hey! i've been a lurker in the manifestation community for YEARS now, and i've always had a really hard time manifesting. i'd listen to subliminals for hours and hours, affirm like there's no tomorrow, work as hard as i could and believed with everything in me but nothing ever worked.

i was always on the brink of giving up. one little push would be all i needed to completely give up on manifestation and call it delusional cult bullshit. but something in me just refused to give up on it, because manifestation was my last hope for a lot of things in my life.

i learned about manifestation when i was 12, and six years later at 18, i finally got the first thing i ever desired, and the one thing i've been working so hard for all this time.

all it took was two weeks of... giving up. i gave up on subliminals, gave up on manifestation, gave up on affirmations - i just decided i was born male and that i was always male, and kept living like it. when people called me she i didn't care, when i was called a daughter or a sister i didn't care, when i wrote female on a sheet for my doctor i didn't care. i just knew i was male and had always been male with my whole heart, no matter what i heard or saw, or no matter what i told others.

and i woke up male this morning. it was pretty scary at first, to be honest! i woke up feeling the same as i always did but when i got up and started getting ready for the day i noticed that uh. i had some new equipment. i was definitely startled, to say the least.

i'm not gonna lie, i'm still processing all this. i woke up about six hours ago and i spent the last four hours processing all my emotions (and crying a lot, lol). this is literally life changing. it's insane. honestly i still feel like i'm hallucinating or something, but it's real. i'm real. i'm male. :,) ⠀ i haven't spoken to anyone yet, but here shortly i'm gonna go talk to my brother and see if he notices i'm suddenly male or if everyone believes i've been male this entire time. i'm crying right now as i write this. this is a huge success for me.

i don't really know what else to say, i just felt i should share this and you're the first blog that came to mind. but yeah. i have a dick now. i'm flat chested. i look completely male. i'm still the same height (5'5) which is a bit disappointing but i guess i can just fix that. i'm male now. this is great. :)

SUCCESS STORY
Hy halo I finally entered the void state after trying for 3 months. Let me tell u how I tried to get into the void without sleeping but I couldn't so I failed every time but recently I thought about waking up in the void state so the whole day I just affirm:
I am the void
I always wake up in the void state no matter what, and
Every time I fall asleep I wake up in the void state
I keep on looping these affs throughout the day and I guess I did this for 6-7 days only, when I started doing it and I didn't wake up in the void on first day I don't acknowledge that and keep looping on my affs and before sleeping I keep affirming I always wake up in the void state

Not only is this challenge super easy, but honestly even if you fail, atleast you reprogrammed your mind and are even closer to entering the void. Now I understand you might be confused on what is meant by 3d
3d is the material world, the world you are experiencing right now with all 5 senses, now what are your five senses?
1. Touch (Your body)
2. Sight (When you see things with your psychical eyes)
3. Hearing (What you use to hear the tv, music and any noise)
4. Smell (What you use to smell food, clothes and perfume)
5. Taste (What you use to taste your food and drinks)
6. Time (Yes time is part of your senses I know shocking but Time is part of the material world, time isn't apart of you when your pure consciousness)
Relax, take a breath and just be present DO NOT think about the 3d, that's it, get lost in thought, sing a song in your head, THAT IS IT
Just to be present, this can help to prevent yourself from thinking of the 3d, which I know sounds weird but when you get into the I am state/ Pure consciousness/ Void state/ Quantum field/ Unified field (Just a lot of names that mean the same thing) this will help you from kicking yourself out because you won't start thinking about who, when, where, what, those or material things, instead you focus on your inner world when you are present

The hypnagogic state : how to reach it.
The hypnagogic state is a state where we naturally go into before sleeping, a sweet spot moment before sleeping and still being awake, a state where it is so powerful to be able to shift, get in the void, or basically do anything.
Now it requires NOTHING, it only requires one small thing that might sound tricky.
Staying awake long enough for it to come by on it's own, and actually on average it takes 10-5 mins from each person to enter it aware.
Lay flat on your back (not needed, but many results come from laying on the back)
Do. Not. Care, just go with what you usually do to fall asleep, but one thing? You're not falling asleep, you're watching your body fall asleep, that sweet spot where your body is about to fall asleep? That's hypnagogia
Actually don't move, it may give your mind signs you're still not sleeping, now just lay there and try not to sleep while focusing on the blackness behind your eyelids.
You will start seeing flashing images or swirly things or even just flashing lights and imagery, this is the hypnagogia and you managed to reach it in just 10 mins of pretending to be asleep (acc it takes me 4)
Bam, that's the sweet spot, now affirm slowly for the void, or just sense your surroundings for shifting or maybe you can try your shifting method here! This state cannot argue back, you'll be immediately shifting in no time, and slipping in the void is so easy from it.
So really the whole steps is just "lay down, don't move, watch your eyelids, color seen? Hypnagogia reached, method or void procedure done, bam."
I managed to find a post on Reddit on how to keep your body awake, you can try 2 or 3 of them to keep yourself entertained, FULL CREDITS TO THE ONE WHO POSTED IT ON REDDIT (calaie_iscoolio):
"1. Looking in the darkness behind your eyelids
Basically what it says, when you close your eyes, just focus on the darkness until hypnagogic imagery begins to happen i.e. colors, shapes, literally anything that will show. When images begin to show up, do not interact or acknowledge what you are seeing, you can look at it, but don't try to control it and just let the images flow until you feel that the state is induced enough to where it won't disappear because you are "too" awake/aware.
2. "Forearm Up" Method
Another technique that basically helps with people who tend to fall asleep to quickly, basically lay down on your back like usual, lift your hand up in the air where your elbow is resting on your mattress, keep it there and as it slowly falls down that's where you'll begin to fall asleep, it'll drop and basically awake you back up.
I had also seen a shifter mention that they prefer to lay on their stomach and lifting their foot up in the air and basically do the same thing. This technique basically just wakes you back up.
3. Thomas Edison Method
Very similar to the "Forearm Up" Method, basically what Edison had done was he had held a steel ball in his hand, and when he began to fall asleep, the ball will drop and alert Edison awake, another technique to help with people to struggle to stay awake.
4. Imagine Constant Motion
Basically imagining something whether that be an animal or an object constantly moving like a horse galloping, a dogs tail wagging side to side, etc. (Pretty simple, for people who find it much easier to visualize).
5. Tire your body through out the day
During the day, you could do any tasks that would just tire your body out that leads up to your attempt to induce the state, it'll make it much easier for you to get into the state and induce it since your body is already tired enough to relax.
6. Repeating "hypnagogia"
This will mean you have you just repeat the words "hypnagogia" to yourself till you get tired enough and then hypnagogic imagery will eventually appear.
7. Counting
Basically just like regular shifting methods, you could focus on counting up to how much you want to until you begin to get the hypnagogic hallucinations, to keep yourself from falling asleep you could give yourself simple math questions just so it's enough to focus to answer it.
8. Imagining Randomness
Imagine literally anything that isn't related at all, i.e. horse, roof, apple, pen, desk, etc. Visualize and filter through random objects or animals that have no correlation and that will induce the hypnagogic imagery, randomness is key.
9. Focus on breathing
Similar to any shifting method, basically focusing on your breaths is another technique to induce the state. Literally just anything to keep your awareness occupied rather than letting your mind just shut down to go to sleep.
10. Sounds
Listening to anything in your environment, whether that be things happening outside, if it's raining listen to the rain, or if you've got headphones on listen to the music and focus that, keep your focus on the music so you don't fall asleep.
11. "Playing" a song in your head
Not necessarily listening to the song, but imagining the song playing in your head, whether that be your favorite song, if you know how it sounds like, imagine it playing and once you've entered the state, it will naturally play and you'll end up actually hearing the song.
12. Heartbeat
Basically just focus on your heartbeat. Listen to the amount of beats.
These are all the various of techniques you could use, you don't have to stick to one and can basicaally try them out, see which one you feel like works for you and go from there. A tip is also you could pick like 4 or 5 out of these 12 and just filter through the techniques if you can't just stick to one since you get uninterested quickly. (I get bored easily, do I normally do 8, 9, 7 and 4 just so I don't lose interest.)"

What’s most natural to you?
In other words, when you think of yourself, or something you want. How do you imagine it? Because you are always imagining. You can’t think of something without imagining it.
So how do you imagine?
For example, when you think of yourself, does your face pop up in your mind? Or do words describing yourself pop up? Do you feel it as if you were touching the features on your face? Or do you hear yourself describing yourself? What senses do you use the most in your imagination?
Don’t know what’s natural to you?
There’s an apple on my desk. It’s so red and shiny. It looks so delicious and refreshing. The water drops falling off of it, as if it’s been freshly washed. Red as a ruby, the harsh yet soft hue bouncing off of my eyes.
How did you imagine it? Did you visualise it? Did you feel it? Or did you just see the words you read on the screen? Did you taste it? Did you give it a little sniff?
Well, then here’s what’s most natural to you:
Sight (seeing)- Visualising
Audio (hearing) - Hearing it in imagination e.g hearing somebody talk about you having it + whatever you want e.g affirming
Touch - Feel yourself touching it in imagination
Scent - Smell it in imagination
Taste - Taste it in imagination
+ more etc
Of course using these senses range between your desires. You’re not going to lick your desired face. But you may visualise it, or affirm that you have it.
Whatever sense you use the most in imagination, is what is most natural to you. If you are affirming whilst visualising is most natural to you, then it will make living in the end less natural to you. And we all know as Neville Goddard himself said that naturalness is directly proportional to the materialisation of your desire.
Use the senses that are most natural to you, of course you can use multiple. Use them to fulfill yourself in imagination. Don’t do what isn’t natural to you.
Doing what is natural is more fulfilling. People find themselves struggling with living in the end because they can’t stay consistent, because they’re doing something they’re not used to.
So be natural, be the person who has it.

Persisting ≠ to get something in the 3D, thinking of persisting as a way to get something in the 3D
Persisting= continuing being that person that has what you want in imagination
Persisting is NOT persisting to get a plus. If you feel like you're forcing something, you're being someone who's trying, or you’re not doing what you want. Where's that coming from? Fear.
Persisting is basically continually being that person who has that thing in imagination. Read carefully please, IN imagination, no matter what the 3D shows you.

Let me give an example. Since you all understand it
better when I give an example:
Let's say Anna wants to be rich.
Okay, so she decided that she's rich in the 4D she imagined (experienced), and as she was imagining, she felt freedom and at ease.
(Stop worrying about whether you're feeling something that’s coming from fear. The way to stop feeling fear is by doing what you want in your imagination; no one is there to judge.)
At this moment, she's in a state of being rich, and it's done, so she's just enjoying the experience of being rich. As soon as she opens her eyes and sees that the 3D hasn't changed, she feels sad. But then she remembers that 4D (imagination is the true reality, imagination is self).
So she returns to the state of being rich. She persists in who she’s being in her imagination, not in 3D, not to get anything in 3D.
