so to answer both of your asks, this how manifestation works:
CHOOSING: what is it that you want? what are your desires? do you have all of them in mind right now? yes? ok good
HOW TO: now that you know what you want all you have to do is say “it is done”. this is one of my favourite affirmations, because it just sums everything up. it’s called an “umbrella” affirmation.
BELIEF & FAITH: these two play the biggest role when it comes to manifesting. now that you decided what it is that you want, CONGRATULATIONS! you manifested your dream life! isn’t that great? of course. now, i know this may sound insane, but no. this is how manifestation works. you ASSUME you have something (could be anything possible ever) and from that moment on you HAVE IT. all you have to do right now is BELIEVE in yourself, because there’s no reason for you to doubt that you actually manifested your desires.
HOW TO BELIEVE: you simply have to live in imagination. what does this mean tho? this simply means that, whenever the thought of your desire(s) comes up in your head, you think to yourself “yup, this is mine. i have it” (BELIEVING IN YOURSELF). what this does NOT mean is that you have to constantly think about your desires! because guess what, if you already had your desire(s), you wouldn’t constantly stress over them and overthink if you had them. here’s a great analogy:
you have a name, right? of course you do. you KNOW (believe) that you have a name, because you just do. but let me ask you this: do you constantly have to remind yourself that you have a name? no, you don’t, because you’re sure that you have one.
the same thing works for your desires. you KNOW (believe) you have them because you decided so! if you just know (have faith in yourself= aka believe) that you have xyz, you don’t stress it out.
at first, you may feel as if you’re forcing yourself to believe that you have something that you can’t physically see. this is why PERSISTING in the knowing that you have what you desire is important.
LIVING IN IMAGINATION: again, this simply means that you BELIEVE in yourself and trust it when it comes to your desires. NOTE: it’s not your thoughts that manifest, but what you BELIEVE in. let me put it this way:
the human mind can reach up to 70,000 thoughts per day. that’s a lot. does that mean that you now have to worry that every single thing that you think is going to manifest? hell no to the no no.
i used the same analogy on this post of mine, which i think explains this better: imagine you’re listening to music and you suddenly get the thought that you’re going to get hit by a car. that’s called an intrusive or negative thought. does that now mean that you’re ACTUALLY going to get hit by a car? no lmfao. you might panic and say “why am i thinking this?” but don’t worry. intrusive thoughts are completely normal. if you DON’T BELIEVE you’re going to get hit by a car, then you just aren’t going to!
PERSISTING: when in your mind, you know that you have what you want. you believe in it, because you can’t not believe in it. you have faith in yourself because you ARE SURE your desires are yours. now PERSIST in that knowing, not because “the 3d has yet to have shown me my desires” but because “my desires exist in my mind (your ONLY true reality) and that’s on period”.
SUMMARY: all the steps
- CHOOSE your desires. got everything in mind? great! you can script your desires down if you want, but it’s NOT needed.
- TELL YOURSELF THAT “it is done”. or use any other affirmation, it doesn’t matter! CONGRATS, YOU MANIFESTED YOUR DESIRES BAE.
- BELIEVE & HAVE FAITH in yourself. you have what you want, you don’t have to worry about anything else. you get an intrusive thought? who cares. thoughts don’t manifest, what you BELIEVE in does. what you KNOW exists, just does.
- PERSIST because nothing can get in the way of your manifestation and you! not the 3d, not negative thoughts, not your feelings, not anything. so let loose and go about your day how you normally would.

I hope you know that there are things you dont have to worry about, like your imaginal acts becoming reality, i hope you arent sitting there worrying "is my imaginal act going to come to pass" because it will, THATS THE LAW??? the outer world HAS to reflect your imaginal act. You imagined what you WANTED (not what you "have to" in order to "get" your desire) now sit back and relax it will come to pass. And if you imagined it and felt it as a present tense fact you will no longer desire it so if you have doubts like "when" and "how" you arent fulfilled yet, so persist until you feel fulfilled. Some of you are super stressed about manifestation and that shows that you aren't fulfilled and just refuse to be fulfilled until the 3d reflects but thats not how it works. Your desires being fulfilled in imagination is enough evidence that you are who you wanna be and thats what Neville is trying to get across us.

one of the fastest ways to speed up your desire is through SLEEP. believe it or not! with these methods, you can manifest your desire literally the NEXT DAY. i remember when i tried this method and got a 55inch tv the NEXT day. give it a try tonight, and tell me how it goes!

1. first, get into a drowsy, sleepy state. not too awake, not too sleepy. like, when you can open your eyes but you don't want to. (if you fall asleep way too quickly, start affirming early. it's better to be safe than sorry).
2. then, affirm for your desires when you are drifting asleep until you fall asleep.
for example, let's say i was affirming for my desired face. i would KNOW i would get my desired face when i woke up. and in a sleepy, drowsy state, i'd affirm:
"i have my desired face"
"i look exactly how i want to"
"i have head turning beauty"
"i woke up with my desired face"
"i am extremely beautiful"
or if i was manifesting a large sum of money, i'd affirm:
"money comes to me quickly and easily"
"i always have more than enough money"
"i am rich"
"i have multiple streams of income"
"i am a money magnet"
if i was shifting to my dr i'd affirm something like:
"i will wake up in my dr"
"i am in my dr"
"i shifted"
"i woke up in my dr"
"shifting is so easy for me"

the "I AM state" or also sometimes called "the void state" is a state in pure consciousness, where you are a formless, shapeless being. it is pitch black with pure nothingness. in this "void", you will feel a floating feeling, so don't be alarmed about that.
people enter this state because when you manifest in this state, you manifest INSTANTLY. you can shift in this state, or get whatever you desire also.this state is extremely easy to get into. it's a bit similar to the lullaby method.
in this state, you will manifest every single one of your desires extremely easily, because you are no longer immersed in sensory/outside world. no intrusive thoughts, no doubts, nothing. your consciousness is a purely "clean slate" and "empty".
this may seem like a lot, but it's REALLY easy to get into. i got in the void state on my FIRST TRY. if i can do it, you can do it. give it a try tonight and tell me how it goes!
1. first, get into a comfortable position. you can move around for a bit until you find a position that is comfortable. then, stay still.
2. after that, breathe in and out for a while, focus on you breathing. then, begin to affim "I AM" "i am nothing" "i am faceless and formless" "i am in the void state" etc.
KEEP DOING THIS. you're going to get start getting a floaty feeling. if you get this feeling, you are doing it right. keep doing this, and make sure you're affirming from a peaceful place, and you are fully relaxed.
you may get tempted to move, itch, etc. this is just your body checking to see if you're awake or not. IGNORE IT. this is also a sign you're doing it right.
3. great! you're now in the void state. now, you can affirm/visualise or just decide what you want to happen. after that, you will manifest what you want EXTREMELY quickly, almost instantly!
you can shift realities, travel back in time or manifest something. good luck and try this tonight! you can do this at night or in the middle of the day. good luck!

Okay, no more stalling—let me tell you exactly how I DID it.
Yeah, me. I entered the void. If I can, you absolutely can too. It all started on the night of a Friday ..had school off and everything I was desperate to leave, around 10:12 AM. I got in bed, made myself super comfy, and just decided: This is it. I’m going into the void in under a few seconds/minutes (I don't remember). And guess what? I actually did.I didn’t use anything crazy—
just the good old method. Lying on my back, slow breathing, no stress. I kept the intention clear:
“Stay awake while my body sleeps.” That one thought kept me grounded.
I let my body sink into the bed, didn’t overthink it, and bam—
I was in the SATS almost immediately.Then I affirmed. Nothing wild.
Just “I am the void.” “I am already in the void.”A few times. I felt this shift, like my body faded and all that was left was me and this infinite blackness.
And after maybe 3 minutes… I slipped in. I really did.
I stayed there. Thought it was a few minutes but it ended up being a whole ass HOUR!
An entire hour in the void. And how did I know? I asked to see rainbow and yellow stars—and I did. Exactly what I wanted.
Exactly what I affirmed.
I’m not special. I’m not some exception. I’m just a reminder: It’s real.
You can do it.
You’re literally one choice away from the void.
Next time I’m focusing only on the blackness, not my body or anything physical. Just pure being. Pure power.I
DID IT. YOU CAN TOO. You are the creator of your own reality. Don’t doubt it. Embody it. It’s already yours.
I really love that you guys are able to trust me with advice and send me the questions you have for me but there’s only so many ways I can say the same thing.
You just need to accept that you have what you want and persist in the knowing you have what you want. It’s nothing more complicated than that.
However you get to that acceptance is your call.
But please understand this: it’s a choice. It’s a decision. You decide you have your desires? You have your desires. You either have it or you don’t have it. That’s up to you. If this doesn’t click for you there’s nothing I can say that will make it click. You just need to realise that you have all the power and that the moment you DECIDE you have your desires, you DO. THAT’S IT.
I have repeated this over and over again. There will never be anything else I have to add. Just please listen to me. Read my words over and over again if you have to.
Important reminder:
All you need is to know you have your desire in imagination. Stop looking for the 3D to validate the fact that you have it, when all validation comes from within, from imagination. The second you start looking at the 3D for evidence of the fact you have it, you’re telling yourself that you don’t have it. Just enter imagination. You know by this point that imagination is reality. So the second you imagine having it, YOU DO. Just stand firm in the knowing you have your desires in imagination.
Yes the 3D will change. But in order for that to happen you need to change yourself from within. Remember the 3D is merely a mirror. When you look in the mirror and you don’t like what you see, you don’t change the mirror, you change yourself. The mirror reflects YOU. Who you are being is who you see in the mirror. So be the person who has what they want.
This is literally all the information you need. So lock in and stop coming up with excuses to not apply. Just decide you have what you want and stand firm in that decision regardless of anything.

If you didn’t know already, the Key to manifestation is “Feeling”. As Neville Goddard said, “Feeling Is The Secret.”
But what exactly is that “Feeling”
I’ve once been those “vague” bloggers that blatantly tell you “It’s just knowing you have your desire.” Which is true, but i’ve noticed that created some here.
Yes, that “Feeling” is KNOWING that you have your desire in imagination and that it is DONE.
But when people are manifesting, they keep trying to force the feeling of knowing that they have their desire. That is NOT the way it should be!
The knowing feeling will always be there once you’ve accepted it, even though you may not be able to exactly pinpoint what the feeling is. Don’t understand?
Well, for example, think of a fact about yourself. For me, I know that i’ve got black hair. I may not have a specific “knowing” feeling. I just know I have it. I just focus on whatever feeling that comes to me when I think of the FACT that i’ve got black hair. THAT’S the feeling of knowing (AKA feeling of the wish fulfilled). I am never forcing myself to feel the knowing feeling of having black hair. It just naturally arouses within me because i’ve already accepted it as a fact.
When you accept having something in imagination, that feeling is naturally just there. With acceptance comes the feeling. When you accept that the inner self (4D self) is the real self, persisting with the feeling becomes incredibly easy.
This feeling you get from identifying with your inner self. When you understand that the inner you is the real you, allowing the feeling becomes really easy. But you have to FULLY identify with your inner self. You are completely unidentifying with the 3D (your outer world & self).
People confuse themselves when they feel like they’re doing it wrong because they think they can’t feel the “knowing” feeling. The knowing feeling is just whatever feeling you get when you imagine having your desire and truly accept and acknowledge that you have it in imagination.
FEEL WITH 100% CERTAINTY THAT YOU HAVE YOUR “DESIRES” IN IMAGINATION, YOU WON’T EVEN HAVE TO QUESTION WHETHER YOU’RE IMAGINING “CORRECTLY” OR FEELING THE “CORRECT” FEELING BECAUSE YOU ARE ALREADY SO CERTAIN THAT YOU HAVE IT, BECAUSE IT’S AN UNDENIABLE FACT THAT YOU HAVE IT BECAUSE YOU EXPERIENCED IT IN IMAGINATION! -> This is the best way to describe the feeling!!!
This feeling of knowing may lead to emotions such as happiness, or other feelings like a sense of calmness and security. Happiness is an emotion, not a feeling. You do not have to feel happy. And overtime, you will notice that this feeling becomes more natural to you, so you may start to feel less happy about having the “desires” because it just becomes normal. You aren’t excited about having a new piece of clothing when you’ve had it for some time. The same goes for everything else. It becomes natural.
The feeling NATURALLY comes to you when you identify with the inner self who has the “desires” in imagination. You should NEVER be forcing it, you simply allow it.

The hypnagogic state : how to reach it.
The hypnagogic state is a state where we naturally go into before sleeping, a sweet spot moment before sleeping and still being awake, a state where it is so powerful to be able to shift, get in the void, or basically do anything.
Now it requires NOTHING, it only requires one small thing that might sound tricky.
Staying awake long enough for it to come by on it's own, and actually on average it takes 10-5 mins from each person to enter it aware.
Lay flat on your back (not needed, but many results come from laying on the back)
Do. Not. Care, just go with what you usually do to fall asleep, but one thing? You're not falling asleep, you're watching your body fall asleep, that sweet spot where your body is about to fall asleep? That's hypnagogia
Actually don't move, it may give your mind signs you're still not sleeping, now just lay there and try not to sleep while focusing on the blackness behind your eyelids.
You will start seeing flashing images or swirly things or even just flashing lights and imagery, this is the hypnagogia and you managed to reach it in just 10 mins of pretending to be asleep (acc it takes me 4)
Bam, that's the sweet spot, now affirm slowly for the void, or just sense your surroundings for shifting or maybe you can try your shifting method here! This state cannot argue back, you'll be immediately shifting in no time, and slipping in the void is so easy from it.
So really the whole steps is just "lay down, don't move, watch your eyelids, color seen? Hypnagogia reached, method or void procedure done, bam."
I managed to find a post on Reddit on how to keep your body awake, you can try 2 or 3 of them to keep yourself entertained, FULL CREDITS TO THE ONE WHO POSTED IT ON REDDIT (calaie_iscoolio):
"1. Looking in the darkness behind your eyelids
Basically what it says, when you close your eyes, just focus on the darkness until hypnagogic imagery begins to happen i.e. colors, shapes, literally anything that will show. When images begin to show up, do not interact or acknowledge what you are seeing, you can look at it, but don't try to control it and just let the images flow until you feel that the state is induced enough to where it won't disappear because you are "too" awake/aware.
2. "Forearm Up" Method
Another technique that basically helps with people who tend to fall asleep to quickly, basically lay down on your back like usual, lift your hand up in the air where your elbow is resting on your mattress, keep it there and as it slowly falls down that's where you'll begin to fall asleep, it'll drop and basically awake you back up.
I had also seen a shifter mention that they prefer to lay on their stomach and lifting their foot up in the air and basically do the same thing. This technique basically just wakes you back up.
3. Thomas Edison Method
Very similar to the "Forearm Up" Method, basically what Edison had done was he had held a steel ball in his hand, and when he began to fall asleep, the ball will drop and alert Edison awake, another technique to help with people to struggle to stay awake.
4. Imagine Constant Motion
Basically imagining something whether that be an animal or an object constantly moving like a horse galloping, a dogs tail wagging side to side, etc. (Pretty simple, for people who find it much easier to visualize).
5. Tire your body through out the day
During the day, you could do any tasks that would just tire your body out that leads up to your attempt to induce the state, it'll make it much easier for you to get into the state and induce it since your body is already tired enough to relax.
6. Repeating "hypnagogia"
This will mean you have you just repeat the words "hypnagogia" to yourself till you get tired enough and then hypnagogic imagery will eventually appear.
7. Counting
Basically just like regular shifting methods, you could focus on counting up to how much you want to until you begin to get the hypnagogic hallucinations, to keep yourself from falling asleep you could give yourself simple math questions just so it's enough to focus to answer it.
8. Imagining Randomness
Imagine literally anything that isn't related at all, i.e. horse, roof, apple, pen, desk, etc. Visualize and filter through random objects or animals that have no correlation and that will induce the hypnagogic imagery, randomness is key.
9. Focus on breathing
Similar to any shifting method, basically focusing on your breaths is another technique to induce the state. Literally just anything to keep your awareness occupied rather than letting your mind just shut down to go to sleep.
10. Sounds
Listening to anything in your environment, whether that be things happening outside, if it's raining listen to the rain, or if you've got headphones on listen to the music and focus that, keep your focus on the music so you don't fall asleep.
11. "Playing" a song in your head
Not necessarily listening to the song, but imagining the song playing in your head, whether that be your favorite song, if you know how it sounds like, imagine it playing and once you've entered the state, it will naturally play and you'll end up actually hearing the song.
12. Heartbeat
Basically just focus on your heartbeat. Listen to the amount of beats.
These are all the various of techniques you could use, you don't have to stick to one and can basicaally try them out, see which one you feel like works for you and go from there. A tip is also you could pick like 4 or 5 out of these 12 and just filter through the techniques if you can't just stick to one since you get uninterested quickly. (I get bored easily, do I normally do 8, 9, 7 and 4 just so I don't lose interest.)"

it is possible for you IF YOU BELIEVE it is possible for you. dont let your bruised knees, and swollen wet eyes go to waste. dont let the years of crying, wanting, feeling lack, years when you tried so hard, when you persisted and never gave up....dont let those years go to waste.
your future self will be so fucking proud that you never gave up. that you never lost hope. im literally crying while writing this, but every time things that get hard, i am just reminded of little me who had so many hopes and dreams and how its my duty to fulfill her dreams.
how i cannot let the pain of little teenage who persisted everyday, who affirmed, who forced herself to believe, who tried her best at that time, i cant let her pain go to waste. I WONT.
im sure most of us have spent a long time in our misery. but it DOES NOT HAVE TO BE THAT WAY. we have changed. as long as we dont give up. as long as you dont give up. all those hours, all those tears will be worth it.
and one day we are going to open our eyes, to our dream life, that little us would be so proud of, and you will be so proud that day, that no matter what happened, you persisted. you didnt give in to the 3d. the 3d is just a mirror that has NO WILL OF ITS OWN. it hasss to conform.

FILD Challenge
Hey guys! So originally this was just one of my normal, informational posts on how to enter the void state but this method is just so easy and so I decided to convert it into a challenge because I really want everyone who is struggling it to try it and succeed getting into the void state and living their best life.
So in one of my previous posts, I talked about how a lucid dream is probably one of the easiest ways to enter the void state. Honestly, there's a lot of posts on this too ( a few examples are 1, 2, 3, 4). But I think the major problem people had was acctually entering the void state. I recommended a subliminal and it worked for some people but not others but this method I am going to share right now is going to work for literally everyone.
So what is this method? It's the name of this challenge, FILD or a finger induced lucid dream. This method is super popular in the lucid dream community as it has helped so many people lucid dream, from beginners to people who have struggling for months and it is super quick (takes anywhere between 10 to 30 seconds) and easy.
So tonight, I want you to set an alarm clock for roughly 6 hours. Make sure your alarm clock will shut off on its own because you don't want to move. I recommend Alarm Clock Xtreme if your usual alarm clock doesn't do this. Once you wake up, slightly tap your index and middle finger as if you were playing the piano or typing on a keyboard and fall back to sleep. Make sure to do this lightly as roughly doing so will most likely make you wake up. You will start lucid dreaming really quickly, although some people have reported that this method actually takes them to the void state. If that happens, then obviously that's pretty good in itself, but if you do end up in a lucid dream, find your way to the void state. The closing eyes method worked for some and I've heard a lot about creating portals or asking someone in your lucid dream to just take you to the void state or to just meditate and affirm that you will enter the void and enter it through that. There was even this post that I can't find where a guy simply walked to edge of his dream landscape and entered the void and some other person said they backflipped into the void. Choose whichever method stands out to you the most and enter the void through that and manifest everything you want!!!
That's the challenge. There's no need to persist or affirm for 3 days or anything so I dont want to hear any excuses or procastination. Just set your alarm clock and try it out and let me know how it goes. It's honestly really cool and easy so I really hope everyone tries it 💗
are my words going in one and ear and out the other? when i say you have your desires i genuinely mean it. i’m not saying it to get your hopes up or to make you scream and shout with joy, but i’m being so fr rn YOU HAVE WHAT YOU WANT 😭. i stress surrendering to imagination so much because that’s literally all you have to do.. i keep seeing people say “oh after i manifest this i’ll feel etc etc” or “i can’t wait until i have my desire so i can do this and etc etc” NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. imagination is everything, ITS EVERYTHING!! if you come to me saying “oh well i’ve being doing everything right and i’ve been persisting in my assumption and i see no movement” 1. you’re dwelling on trying to see movement on any fact that your desire is coming to you. 2. you just reaffirmed failure “i see no movement” 3. you’re seeing your imagination as a technique to try and get something faster in the 3D. 4. you didn’t change self. change self and the world follows, YOU HAVE WHAT YOU WANT ALREADY AND I WILL SLAM THE DOOR IN YOUR FACE EVERY TIME UNTIL YOU ACCEPT THAT FACT. IMAGINATION IS THE ONLY THING YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO WORRY ABOUT, ONCE YOU CLAIM IT IN IMAGINATION THEN ITS ALREADY DONE. YOU EXPERIENCED IT ALREADY. STOP RELYING ON THE 3D ITS ONLY DOING ITS JOB WHICH IS TO REFLECT WHATS GOING ON WITHIN. IMAGINATION IS THE ONLY REALITY, SO I GENUINELY MEAN IT WHEN I SAY YOU HAVE WHAT YOU WANT ALREADY!! GET OFF OF TUMBLR, THE MATERIALIZATION IS DONEEEEEEE.
