I hate when ppl are like "You can't just say a couple affirmations before bed and go to sleep and expect to shift" because like, yes you can? People have shifted accidentally before, what makes you think that it's not gonna happen? If you're feeling really low energy, it's okay to just say a couple affirmations and go to bed or just skip that and sleep. Worst comes to worst, you don't shift.
