how many books do I want to read? all of them. there is no limit. my frail body will one day be crushed under the weight of my tbr pile and my mind will rejoice at all the lives I have lived, at all the new words that I have learnt and yet there will still be more books that I wish to read. i am simply a gaping chasm that only books can fill.

in the last year trends have emerged in social media such as the famous "that girl", "green juice girl", "clean girl" among others that promote healthy and idealized standards or habits of life and that many people (including me) have led us to become aware of this and want to have this lifestyle, but the question or criticism that many users make is whether they are realistic or not?
in my case it is yes, first of all we must recognize that what we see in social media is idealized but that does not have to be a bad thing, it can inspire us to have a similar lifestyle but never identical because each of us are in different situations and moments of our lives, but if we can take an example of that and become aware of how good it can be for our health to incorporate healthier foods to our diet and do some exercise when before we did not do it. it is true, in tik tok, youtube, there are thousands of videos of these super perfect routines that seem to be scripted as if they were part of a movie, but my question is why can't you have something like this in your life? here comes the fact of romanticizing your life, the little things of your day-to-day, fill yourself with gratitude every morning because you have done something that before you didn't use to do as a little exercise. it's true that we don't have to imitate those videos but we can adapt certain habits to our day-to-day life and create our perfect routine that best suits us and our circumstances, we have to stop living in the complaint or what we don't like and start having a different perspective of our life to feel more at peace and happy with ourselves. romanticizing our life is not about traveling around the world or having the life that influencers have, on the contrary, as i said, it is about being aware of the little things that are part of our daily life and make it unique or better than the previous one, for example being aware of what you have around you, taking a walk, enjoying a nice meal or a cold drink on a hot day, that even if you have had a not so positive day you have been able to do something that comforts you, that is for me romanticize life we have to avoid the judgments of whether what we see or consume is real or not, if those people really have that wonderful life and focus on our life without imitating anyone else's, we must stop paying attention to other people we don't even know and put the focus on ourselves and our needs, when we do that everything will suddenly improve, guaranteed.
Here, watch some Canada geese fly over your head. And before that some beauty.
