I wrote a 1,800-word one-off based on a post I made a while back questioning what would happen if Fyodor took over Chuuya. So, if you’re interested, check it out.
This will take a while. I had to fix the title. Update!
I can't lie, I find it very odd that posts cautioning people against donating to individual* campaigns and promoting the idea of supporting mutual aid efforts and community kitchens in Gaza can rack up 10k+ notes--while a post promoting a community kitchen (that I can personally vouch for) struggles to get 1k notes, and has barely pulled in a couple hundred dollars over the past week.
I actively try to avoid using guilting tactics in fundraising, but this is weird to me. It's like people are using these posts as an excuse not to do things they already didn't want to do anyway, rather than actually taking their recommendations on board...
*In my experience, these campaigns often support large extended families + their neighbours
MAQMAP is a community kitchen aiming to support families in the Mawasi Al-Qarara area.
I keep forgetting to post here </3
Been trying to translate the beast art style into an animation friendly version....For animation, if I get that far... If not it's still a fun activity.
Burn my bones and liquidfy my organs but what hurt more than the pain in that moment will be the memory of that pain that follows you for years to come. You may not be going through it at the moment but the pain will stamp itself unto your eyelids and scorch your brain. It won't fade. The memory remains. But the pain can fade as you heal. Your bones grow back, stronger and new, not touched by the flames. Your organs will be replaced with new ones given from the generosity of people you may never know or meet. And you will be reborn. The pain and memory does not shape you. You do. If you let it twist you beyond recognition, it will. But you are alive. You have lived and will live. And you will chose the moment you die. The moment you say, "I've had enough of life. Let's try again and do better the next time 'round." And you will be reborn as many times as you need to be. Your bones will grow back as many times as you need. And people will give their hearts for you since you deserve a chance to live. To live as many times as you will let yourself. Try again. The pain is only temporary. The memory you carry with that pain is forever. What will you chose to remember?
Just Chuuya getting some gaming in on a fine morning while the coffee brews 👀
I'm kinda sad. I thought the ending would be everyone would have this one epic battle in the End for so long. Since the End has been off limits for so long I though they were going to do something with it when everything ended and the left the DreamSMP for good. Like everyone would enter through the portal, all ready for this epic battle, everyone would be against each other, picking sides, teaming up, betraying, all at the same time. Fully decked out in Netherite armor, then they would see the dragon and everyone would start screaming in confusion. Some braver people like maybe Technoblade, or Wilbur would try to kill the dragon. (Guess that isn't happening.) Others would try to hide and run away from the people they made enemies with who are trying to kill them. And admist the chaos and confusion of everyone involved, someone would kill the dragon. Then as the dragon floats into the sky and turns into a show of purple lights, people would hug each other, say goodbye, 'cause the world is going to end before their eyes, then black. And everyone logs off for the final time.
So summary: I thought the DreamSMP would end in an epic battle in the end and when the dragon was killed, everyone would log off. It would be a cool way to end it. I guess not. :(
