I think that witchcraft is one of the best ways to learn how to love yourself and trust yourself. It's one of the greatest forms of self care.

here's a reminder...
...to stop and breathe. maybe get a drink of water to hydrate yourself.
going on at it without a break can overwhelm you, rendering you unable to make rational decisions. hence it's important to take such small breaks when you feel burdened by work or emotions.
these can help you take it easy and regroup your thoughts to face the situation. keep calm and carry on β¨
Hello, baby witch here,
Iβve been doing witchcraft for about 4 or so years, iβm still very much learning and have taken breaks here and there from my craft. I still have a ton of questions and lots of research to do.There is something though Iβm just generally curious about and feel often.
Sometimes while doing spell work I can feel a presence, usually, behind me. This presence doesnβt feel threatening or anything, just kinda like their watching, which can definitely make me nervous to mess up.
Iβm just curious if anyone else has ever felt this or may know what this presence may possibly be. Is there something I should be doing to protect myself? Should I be worried or is this something good? Would love to hear what others think!
Because we need to stop tearing each other apart and start sticking together. We already take enough shit, letβs not add to it.
