Feeling so genuinely honored that you felt inspired to write this just from my AU!
this fic is a lot of fun and I think it matches the vibe really well
I just shake my head, ruining my already bad bed hair. It's not like I need to get out of bed yet, as Arte--Princess Zelda made me free from my duties for the rest of the week, but she knows I can never take a break from my work for that long.
But having at least one day will be nice--
But as I say that, an annoyingly familiar portal opens up in my room, and I can't even lie and say I didn't curse as I notice it.
Of course.
Great.
The chain are summoned to their 2nd adventure (2 adventures AU)
@livmightlive for your AU!
did anyone write anything about bad and Etoiles finding comfort in both of their bodies decaying?
these two really are two sides of the same coin
I’m finally playing Skyward Sword and Sky is genuinely the ADHD reputation that I never knew I needed
Like when he’s getting bullied by his peers for “having his head in the clouds”. LEAVE HIM ALONEEEE 😭 I heard that phrase so much growing up omg
Like I swear every other dialogue is about how he doesn’t focus and does his own thing like. Like. That’s mi gente.
BUT HIS DIALOGUE OPTIONS ARE WHAT KEEP GETTING ME. Every set of dialogue for Sky is
A). Huh??? The I wasn’t paying attention answer
B). Kind answer. Correct answer. I was paying attention answer :) I’m such a good boy
And then
C). Intrusive/Impulsive thoughts trying to escape the cage. Like what’s the most fucked up thing I can say right now? Let’s try and hold back but omg are they so funny.
Or at least that’s my headcanon that Sky is constantly fighting back a barrage of impulsive and intrusive thoughts at all times. People should be nicer when he asks them to repeat the question because he’s focusing on not insulting your bangs, your outfit, and your momma.
I have a new appreciation for Sky. Sparkle on you little hot mess.
Swan song:
The final act someone does before they die; the final performance of an actor. According to folk lore, swans sing most beautifully and mournfully before they die.
Disclaimer: Heavily used q!Bad’s wikipage to make this, so I recommend reading through it if you’re short on time! Not included is the first canonizations of his part-time grim reaper job and his comment about how his character “arrived” in 9600 BC.
Most of Bad’s streams are 6-8 hours long, so I’ve tried my best to include timestamps. Heavy lore usually occurs early in, but Bad is in-character 90% of the time, so many of his character developments happen naturally and slowly.
☆: Most important vods in my opinion for q!Bad’s lore if you’re really short on time.
Finding the Ticket
☆ First Day: The first day of the QSMP
☆ Adoption Day: The first day of the egg event, in which Bad adopts Dapper. This also is the start to his daily QSMP streams.

Hc: I don't think hg!Cellbit was a bloodthirsty man during the Hunger Games.
He was a child (14y) thrown into an arena who had to learn to kill if he wanted to survive. Gradually, with so many deaths, he became apathetic, starting to see human life as simply disposable if he wanted to survive, being more and more cruel... After all, the "cowards" were never kind to him.
Again: I'm not saying that he didn't become bloodthirsty, precisely because he became apathetic, so he also became cruel. AFTER ALL, he was arrested after the war and we don't know exactly why... Well, f!Cell tells us a little about the reason. But at the beginning? As a headcanon, I imagine that when q!BBH adopted Dapper, for even a second, he remembered the little boy he protected in the arena. The hg!Cellbit had no name at the time, he was just one of the many children thrown into the arena to fight to the death, but luckily and for a short period of time, he learned what was to have affection and having someone care about him, that was BadBoyHalo. hg!Cellbit became apathetic when he was left alone, thinking that hg!Bbh, like everyone else, had discarded him. But in reality, years later, with a bittersweet feeling in his mouth, Bad, looking at Dapper, was still thinking about the crazy, goofy little boy he'd met in the arena, but who was probably dead and he didn't want the same thing to happen to Dapper...
Now, imagine their relief when they found each other again and realized that they were only separated by the war, but never forgotten by each other?
me praying that bbh won’t stream through vidcon and let his character be exposed to the horrors
Can someone explain the portrait of the lady from the bbh stream? I haven’t been able to catch up
I am of the opinion that the baddie in the painting is Bad
people trying to push Philza into dad roles frustrates me as a bbh main because BBH is literally right there 😭 he goes out of his way to go above and beyond with all of the eggs and in his lore gave up HEAVEN to stay back and be a father!! Yet I so often see fics and art of Philza being the primary caretaker
I also don’t watch a ton of Phil so I might be wrong but idk man
I may not like BBH personally, but he’s a damn good Egg Dad, and he did essentially ‘raise’ Cellbit during the War. Is he Cellbit’s dad? No, but Cellbit works so hard to make him proud, so it’s like. Hell yeah, Dadify BBH. Why not? He’s always prepared, he will Protect, he’ll do anything for his kids.
I don’t want anyone to be the Server Dad, but. You know. There should at least be options
AU where the Hyrule and Legend meet first before the rest of the chain.
The portal dumps Hyrule right in the middle of the ocean. Even if he could swim it would be futile as there’s no land for many miles. As he starts to drown he sees a flash of shimmering scales. He loses and regains consciousness over and over again over a course of time that he can’t count. Each time he wakes sees pretty pink scales, pink hair, gills, and violet eyes. Sometimes he even hears the comforting few notes of a song.
When he finally comes to it’s tucked safely under a cluster of palm trees on the shore of an unfamiliar beach in an even more unfamiliar, but familiar, Hyrule. He has to wonder if the goddess really does love him or if he really was rescued by a mermaid.
Legend had never intended to leave the unfortunate Hylian behind. He left him in a safe spot on the shore before looking for a nearby village that could give better medical attention than he could. He never would have expected an avalanche to descend out of nowhere. It’s not even rainy season. Before he can run or activate a shield he’s struck across the head and knows no more.
He gains consciousness a few times and each he sees the shining form of a green fairy, a color of fairy he’s never seen before. Each time he wakes he hears soft chiming and feels the warmth of fairy magic in his blood. When he finally comes to he’s nestled safely in the roots of a great old tree. He wonders if the green fairy was real or if one of his rings just activated.
Legend and Hyrule both travel for a day aching and tired. Each of them are determined to find the unfortunate soul they had to momentarily leave alone. They run into each other on the road and recognize one another immediately. Do they mention their acts of kindness or blatant recognition? NO.
Maybe one day in the future they mention being saved by a mermaid/odd green fairy. Do they piece together each other’s stories? Maybe…
