Im sorry, my description might suck but plsss help. Also it’s multiple chapters and Effie becomes like the rebuilding manager for district 12 while thinking about making Peeta the architect. And Peeta tells a story to a whole bunch of young kids that basically are visiting district 12 to rebuild it, about finnick and him being apart of the sea.
