kuina." Chishiya simply shook his head at your words.
"Clear Condition: Discover and touch the base hidden in one of the building's rooms within the time limit. You clear the game when this objective is fulfilled." "Time limit, 20 minutes. After twenty minutes, the time bomb hidden in the building will explode."
You looked around for a moment. You noticed a cute girl stretching. She had the right idea. Everyone began to wander off. Chishiya squatted down to unplug the taser he had made and shoved it in his pocket. You turned off your music and wrapped the earphones around the music player. You shoved it into your jacket pocket. Chishiya then took your hand in his and walked to the elevator. He pressed the button and let you inside first. You turned, noticed those two guys again. Both are now watching you and Chishiya. You waved at the two. Karube looked away, whereas Arisu had somehow gained the courage to wave back.
As the doors closed and the elevator began to rise, Arisu let out a hiss. Karube had smacked him in the back of the head. "Arisu, we have to go." Arisu let out a small breath but nodded. He began to follow Karube up the stairs.
Once the elevator hit the top floor, you and Chsihiya walked hand in hand to the south walkway. From where the two of you stood, you could see everything and basically everyone.
"It's just as I thought. The most important strategy in this game is placement. This spot has the best vantage point if we don't know where it will emerge. We can observe most of the complex from here; there's no sense in wandering around where visibility is so limited." Chishiya leaned one arm on the railing. The other snaked around your waist.
"Choosing an L-shaped apartment complex, what a thoughtful game." That made you laugh. Chishiya could be funny when he wanted to be. He always knew how to make you smile or calm your nerves.
"Mmm, very thoughtful indeed, dear. It's almost like the game knew we were coming." Chishiya grinned down at you. You both turned in the direction of the elevator to see Aguni and one of his militants getting off. Chishiya waved at him. You copied his action. "Hi Aguni!" The man just grunted and walked away.
"Hmm, I think we're cracking through the hard exterior. He grunted this time. That's progress." You told your boyfriend, who simply chuckled at you.
You both got back to watching the other players. "The most important tool on the battlefield is information. How can you fight an enemy you don't know? Their appearance, weapons, habits, patterns, thought process... we can observe it all from here. I have the initiative." You watched as he pulled his hood down. "You may have killed more than me... but I'm smarter than you."
You let out a soft giggle, knowing he was talking to the game. "You're so dramatic. I love you." Chishiya looked at you, placing a soft kiss on your lips.
"I love you too, Darling. Now, help me pick out some guinea pigs so I can conduct my research." The two of you looked around. "Let's start with them." Chishiya gestured to the guys you had waved at in the lobby.
You pouted. "Hmm, alright."
"The Game will now commence. The time limit is 20 minutes. Commence now. The tagger is on the move."
--------------
You frowned, hearing a door open and close. Your eyes darted everywhere. "I don't see anything."
Chishiya looked over the railing. "I can't quite see from here. The base is likely from the same apartment it came out of. It would have been nice to see that right off the bat. But I'm guessing the base must be in the south tower." Chishiya looked at you, and you shrugged up at him. You wrapped your arms around his waist, cuddling into his side.
"Hmm, that would have been too easy for you, my love." Chishiya smiled at your words, placing a kiss on your forehead.
The two of you looked at each other for a moment before something caught Chishiya's eye. "Woah, are they serious? Five of spades, I underestimated you." You turned your head to see what he was looking at. Only to see a man in a horsemask, carrying a gun. He was a big guy. The sight was kind of unsettling.
The two of you watched as the man in the horse mask shot down two guys. He then began to shoot at the stairwell. The two of you watched the two guys you had waved at run down the stairs with another man. However, as the other man continued down another set of stairs, the cute guy with the dark hair pulled his friend around the corner to the walkway. Arisu held his breath, Karube doing the same as footsteps got closer. Thankfully, though, the footsteps continued down the stairs, allowing both men to let out a breath.
You shared a look with Chishiya. "Hmm, impressive decision making under pressure." The blonde spoke. "Maybe your intuition was right."
You smiled brightly at your boyfriend. "Mmm, he's cute and smart. He could be the one, you know?"
Chishiya raised an eyebrow at you. "Are you sure, sweetness?" He had to admit, the other male was good-looking, and he was showing his smarts.
You nodded your head. "I think it's time I joined the game." You told him. You wanted to go and talk to this guy.
"Are you sure, darling? We could always talk to him later. You know I don't want you in danger." Chishiya knew very well that you could take care of yourself. But the idea of you being in any kind of danger always made it hard for him to breathe.
"I'll be okay. I need to speak with him to be sure. Besides, with you being here, you can tell me on our walkie-talkies if that horse mask gets close to where I am. I'll see you soon, my love." You pressed a soft kiss to his lips. He, of course, kissed you back. The two of you parted and pulled out your walkie-talkies.
"Hey, baby!" You turned back to Chishiya, hearing his voice. "I wanna see him quiver."
"Anything for you, my love." You winked at the blonde before making your way to the stairs and going down.
------
"HEY EVERYONE, CAN YOU HEAR ME!!?" You frowned, hearing a voice shouting out. You made your way downstairs.
"The player chasing us is wearing a horse mask and is armed with an automatic. If we can let each other know where it's heading. We can search for the base safely. If we work together, it won't be able to catch up. We can all get out alive!"
You walked towards the walkway and smiled, seeing the two guys. You could practically hear Chishiya's voice in your head. "So passionate. Also pretty sharp. Those two might become the MVPS of this round. However, will it be that easy? With this many players, why should I put myself at risk? Do I really need to go to the walkways to look for the base? Shouting out its location? Won't that just give away my own position? Can I even trust intel from another player? I don't care if we're on the Earth or the Moon. As long as we survive, I don't care how many others die. That's human right?" That's what he would have told you. He would have pulled you closer. Reminding you that his main goal was always to keep you and himself safe. To make sure you both survive.
"It's on the sixth floor, south walkway! If you're close by, run!" A female voice came.
You walked over to the two guys and looked over the railing to see a girl climbing up to another floor. "Hmm, a climber. How fun."
Your voice caused the two males to jump. You let out a soft giggle. "Oh, my apologies. I didn't mean to startle you both." You walked over to a door and turned the handle. It didn't open. You turned back to the two males and introduced yourself. You held a hand out to them.
The two looked at each other. The taller one stepped forward first, after a beat of silence. "I'm Karube." He shook your hand. It was firm yet still gentle. He flashed a charming smile your way. You let out a hum as your hands parted. "Pleasure." You turned to look at the shorter one.
"What about you, sweetheart? You got a name? Or would you just prefer it if I called you cutie?" That made Arisu's eyes too wide. Sweetheart? Cutie? Were... were you flirting with him? Holy shit! A pretty girl was giving him nicknames in the middle of a death game. But wait, didn't you have a boyfriend? Then again, he had seen you both watching him in the lobby.
Karube nudged Arisu forward, causing him to snap out of his thoughts. "I'm Ryohei Arisu." Oh, full name. A bright smile appeared on your perfectly soft pink lips. You had the lipstick tube in your pocket. The two of you shook hands. His grip was softer than Karube's. His eyes met yours. He sucked in a breath seeing you already looking at him.
"Ryohei Arisu." You tested his name out on your lips as you pressed down on the walkie-talkie button, allowing Chishiya the ability to hear the name of your target, and it sent a shiver down Arisu's spine. He suddenly longed to hear you say his name again. "I saw you by the way. When you were running away from it. The fact that you chose to go towards the walkway and not down the stairs was inspired. A really smart choice. Most people would have ended up downstairs and died. But not you. Cute and smart. You're basically the whole package."
"Thank you." That made you smile. He was polite and had manners, too. Arisu was sure his brain just short-circuited. His knees quivered for a moment. He wasn't used to this. To a girl flirting with him. He wasn't used to being praised, but it made his chest bubble with pride. Karube looked between the two of you. He was just as stunned, but he was proud of his best friend. So he patted his back. Karube then frowned.
"Wait, how did you see that?" He turned to you in confusion.
You guested over to where Chishiya stood. The two males looked up to the top floor to see Chsihiya leaning against the railing. Walking-talking with a hand, watching the three of you. He waved at the three of you. Causing you to excitedly wave back. A smirk appeared on his face.
You pressed the talk button. "Isn't he handsome?" You asked, looking at Arisu. The male looked between you and Chishiya. He nodded. "Very handsome." You let go of the button as you watched Chishiya nod at you with a small smile.
Crap, Arisu couldn't believe he had just agreed with you, but then again. He had been honest when he had agreed. The blonde was handsome. The way he stared at him made Arisu weak at the knees. Fuck, what were you two doing to him? Two total strangers, one of whom he hadn't even spoken to yet, were making his mind race and freeze at the same time.
"Chishiya and I have been up there the whole game. Watching. Shiya loves a good advantage point." You explained to the two. "That's how we say you two running away from it. It's how we saw this cutie come up with a good plan under such pressure." That made Arisu blush. He scratched the back of his neck.
You began to walk down the walkway. Arisu hurried to catch up to you. You hid your smirk behind a sweet smile. Chishiya, however, grinned. "Hmm, maybe she was right."
You looked at Arisu as he walked in time with you. "Where are you going?" He asked in confusion.
You giggled. "To look for the base, silly." Arisu's eyes widened. Oh yeah, the base. How had he forgotten? He turned and tried a door. Nothing. And so you and two males tried opening every door on the floor.
----
A sudden boom was heard. Someone had set a landmine off. You suppressed the urge to roll your eyes. You couldn't focus on that right night. Karube ran ahead, trying some doors. You and Arisu ran after him, trying the doors that Karube hadn't tried. You didn't have a lot of time left. Around ten minutes were left.
Karube banged on a door. "They're all locked!"
"The complex is too big. We'll never search everywhere in time." Arisu muttered. Karube continued to run ahead, though Arisu came to a stop, panting. He tired.
"Not much of a runner either? I hate running." You told him.
"What are you two doing? You can't just stand in the middle of the walkway!" Karube shouted at the two of you. He was at the end of the walkway, by the entrance to the stairwell.
You took out your walkie-talkie as it crackled to life. "Baby! You have to run. He's coming to your floor. West stairwell." Your eyes widened. You turned to Arisu and grabbed his hand. "We have to go, now." You told him. You shoved the walkie-talkie back in your pocket. Just as you got ready to run, the tagger stepped onto your floor.
"Fuck."
Arisu knew you two wouldn't make it to Karube in time. So he pulled your hand as he sat on the floor against the wall. Thankfully, the doors were in little cutouts in the walls. Giving you and Arisu a corner and a place to hide. He pulled you so that you were between him and the door, keeping himself the closest to the danger.
Cute, smart, sweet, polite, a little shy and protective? Interesting.
Chishiya's breath felt like it was caught in his throat. He could see the two of you. Huddled on the floor as the tagger got closer and closer to your spot. He couldn't believe it. He should have just kept you by his side. He should have told you you could talk to Arisu after the game. But no, you both got cocky and wanted some fun. Now you were in danger.
He watched closely. He watched as you placed a hand on Arisu's mouth. The male was panicking, but you whispered something to him, making him calm down a little.
"Breath, pet. Stay quiet, stay still. Press yourself against the wall, sweetness and keep your head down. Breathe, honey." You had whispered to the male.
Chishiya watched as Arisu seemed to melt into your arms. How he seemed to relax after your words. Hmm, well, that certainly was interesting.
The three of you froze as the masked man walked into view and then walked right past the two of you. You waited for him to leave before you breathed.
You looked at Arisu and smiled. "You okay? Arisu?" The way you said his name made him gulp. It was like cotton candy. So sweet.
The male nodded his head after hesitating for a moment. "I think so."
You pulled out your walkie-talkie and pressed the button. "Thank you for the heads up."
"I noticed him too late, love. Are you okay?" Chishiya's voice came, making Arisu look at the device in your hand.
"I'm okay, thanks to Arisu-" Arisu shook his head. "If you hadn't helped me calm down, we would probably be dead by now." Humble too.
"We have eight minutes. You two need to get a move on." You nodded at Chishiya's words and stood up. You turned to Arisu and held out a hand to him. "Come on. We have a base to find."
You lifted the walkie to your lips and pressed the button. "Let me know when you're on the move." You put the walkie back in your pocket.
"Wait. We can't keep running blindly. We need to think of this differently. How would I play the game if I were it? If I were it, I'd use the central stairwell because it's connected to everything. So it would be the most likely place to encounter players." You pressed the button, letting Chishiya hear Arisu's mind work.
"We're in the final minutes of the game. The last half. So that would leave me with the most athletic players and those who are smart to stay away from the likely places. At least that's how I'd think if I were it. I'd be worried about some players possibly fighting back. Like animals backed into a corner. So.." He trailed off for a moment.
Chishiya chuckled, hearing your voice come throw his walkie. "Don't leave me hanging, Arisu. Tell me more. Show me how smart that pretty brain of yours is."
"I'd be expecting them to fight back. The prey becomes the predator. If I were it. My biggest fear would be running out of bullets. Knowing that, if I were it, I wouldn't bother with reloading. I'd have more than one weapon ready. We're approving the final of the game. If I were it, I would- I would..." He groaned and pulled at his hair. "I can't think."
You let go of the button and took your hand out of your pocket. "Arisu, it's okay." You looked up, hearing multiple gunshots. They were stopping.
Chishiya placed his chin on his left hand as he watched the other players. He could hear the gunfire. "Did someone poke the bear? You can't go breaking the rules. If you chase it, it's not tag."
------
Arisu looked over the railing. His eyes widened, noticing some bullet holes near a door. "Bullet holes? Why are the bullet holes at that angle? It shot across from the south walkway? That must mean- that means he was shooting for another reason. It's an L-shaped complex. But shooting from that far away would just be a waste of bullets. Why just there?" He asked.
"To deter them." You told him, arms crossed over your chest.
Arisu nodded his head. "The base is on the fourth floor, west walkway!"
"Arisu! You had me worried. You're okay!" A voice called from the sixth floor. It was Karube.
You and Arisu rushed off to the fourth floor, ready to finally end this game. You pulled out your walkie, Chishiya's voice coming through. "I'm on the move, gorgeous. We need all hands on deck." You grinned at his words. "I see he finally noticed the bullet holes?" Arisu looked back at you in confusion as you laughed.
"Yeah, we're on our way there now. Be careful." You told him as you ran.
Chishiya smiled as he walked. "You too, Darling."
As you and Arisu approached the fourth floor, he frowned. "We have under a minute left. If I were it, I know exactly where I'd be." The two of you walked into the walkway. There he was, IT. He was blocking your path. "He's guarding the base."
Out of nowhere, Karube jumped onto the man. The two tumbled down the stairs. It gave you and Arisu the chance to run to the base. So you did. You ran to the door and opened it. Inside were two buttons. Two buttons that had to be pressed at the same time.
----
Chisiya made his way downstairs. He was just in time to see IT. The man in the horse mask had his gun aimed at Karube, who had attempted to move down the floor via the outside, like how Usagi had been moving around, rather than going down the stairs. He took out his gun and fired. He missed. "That was my first time shooting a gun. It's harder than it looks in the movies." Chishiya turned and headed upstairs.
----
You and Arisu ran towards a button each and pressed it. There were mere seconds left.
"Game Cleared."
The two of you stayed there for a moment, sitting on the floor. Both tired and processing what had happened, before Arisu got up. He offered you his hand. "Come on. I need to check on Karube, and you need to find Chishiya." You smiled, hearing Arisu say your boyfriend's name. You placed your hand in his, and he pulled you up.
----
Chishiya made his way to Karube.
"You have a gun?" Karube asked in confusion.
"Yup!" Chishiya chuckled. "It was my first time shooting at a person, though."
"Why did you save my life?" Karube panted. He let out a sigh and grabbed the railing to help himself up.
Chishiya smirked. "This is a race. To win these games, you need to bet on the best horses. I may call in a favour one day. I'll ask for my favour once you're more accustomed to the Borderlands."
"Babe!" There you were. Hand in hand with Arisu as the two of you made your way to Chishiya and Karube. Arisu let go of your hand, rushing past Chishiya and towards Karube.
"Karube. Are you okay?" Arisu asked his friend. Karube leaned a little on Arisu. He was hurt.
"My name is Shuntaro Chishiya." Chishiya and Arisu locked eyes for a moment. Chishiya placed one hand in his pocket and the other wrapped around your waist.
"Shuntaro. This is Ryohei Arisu." Arisu looked between the two of you. He wasn't sure what to say or do, but he melted when you said his name. So he said a quiet, shy. "Hello."
Chishiya smirked. "She's right. You are cute." That had Arisu blushing like crazy. Karube looked between the three of you, because what on earth was going on? Why was there a couple standing in front of him, flirting with his best friend?
"Come, Darling. We need to get going." Chishiya told you as he took your chin between his fingers, getting you to look at him.
"Can't we take him back with us?" You asked hopefully.
Chishiya chuckled and shook his head. "Not yet, sweetness." That made you pout.
The two of you turned, ready to walk away.
"Wait!" Arisu and Karube both spoke.
"Where are you going?" Arisu asked curiously. A part of him wanted the two of you to stay longer.
"What do you two know about this place? You called it the Borderlands. Do you know if we can get home?" Karube questioned.
You and your boyfriend shared a look. You both turned back to look at the duo. You smiled sweetly and nodded at Chishiya.
"What do you think? As you can tell, we're in the future. We've likely been brought here by some futuristic entity. Or this could just be a bad dream. Perhaps when we die, we wake up from this nightmare. Or perhaps we've all gone crazy. Or this is an alien science experiment. Maybe virtual reality? I choose to believe a different theory. I think we've simply stumbled into something. Nowhere and no place in particular. A strange fantasy land we read about as children. That's why I decided I just need to become the protagonist. As long as I'm the main character, I'll find a way to get me and my girl home."
That left Arisu and Karube quiet for a moment. You looked up at your boyfriend and shook your head. "You really went through all the theories, didn't you?" You asked him, causing him to shrug at you. "Wait, if you're the main character, does that make me the love interest? The damsel in distress? Female lead?" That just made him smirk at you.
"And what exactly does that role entail?" Karube asked as he took a step forward.
"Sorry, information isn't free." Chishiya put his hood up. "But I can give you a hint. Even as the world sleeps, radio lives on. I recommend the taxi driver channels." Chishiya began to walk away, and he paused, noticing you weren't following.
You turned to look at Arisu. You walked over to the male and took his hands in yours. "I hope we meet again soon. Come find us, Arisu. Just know that if I see you out and about on the streets or in a game, I'll be bringing you home. But for now, sadly, we need to wait." You explained to him.
Arisu frowned in confusion. "What do you mean? Where are you going?" What was going on with him? Why did he feel the need to keep you and Chishiya around longer?
You gently took his cheeks in your hands. "Don't be sad, pet. You'll see us again. Just find a radio and come find us. We can't make it too easy now, can we? You're smart, Arisu. Just know, we'll be waiting for you." You placed a kiss on his cheek before making your way to Chishiya. Chishiya wrapped an arm around your waist. You both looked at Arisu and Karube.
"See you two around. Take care, cutie." And with that, you and Chishiya walked away. The two of you walked towards where the body of the tagger was. Chishiya reached into the tagger's pocket and pulled out some cards and a piece of paper. He then turned to you, pulling out a handful of cards.
"Six cards from eight players. Not the best haul. But we're one step closer to leaving." He told you as he shoved the paper and cards in his pocket. He held you close as the two of you walked back to the beach.
A small sigh left your lips. "So. What did you think?" You asked him curiously as the two of you walked down the street.
"I think you might be onto something. If he can find the beach or if we encounter him again, then we'll see about taking him for ourselves. You were right, though, Sweetheart. He's smart, adorable, and he seemed to be on the more...submissive side. Easily flustered, too. I think you may have found our perfect match."
The two of you shared a passionate kiss before continuing your walk to the beach, both ready for what the future may hold. Especially if that future involves Arisu.

Choi Su-bong 'Thanos' x reader
(Hi everyone. I decided to switch things up a little and decided to try my hand with a Squid Game fic. I got the idea for this whilst making an oc and listening to the song 'I think they call this love.' It's been stuck in my head. So Thanos is probs gonna be out of character in this. Idk, it seems to be a pattern with me. Oh well. Please enjoy.)
Trigger warnings: Cursing, hints towards Su-bong's unaliving attempt. Though those words are never actually said.
Taglist. Masterlist. Progress Update.
Summary: Subong asks you to dance to cheer you up after a game.
You were tired. So incredibly tired. The second game had finished. Your hands couldn't seem to stop shaking. Even though it was over, you could still hear the gunshots, you could still feel the fear of playing, of messing up lingering in you. Your fiance, Su-bong or 'Thanos' as he was known, was sitting on your right. One of his hands held yours, his thumb gently stroking your knuckle. He was coming down from his high, which also helped to sooth you a little.
On your left was Se-mi. The two of you had been chatting since she had joined the group for the game, bringing Min-su with her. Though the way you two spoke to each other, it was like you had been friends for your whole lives, rather than just a few hours. There was something about her that helped you to feel at ease, even just a little bit. You thought that was why Su-bong was so chill with her. Why he shot down Nam-gyu whenever he tried to start an argument with her. Min-su was sitting to the side on one of the platforms, trying to ignore the glare from Nam-gyu.
You had just finished telling Se-mi about your plans for after the games. Telling her how you and Su-bong had met at school when he literally ran into you. It had been an accident, how he had helped you up and how you both locked eyes. 'Hello' you both had said at the same time but it was the beginning of everything. That you had grown together. He had seen you at your lowest points, held you as you cried. Always knew what to get when you were on your period. How he learnt to do different hair styles because he was doing your hair relaxed, you both. It scratched an itch inside of Su-bong. She learnt about how you had stood by Thanos through his rap career, encouraged him. How you were his muse and were even featured on a couple of songs. You told her how once the games are done, you wanted to marry the love of your life. How you wanted a nice house, from him to stop the drugs, keep growing as a rapper. How you wanted kids and maybe a dog. And possibly a cat too.
Things weren't always good though. When He had met Nam-gyu, it was when a shift happened. Sure, he had done weed occasionally. But then he began to do more, the pills appeared and it was like he had changed. You still saw Su-bong. When he was sober. When he held you at night. When he kissed you sweetly and told you he loves you. When you'd sit in his lap as he wrote his next song, he claimed you had to be there because 'you inspire me, sweetness.' Some of the best moments were when you cooked together. It didn't matter who knew how to cook a basic meal and who could burn water. What mattered was how well you worked together. How cooking together always had you covered in flour, and Su-bong trying to sneak samples of the food when your back was turned. How he'd wrap his arms around your waist and hold you close.
But of course, when Su-bong wasn't there, Thanos was. Thanos was mean. High all the time. The arguments with him were raw and hurtful. You both were guilty of saying harsh and cruel things. He'd be out late, leaving you to worry at home. He'd beg you to come to a club. And party girl or not, not every second had to be spent in a club. Sometimes it was nice having a quiet night in. Thanos spent money like it grew on trees. He sometimes made bad investment calls. Despite you saying not to. That's when the debt happened. Because he listened to some stupid idiot on the internet to invest in some stupid MG Coin scam.
The debt was what brought you both here. You had tried to sell your ring but Su-bong wouldn't let you. He couldn't let you do that. You had been there on the bridge with him. Trying to coax him down. Claims of 'We'll work this out.' and declarations of love. 'I love you, please don't do this. You're not a failure.' had him back in your arms. And then a man approached you both with the offer of playing a game.
"Baby." You hear from your right. You turn your head to look at Su-bong. You smiled softly at him, though he could see it didn't reach your pretty eyes. He couldn't have that. He couldn't watch you slowly break apart in front of him. Not you. He needed to bring you some joy. Just for a moment. He jumped up and placed his bread down. He plucked yours from your hand and set it beside his. He then held a hand out to you. "Dance with me?"
Dancing together was always fun. From an intimate space in the privacy of your living room, to a full head bopping, head spinning, arms moving, heartbeat racing dance in the club. Dancing together was always perfect. "There's no music." You pouted as you looked up at him.
'I'll make the music, Come on Senorita. Dance with me." You looked at Se-mi. "Watch my bread." And with that you slipped your hand in his. Su-bong gently pulled you up and walked you a little away from your group so you had space to move. "Are you sure about you?" You asked him curiously. Su-bong gave you a look, you knew that look. Of course he sure. He always was when it came to you. He placed a hand on your waist and pulled your body against his. Your free hand laid on his chest, as did your head. The sound of his heartbeat meeting your ear. His heartbeat was your favorite side. His voice being a close second. His heartbeat could sooth you, send you to sleep.
"They say you know when you know. So let's face it, you had me at hello."
He was singing. Like singing not rapping. It was something he did only for you. Normally, when you danced together or he held you in his arms in bed.
"Hesitation never helps. How could this be anything, anything else? When -"
The two of you swayed there together. Wrapped up in each other's warm. Like the world around you had frozen or melted away.
"All I dream of is your eyes. All I long for is your touch. And darling, something tells me that's enough, mmm."
Su-Bong lived for the moments like these. He felt so guilty. If he had been smarter, maybe he wouldn't be in debt. Maybe you two wouldn't be standing in a room with hundreds of people, trying to survive. One more game. That's what he kept telling himself. Just one more game and you could both go home. But maybe it was too late for that. You had voted X, he voted O. Just one more game and you could go home. He had to get you home. You didn't deserve the horrors of this place. A place he had forced you to stay. One more game and then he'll press X. It was a promise to you, to himself.
"You can say that I'm a fool. And I don't know very much, but I Think They Call This Love."
Su-bong smiled at you and gently pulled away before he spun you out and then back into his arms. He grinned hearing you giggle. Hearing you forget where you were, that you had eyes watching you both.
"One smile, one kiss, two lonely hearts is all that it takes. Now baby, you're on my mind, every night, every day. Good vibrations getting loud. How could this be anything, anything else?"
The purple-haired man dipped you and you locked eyes for a moment. He could see it. The smile on your face had reached your eyes.
"When. All I dream of is your eyes. All I long for is your touch. And darling, something tells me that's enough, mmm You can say that I'm a fool And I don't know very much, but I Think They Call This Love. Oh, I Think They Call This Love."
He leaned down, gently pressing his lips against yours in a soft, passionate kiss that held so many promises. 'I love you.' 'I'm getting you out of here.' 'I'll give you the future you deserve.' 'I'll be better.'
He pulled you back up before spinning you around the room.
"What could this be Between you and me? Oh"
You let out a laugh as you spun around the room, being twirled. He smiled brightly as he hugged you back into his chest. You swayed together. The world slowly came back to you, but it still felt miles away.
"Oh, all I dream of is your eyes. All I long for is your touch. And darlin', something tells me, tells me it's enough, mmm. You can say that I'm a fool. And I don't know very much. But I think they call- Oh, I think they call- Yes, I Think They Call This Love."
Su-bong closed his eyes for a moment as he held you close. His chin is resting on the top of your head. He wasn't going to let anyone take you from him. He'd protect you for one more game. One more and then he'd promise to press X. To take you home. To keep you safe. To let you invite Se-mi over as much as you wanted. He just wanted you to keep that light in your eyes. To keep that smile. So he stayed there for a little while longer. With his beloved in his arms, pretending you were both in your living room, dancing together. As long as you kept the smile in your eyes, then he hadn't failed. There was still time to continue your life together.

Hi everyone. So I've decided I wanted to make a third collection of stories, this time for Arisu x Reader x Chishiya. Just like with my Love Line Collection and Life Line Collection, this is its own little universe.
This was almost called the Heart Line Collection, but Heart and Diamond won the poll, so Heart Line will be the title of a chapter instead.
I have a lot of ideas, and they are listed below in two sections. One for stories I have a link, and the second for stories I'm writing or plan to write. Now, each section will be split up into its own sections. So stories that fit into Season 1, then Season 2, etc. If there is any you wanna see sooner rather than later, let me know.
Now, in these, the boys, in my opinion, might be out of character.
Warnings for some of these fics: Blood, Death, Cursing.

Just so you know, I've decided to I'm gonna do an alternate version of In on the plan. I looked at the poll again because I know a lot of people wanted to see Niragi overhear the plan. So, looking at only the Niragi overhearing results, the clear winner is Niragi disagreeing with the plan. So I figured I could use that plot for the plot of the fic I have planned called The Argument.
The Argument is meant to be a big argument, and for a while, I couldn't think of a good thing for them to fight and argue about, so Niragi hearing the plan just kind of worked. So be on the lookout out people, it'll be coming... soon-ish.
Absolute perfection.
Hi, I know you're all probably tired of me making polls. However, this one is a little different. I've been thinking about branching out to write for different fandoms. I love Alice in Borderland. I have three collections for it, and I'm proud of the stories I've made. But I also do have one Squid Game fic. So I was just curious if people would want to see me tackle other fandoms, and what you'd be most excited to see?
I'll list some fandoms and like, maybe the top 2-4 people I'd write for. Not that I wouldn't write for other people, just those would be like the top three, maybe?
So the list is the fandoms I've been obsessed with at the moment. Like, since I got the flu in February, I've been obsessed with the fandoms down below as well as Alice in Borderland. So I suppose these would be what I want to focus on.
There is no time limit for when you may see a fic for one of these, but idk, we'll see. Also, is there a possibility for some more polyamous relationships with these? 100%. Cuz I seem to be really into doing those at the moment, so yeah. Have fun voting.
Taglist: Adding my everything taglist here, cuz why not.
