So i started my fast a few minutes ago and plan to go for 16h, so I'll skip breakfast
I'm praying that I won't eat
I bought a milkshake protein drink with 'only' 57cal per 100ml, but it's soooo disappointing T×T
If I didn't need the protein I would trash it
I finally got a step counter so I'm gonna add it from now on
Lunch:
Joghurt 3.5% 150g
Peaches 176g
Cal: 221
Dinner:
Cucumber 292g
Thuna 61g
Mais 34g
Rice cake 20. 1 (3 servings)
Cheese ~50g
Cals: 298
Snack:
Nothing
Steps: ~6,350

Cals for the day: 206
Soooo, just woke up and I didn't gain (thank god 🙏) but I didn't loose as well T×T
I guess it's better than gaining
A nice 18h 50m fast ends with natural Joghurt and peaches

So my fast should end now but I'll continue with it for a bit more
But I'm so happy that it was a success
I thought I was the only one struggling with that
my hygiene has been so poor ever since I developed depression when I was 12 and even though I’m not depressed anymore I struggle to keep on top of it and I’m really ashamed of that
Rice cakes are a god sent, like what do you mean they are only 26cals per serving???
