- touchy is not a strong enough word. his hands are always on you somehow, someway: whether it be rubbing your back silently, massaging your shoulders in bed when he knows you’re stressed, twirling your hair in between his fingers, pinching your thighs in the car while he’s driving to hear your laughs and “stops,”: he knows you don’t want him to stop.

- constant small, sweet gestures: cliché ones, too. and you love it. flowers gripped in his hand at the door after not seeing you for a while? yes. sneaking pictures of you during mundane moments and setting them as his background? absolutely. stocking up on your favorite snacks when he grocery shops? obviously.

- he is always asking for back/head scratches. especially after a nail appointment. “please? just for a few seconds?”

- he can never spend too much time with you: from constantly showing up at your door, knocking softly and letting himself in, to texting you ‘outside in 5’ with no warning, beeping and waiting for your run out to his car.

- he is so gentle and soft spoken with you; everyone around you picks up on his change in demeanor when he is around you. though he still has his jokes and his sass ; he is softer and more caring. chris always gives him shit for it.

- always letting you know he loves you. squeezing your hand three times when he is too shy, kissing your forehead and whispering it against your head softly as you leave his house, in between kisses.. the list goes on.

- constantly lending you his clothes with no complaints of his dwindling closet. it’s worth it when he gets to see you in them, anyway.

- kisses? always. gentle ones on your lips in the morning and before bed. soft pecks on your forehead and knuckles. open mouth, sloppy ones on your neck on particularly good nights. grabbing your cheeks and peppering them all over your face when he’s feeling extra happy.

- his cheeks always flush pink when you’re dressed up. ‘so perfect,’ and ‘so pretty,’ are his usual go to’s if he can manage to speak without choking.
