My 29 and a quarter ass liked it *because* its corny, cheesy, ridiculous, and goofy. Its the Looney Tunes, *thats* what I paid for 🥰
💯
What can we do to help? Are we doing a full RT boycott? Starting a campaign to expose the corruption?
ROOSTER TEETH THREATENED TO RECAST ARRYN FOR NOT ACCEPTING WHAT THEY WERE WILLING TO PAY HER?? THE FUCKING B IN RWBY??? THE MOST POPULAR IP TO COME OUT OF ROOSTER TEETH???? WHAAAAAT?????
A quick look at the comics confirms that the $800 stipend was indeed the original number, and maybe that would have been a large, if not decent amount in the 80s, its chump change in this capitalist hellscape we have in the New 20s
My only real complaint with S1 so far (I haven't finished the season yet) is that Jed's foster father's motive is the $800 a month.
That's not even enough to live on. I seriously doubt Cape Kennedy's cost of living is so low that this stipend is worth it. (Especially if you look at the standard of living the foster parents have. I mean, the phone's probably as old as they are.)
This is the most unrealistic motive I've ever heard of.
If you're going to make greed a character's motive, at least make it enough money to be worthwhile.
And a little glass vial goes into the gun like a battery
Not me, already drafting contract terms in my head for what I get in exchange for my firstborn...
There are two small play areas in my apartment complex: one sad two-seat swingset within ten feet of a boggy pond, and one anemic cookie-cutter play place twenty feet from a creek 4-feet wide. There are no fences.
If apartment management is trying to surreptitiously trade neighbor children to water monsters, I wish they'd cut us into the bargain and lower the rent.
Your assumption is infinitely funnier than me typing up a 4k word essay on why that expression is apropos for the man who pulled the queen mother of political long cons to *become* Emperor Palpatine
This is the funnest expression ever pulled in all of starwars history
And then there's me...
Tell me I’m wrong 🤠I saw this meme being used in another fandom but it just fits so well I had to make it
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA
You're not wrong.
I love this! And if would make perfect sense if this were the case; the Gelfling are the race "closest to Thra", so being a land of magic and wonder the Seven clans could have slowly evolved to take on traits that made them more adapted to their environment.
been thinking about animal inspired gelfling clans:
vapra - reindeer
sifa - otter
drenchen - crocodile & amphibian
stonewood - deer
grottan - bat
dousan - cheetah
spriton - hare

A walrus selkie whose human form is a short stout bald man with a muttonchop beard that still kind of looks like a walrus
Adventure Time (with Sansa and Lemmy)
Huevember - Day 4.
Sansa is having a weird dream…
But it *could* be Adam being stalked metaphorically and literally by his dual nature as the Antichrist. If we go with that interpretation, only flaw would be false advertising when the readers find out he's not the main character.
Hi Neil! This is one of the old french covers for good omens. I was just wondering if you had, say, ANY idea of what happened in the illustrator's brain?
I am pretty certain the illustrator has painted a cover to a completely different book, and that that cover has been bought cheaply to reuse by J'ai Lu.
