okay so i think that Mondo is afraid of thunderstorms, so whenever he hears one he has to hide under his blankets (and ideally, hug someone, which used to be Daiya but is now usually Michi or Taka when he can find them)

like, he has to cling onto them super tight until the storm passes, whether that's for 1 hour or 4. which has definitely upset Taka's schedule before, but he grins and bears it because he cares about Mondo's wellbeing so much :]]

Big scary biker is secretly very human, more at eleven.

I have a similar headcanon that sometimes traffic noises can make Mondo very squirrelly. Especially if he’s already having a tough day.

Occasionally he’ll be leaving school with Taka and the squeal of a tire or a lengthy truck horn will make his breath hitch and his knees buckle.

Taka grabs his arm to ground him, waits for Mondo to nod, and continues walking like nothing happened. He knows from experience that he doesn’t wanna talk about it.

By Minecraft character logic, Impulse and Skizz were Spawned/born/created together. Their very first Minecraft video was the two of them. Their first moments of existence were spent together. They knew each other before they knew what redstone was, before they’d ever read the end poem.

Do you think they found it together? Do you think they beat their first dragon together, jumped through the home bound portal together? Do you think they knew what loneliness was?

Do you think the sudden absence of the other felt like losing a limb? Do you think, after all that time with another heart beat next to theirs, another person at the end of the hurt and health, it felt like they were dying? Do you think they had to train themselves out of turning to make a face at the other; or share an inside joke no one else laughed at?
